The GRANULE cipher belongs to the family under consideration, for which a new approach for finding impossible differentials is proposed. Its superiority in comparison with other previously known approaches is shown both in terms of the number of impossible differentials found and in terms of the number of rounds. Experimental confirmation of the theoretical bound of the number of impossible differentials has been obtained.

Modernization processes in the sphere of modern Russian education actualize the need to train education managers capable of professional management of innovative development of educational systems. ...The existing continuous pedagogical education in Russia does not provide for systematic training of education managers to manage the development of educational systems (headteachers, their deputies, methodologists, specialists of education management bodies). Additional professional education (institutions of advanced training and retraining of teachers) partially tries to solve this problem, but the level of this training cannot be sufficient in connection with the new challenges of modernization of education and the development of innovative management technologies. The constantly changing municipal educational space of the region, accompanied by growing needs for the expansion of educational services, makes new demands on educational institutions not only in the preparation of graduates in new specialties, but also in the training of education managers capable of designing innovative development of the educational system. The content foundation of the development system of education manager’s professionalism are: creative development of the theory and experience of domestic pedagogical culture, understanding of traditions and prospects of development of the education system; predicting, designing and implementing innovative changes in the training of education managers to innovations in specific educational institutions.
Problem and goal. The article actualizes the problem of integrating the capabilities of a massive open online course (MOOC) and a telecommunicational training and information system (TUIS) of the ...university, taking into account the identification of opportunities for this integration for a comprehensive solution of the problems of teaching foreign students at the university. Methodology. One of the most effective solutions in the framework of the considered prospects for the development of a modern university is the integration of MOOC and TUIS systems. Results. The possibilities of innovative forms of distance education for the organization of the educational process in the university are revealed. The perspective possibilities of integration of the MOOC and the telecommunication educational and information system within the functioning of the modern digital educational environment of the university are identified and disclosed. Conclusion. The integration of MOOC and TUIS systems allows to neutralize the nuances associated with the orientation of MOOC to a large number of users. Despite the fact that the number of university students is high, taking into account the characteristics of a particular university is provided by the interaction of MOOC and TUIS systems, which makes the educational process progressive, innovative and focused on modern development trends.
