In the crystal structure of the title compound, C11H15N3O2S, molecules are linked by pairs of N-H...O and O-H...S hydrogen, forming inversion dimers. These dimers are linked by N-H...S hydrogen ...bonds, forming double-stranded chains propagating along the b-axis direction. The two C atoms of the end chain of the molecule are disordered over two sets os sites occupancy ratio 0.574 (9):0.426 (9).

•Ternary complex of copper-uracil-phenanthroline as a biomimic model.•The complexes crystallized as solvatomorphs.•Unique binding of uracil with N1 and N3 nitrogen atom of the six ...membered ring.•First 1-D polymer with uracil as bridging ligand.•Subtle differences of solvatomorphs quantified with Hirshfeld surface analysis.
The study of models for “metal-enzyme-substrate” interaction has been a proactive area of research owing to its biological and pharmacological importance. In this regard the ternary copper uracil complex with 1,10-phenanthroline represents metal-enzyme-substrate system for DNA binding enzymes. The synthesis of the complex, followed by slow evaporation of the reaction mixture forms two concomitant solvatomorph crystals viz., {Cu(phen)(μ-ura)(H2O)n·H2O (1a)} and {Cu(phen)(μ-ura)(H2O)n·CH3OH (1b)}. Both complexes are structurally characterized, while elemental analysis, IR and EPR spectra were recorded for 1b (major product). In both complexes, uracil coordinates uniquely via N1 and N3 nitrogen atom acting as a bidentate bridging ligand forming a 1-D polymer. The two solvatomorphs were quantitatively analyzed for the differences with the aid of Hirshfeld surface analysis.
We report the synthesis and structural characterization of a polymeric ternary copper–cytosine–phenanthroline complex, Cu 4 (phen) 3 (μ 3 -cyt) 2 (μ-OH)(cyt)(OH)Cl 3 n ·16H 2 O, where three cytosine ...ligands with different binding sites have simultaneously complexed to the four copper metal centres. Interestingly, the complex exhibits two different coordination geometries around the metal centres.
Background: One of the major health problems in the world is cancer. More than 11 million people are diagnosed yearly with cancer. Oral cancer is one of the deadliest cancers. Oral cancer is ...generally preceded by precancerous lesions. India has highest number of oral cancer patients. β2 microglobulin (β2 m) is one of the tumor markers. Methods: We are correlating serum levels of beta 2 microglobulin in leukoplakia and oral squamous cell carcinoma. In our study, the serum β2 m levels were estimated in 2 groups of 30 subjects each with oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) designated as Group A, 30 subjects with oral leukoplakia designated as Group B.Results: There were majority of participants from age group of 51 to 70 years (Group A-60%, Group B-53.33%). Group A had majority of females 20 (66.67%) while males were 10 (33.33%). Group B had majority of males 18 (60.00%) while females were 12 (40.00%). Major adverse habit was tobacco chewing (83.33% Group A and 73.33% in group B). Most common site was Left BM. Right BM was second. There was significant association between the groups and serum β2 m levels. Mean levels of Group A patients were 3.13±0.47 mg/L and Group B 1.43±0.29 mg/L.Conclusions: Adverse habits like tobacco chewing, smoking and alcohol increase chances of oral cancers and precancerous lesions. Significant correlation between oral cell carcinoma cases and serum β2 m levels is seen.
Abstract
The goal of Industry 4.0 is to maximize efficiency and reduce human efforts. Artificial Intelligence, Cloud Computing, Robotics, Mobile Technologies and many other technological advances ...generate Industry 4.0. Humanoid robots resemble humans and their primary goal is to perform any task programmed by the user. Our goal is to create a portable and safer system that can be used in any dynamic environment to control the robot and avoid any sort of complexity. With the rapid technological advances, there is no need to worry about unemployment since it requires a technical expert in the field to control the robot. This paper discusses how this control system processes gesture data along with a brief discussion of certain useful applications.

The binding ability of synthesized complexes with CT-DNA and bovine serum albumin (BSA) has been studied by spectroscopic methods and viscosity measurements. The experimental results of absorption titration of cobalt(II) complexes with CT-DNA indicate that the complexes have ability to form adducts and they can stabilize the DNA helix. The cobalt(II) complexes exhibit good binding propensity to BSA protein.

The electrochemical behaviour of the complexes was investigated by cyclic voltammetry. The interactions of these complexes with calf thymus DNA have been investigated using absorption spectrophotometry. Blood is a crucial constituent in human body, it supplies supplement and oxygen to all body cells, due to this fundamental job, blood donation center was presented in this paper. Manual frameworks ...contrasted with electronic frameworks are time consuming, exorbitant, and human blunders. A mechanized focal blood donation center administration framework is created to help with overseeing Donor records, observing blood screening and putting away, also give secure clinical reports to further develop clinical benefit conveyance. The framework was planned and carried out utilizing MySQL information base, PHP programming language, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap.
