Prednosti upotrebe nove tehnologije u prikazivanju i promociji kulturnog naslijeđa u ovom radu analizirat ćemo na primjeru multimedijalne izložbe „Osvježavanje memorije“. Kroz animaciju, projekcije i interaktivne prezentacije, intrigantno osvjetljenje i zvučne senzacije autor izložbe Dušan Milovanović i autor postava izložbe Ivan Mangov približili su, prije svega mlađoj publici, srpsko srednjovjekovno slikarstvo.
Because of its symbolic meaning, the cultural and historical heritage has a specific value for the modern generations, since it forms the identity and shapes the collective and individual culture of ...memory. It is of great importance that more and more young people get in touch with the works of art that make the material cultural heritage. However, the traditional ways of presentation are usually not very popular with the audience, since people are so used to the dynamics of the new media. Contemporary exhibitions are becoming a way for the audience to get information, entertainment and education, since they tell stories and offer arguments of diversity and importance of cultural heritage. In this paper we will analyze the advantages of technology in presentation and promotion of cultural heritage on the example of the multimedia exhibition “Refreshing of memory”. Through animation, projection and interactive presentation, intriguing lighting and sound sensations, the author of the exhibition Ivan Mangov has presented the medieval painting to the younger audience.

A media genesis as multimeaningfull phenomenon means its transformation from its initial function as a transmiter of a message and information into an active subject in the process of communication ...towards a powerful mean of critical opinion. On that road, from the role of information transmition, medias strengtened into a leading factor in shaping critical opinion of a recipient. A project is focused on a communication processes analysis within modern society, revealing dominant feeling of passive dependency of a media content by the recipient and media’s active role. During that process, information becomes antipodal entity, which abolishes the meaning and primarily serves as a reminder on an undisputed credibility transfered into a spectacle as an art expression. Within that process, recipient who is supposed to criticaly think about media content transforms into a muted and brainwashed consumer of everything that is presented by media. The art of spectacle becomes reality.
The paper will base on an attempt to bring the formal statement “there is no definition of freedom” to the realm of legal recognition and the disclosure of its legal concerns. Aware of the fact that ...a requirement of defining freedom can be overly unsound, just like an attempt to define a human being, we are drawn by the idea of summarizing these two requirements and putting them in the same plane. We could start from the attempt to recognize terms “human being” and “freedom” as synonyms, but we would bring ourselves to the blind side. Randomly speaking, terms “freedom” and “definition” are mutually exclusive and, to a light-minded opserver, this attempt can seem allogical in it’s essence and, at the very least, without logical connection between the terms and thus futile. But if we recognize the term “freedom” as the very possibility of autonomus and independent action, then the self-determination of a human being to be free can connotate an unconstrained and un-imprisioned human being. It has been established that the state of freedom is a birth wright of every selfconscious and reason-endowed human being, but also that every relation of an individual with a society is burdened with a certain degree of loss of the very same freedom. Following this path, we take upon ourselves the not-so-easy-task task to talk about the legal restrictions on freedom of expression in the public and the media as one of many aspects of freedom.
The focus of this document will be on the influence the spectacle-oriented content in media has on the program, and on the program orientation and program outline. The question arises as to how big ...is the the share of spectacularism in the electronic or printed media. The author’s intention is to perceive the scale of the presence of spectacularism in program orientation in media houses through market analysis of investments in marketing made by large corporations. The idea is to keep the record of the spectacle-oriented program and its long-term broadcasting frequency through ratings. Aware of the fact that the broad picture of media orientation towards the spectacle can be grasped comprehensively only through a complete insight into the presentation of all media (electronic and printed), the paper will concentrate around comparing results from a geographical and age structure of consumers of the media content. Research carried out by agencies irrefutably show the steep vertical growth of spectacle-oriented media content. Technicism in culture fabricates quasi cultural goods and transforms them into an effective instrument of power that dominates entertainment sector which replaced its basic postulates: meaningfulness and informativity. The aim of the document is to show that the wide spread of imported content from the West, such as reality shows, game shows without a point, and undifferentiated program outlines which all pander to poor taste of consumers, is inversely proportional to its absurdity by showing high ratings and thus dominates the media sky.

Umetnost spektakla postaje realnost.
Bluetongue disease is non-contagious, vector borne, viral disease mainly of sheep but also of other domestic and wild ruminants. Bluetongue virus (BTV) belongs to the family Reoviridae, genus ...Orbivirus and is characterized by segmented double-stranded RNA. Virus is transmitted from one to another susceptible animal by hematophagous insects of the genus Culicoides. According to offi cial data, between 2002 and 2014, Serbia has belonged to BTV free countries. Aft er that, the fi rst outbreak occurred in August 2014. Th e last case was reported in December of the same year. During 2015, 74 samples were examined for exclusion of bluetongue disease: 8 in cattle, 65 in sheep and one in goat. In order to detect viral genome, 73 blood samples and one tissue sample were examined by reverse transcription - polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). None of tested samples was confi rmed to be BTV positive. Following the Instruction of the Ministry of Agriculture and Environmental Protection - Veterinary Directorate, monitoring program for Bluetongue disease in Serbia started from October 2015. The program consists of insect identifi cation and detection of viral genome in Culicoides spp. by RT-PCR assay. Of the 80 samples that were received during the program realization in 2015, only four, which were collected during late autumn, have contained insects of Culicoides spp. In none of them, BTV was detected. For diff erential diagnosis, 65 ovine blood samples were examined for the presence of viruses of contagious ecthyma, sheep and goat pox as well as eight bovine blood samples were tested for viruses of bovine viral diarrhea, infectious bovine rhinotracheitis / pustular vulvovaginitis and malignant catarrhal fever. Th e samples were analyzed using molecular methods (PCR and RT-PCR). Only two bovine blood samples gave positive reaction for the presence of bovine viral diarrhea virus.
Preeclampsia is referred to as the "disease of the theories" because of the multiple hypotheses proposed to explain is occurrence. Despite considerable research, the causes of preeclampsia remain ...unclear. Preeclampsia is likely to be multifactorial in origin, and recent research has focused on endothelial dysfunction as a central abnormality in preeclampsia. Insulin resistance and inflammation may contribute to the onset of preeclampsia. They could also be correlated. The aim of the study was to evaluate the presence and relationship between insulin resistance and its markers and C-reactive protein as a marker of inflammation. During their third trimester, 17 preeclamptic women and 20 normotensive controls underwent oral glucose tolerance test, basic biochemical analyses and SHBG. Preeclamptic women were more insulin resistant (p=0,004), and they had higher triglycerides levels (p=0,006), uric acid (p=0,002). However, the study groups did not differ in C-reactive protein (CRP), sex hormone-binding globulin (SHBG), high and low-density lipoproteins (HDL-cholesterol and LDL-cholesterol). In multiple regression analysis only SHBG (p=0,014) and triglycerides (p=0,003) were associated with insulin sensitivity independently of the body mass index (BMI), weight gain, HDL and LDL, and CRP. Preeclampsia is a state of increased insulin resistance, and CRP as the marker of inflammation was not increased in our research, and not associated with established preeclampsia.
