Riau Islands is an area that is projected for the halal tourism development. E-marketing can develope halal tourism in this area. However, a lack of awareness of the potential of halal tourism makes ...this industry becoming less developed in these this area. The purpose of the E-marketing is analyzing the potential for halal tourism in riau islands. The method was used in this research is descriptive analysis by doing of interviews and questionnaires. Results of the study show that shari'a tourism in riau islands are potential. However, halal tourism is interpreted as religious tourism. For the development of halal tourism, E-marketing should play a role as a pillar of halal tourism in terms of planning, publicity, package, and determination of tourist destinations. Finally, halal tourism needs reconstruction on the guidelines of halal tourism can be our recommendations . These guidelines are important because it will become the standard for tourism stakeholders in defining the halal tourism.
The severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2) has infected the human system resulting in Covid-19, and has spread rapidly worldwide. Therefore, a fast, simple, cost-effective, and ...accurate detecting tool is required. The standard diagnostic tool of the World Health Organization is the reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). This method detects the presence of viral genetic material in the human body with accurate results. However, it has several limitations in terms of equipment, personnel, duration, and cost. Therefore, a fast, simple, and sensitive alternative detection, is required, one of which is the reverse transcription loop-mediated isothermal amplification (RT-LAMP) that functions under isothermal conditions. This method is battery-driven, hence, easy to move closer to the patient. Conclusively, the RT-LAMP test for SARS CoV-2 diagnosis produces comparable sensitivity to a standard RT-PCR and is more suitable for resource-poor settings, such as rural areas of developing countries.
We study on the effect of isotropic pressure on structural and electronic properties of silicon system with Fd-3m space group which are calculated using generalized gradient approximation method with ...Perdew-Burke-Erzenhof-type exchange-correlation functional energy (PBE-GGA method). As the results, the calculated lattice parameter is 5.475 Â at room pressure and decreased to 5.287 Å at the pressure of 11.3 GPa, at which the space group is transformed to I41/amd. The fit bulk modulus and derivative pressure from the relation between lattice parameter and pressure are 89 GPa and 3.5, respectively. Besides, the calculated indirect bandgap is 0.645 eV (1.170 eV after correction) at room pressure and linearly decreased to 0.482 eV (1.007 eV after correction) at 11.3 GPa, when the space group is transformed to I41/amd. The calculated pressure coefficient (α = dEg/dP) of silicon system is -14.4 meV/GPa using the linear relation. On the other hand, the valence and conduction bandwidths are increased by the increase of pressure, mainly promoted by Si 3p states. Overall, the result shows that the reasonable pressure-dependence of structural and electronic properties of silicon can be obtained by using PBE-GGA method. This study can be used as a guide for silicon-based photonic applications.
Roadway pavements are important parts of transportation system and thus should be adequately strong and durable. Unfortunately, many pavements constructed in Indonesia fail to reach their design ...service life. Among major factors contributed to early damages to the pavements in Indonesia are unfulfilled specified pavement construction specifications, traffic overload and poor support condition. As an attempt to produce better pavement system and as part of an accelerated infrastructure program in Indonesia, new precast pavement system using unbonded posttensioned technology that has characteristic of self-centering has recently been developed. This self-centering concrete pavement is expected to reduce the impact of overload and be able to overcome imperfect subbase, subgrade and poor soil condition. The theoretical and experimental development programs of the new concrete rigid pavement system will be described in this paper. The developed pavement system is then implemented to see the effectiveness construction procedures and later on tested using Falling Weight Deflectometer (FWD) method to evaluate its structural performance.
High voltage impulse is one of the means used in a variety of insulating materials testing. It causes also discharge, generally as visualization of lightning strikes. This research aimed to design a ...prototype of miniature current discharge pulse generation with various burdens. The alternating low voltage was rectified first and multiplied by using the modified Cockroft-Walton voltage multiplier. The yielded output voltage was a d.c. high voltage, which subsequently entered the pulse generator circuit, penetrating the sphere gap, after filling the charge on the first capacitor and then fill in the second capacitor. The shape of the output pulse current was tapped by using a resistive voltage divider. Thus, the various pulse current waveforms could be measured and recorded by a storage digital oscilloscope. Almost first discharge were occurred in around from 1 ms to 2 ms. The waveforms with the pure resistive burdens would trend to be symmetrical to almost on positive parts. On the other hand, the waveforms with the resistive and capacitive dominated burdens would be shorter, i.e. around 16.8 ms, than those resistive dominated burdens. The wave frequency response of discharge on the capacitive dominated burdens would more declivous or prevalent than those on the resistive dominated burdens. The latter characteristics were indicated by the specific capacitive dominated property. The capacitive property that store charge was expected as cause the latter characteristics. The dominated capacitive existence made the repetitive discharge would be shorter than those the dominated resistive existence.
