Pandemi COVID-19 adalah tantangan terbesar bagi sistem pelayanan kesehatan di dunia saat ini. Perawat sebagai salah satu bagian dari tenaga medis yang senantiasa berjuang di garda terdepan dalam ...memerangi pandemi COVID-19, menghadapi berbagai masalah seperti peningkatan beban kerja dan adanya beban psikologis saat merawat pasien selama pandemi COVID-19. Tingginya beban kerja dan beratnya beban psikologis yang ditanggung oleh perawat dalam melakukan perawatan pada pasien di masa pandemi COVID-19, membuat perawat rentan mengalami burnout. Burnout yang dialami oleh perawat saat merawat pasien di masa pandemi COVID-19 disebut dengan pandemic burnout. Terapi non farmakologi diharapkan dapat menurunkan burnout pada perawat. Hypnosis lima jari merupakan salah satu terapi non farmakologi yang sangat efektif untuk menurunkan stress dan cemas seseorang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh hypnosis lima jari terhadap burnout pada perawat di ruang isolasi covid-19. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian pra-eksperimental, dengan rancangan penelitian one group pre-post test design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 22 orang yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan kuesioner pandemic burnout. Hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan uji Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebelum diberikan intervensi sebagian besar responden mengalami burnout tinggi yaitu sebanyak 11 orang (50%) sedangkan setelah diberikan intervensi terjadi penurunan dimana sebagian besar responden mengalami burnout sedang yaitu sebanyak 13 orang (59,1%) dengan nilai p value 0,000
This service activity aims to form a peer group and introduce the Rapid Test for Drugs and Yoga Healing for Tawwakal Junior High School students, Denpasar Bali. The method of activities carried out ...is by way of guidance and counseling. The participants of this community service were 24 students, with evaluation instruments used in the form of pre and post test questionnaires. The results of this community service show that; (1) The introduction of Yoga Healing at SMP Tawakkal Denpasar can be implemented through basic breathing processing exercises to control stress, (2) The formation of peer groups is carried out well through the concept of groups organized based on the calculation of the gender characteristics of the participants, and (3 ) The results of the Pre Test and Post Test questionnaires showed a significant increase in student understanding at Tawakkal Junior High School Denpasar regarding the mechanism of drug testing and the dangers of drug abuse.
The purpose of this community service activity is to increase knowledge and understanding of the dangers of smoking for adolescents. Activities are carried out online using the Zoom Meeting ...application in June 2021. The method of activity by providing socialization of the dangers of smoking to adolescents. The community service participants are 8th grade junior high school students, totaling 64 children. Based on gender, the service participants consisted of 34 male students (53,13%) and 30 female students (46,87%). Based on pre-test, 40,5% of students did not know the dangers of smoking and 59,5% of students knew the dangers of smoking. Based on the results of the post test, it was found that there was an increase in knowledge about the dangers of smoking. As many as 98% know about the dangers of smoking and 2% are less aware of the dangers of smoking. Counselling related to the dangers of smoking can increase adolescent awareness of the magnitude of the adverse effects of smoking on health.

This poster will be posted in several strategic places so that it can be seen directly by the public. Participants in this community service activity were carried out by a team of STIKes WIra Medika Bali lectures and also assisted by students. As a result of this community service activity, the community knows how to wash their hands, how to use masks and can spray disinfectans in their home environment.

Kelengkapan rekam medis merupakan hal yang sangat penting ...karena berpengaruh terhadap proses pelayanan yang diberikan oleh petugas kesehatan dan berdampak pada kualitas pelayanan suatu rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelengkapan pengisian rekam medis rawat inap terhadap mutu rekam medis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literatur review. Strategi dalam pencarian menggunakan Google Scholar. Kata kunci yang digunakan adalah ketidaklengkapan pengisian rekam medis rawat inap dan mutu rekam medis. Hasil pencarian diperoleh 180.000 artikel sesuai dengan kata kunci. Kemudian artikel yang didapatkan di saring berdasarkan full text dan publication date 2015-2020 ditemukan 44.700 artikel. Dari 44.700 artikel ditinjau kembali terkait dengan judul yang dianggap sesuai dan didapatkan sebanyak 18, selanjutnya 18 artikel ini discreening berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi dan didapatkan 5 artikel. Adapun secara keseluruhan, penyebabnya dapat dilihat dari kurangnya pengetahuan, motivasi dan kesadaran dari petugas medis tentang rekam medis. Belum terlaksananya rapat sebagai wadah komunikasi antara pemberi asuhan dan manajemen yang membahas evaluasi dan monitoring serta sanksi bagi petugas yang tidak mengisi rekam medis dengan lengkap. kurangnya sosialisasi pengisian rekam medis. Susunan formulir rekam medis yang tidak sistematis. Terbatasnya ketersediaan dana atau anggaran untuk mendukung kegiatan pelayanan rekam medis.
Medical record is a document that contains patient data consisting of identity, history of examination and treatment of patients. Medical records must be filled out completely because they can be ...used as a legal basis if something unexpected happens during a health action. Completeness of medical records can be used as a support to improve health services. Based on the results of previous studies, it was found that only 74% of the completeness of the RM from the name of the action indicator. This literature review aims to determine the factors that affect the completeness of filling out medical records.
Methods: The method used in this article is a literature review, the search for articles in this LR uses a google scolar, with the keywords "completeness factors", AND "medical records" AND "hospitalization". The articles found in the search were 262 articles, then re-evaluated according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria that had been set so that finally 5 articles were available that could be reviewed.
Results: Factors that affect the completeness of filling out medical records are man, method, material, money Man, money and methode are factors which effect uncomplitement of medical records, so that recommended to make standard operating procedure (SPO) in doing medical records then for giving motivation to the health worker in filling medical records we can giving present and clear sanctions for them.
Conclusion: Man, money, materials, and methods are factors that can affect the incompleteness of medical records, so it is recommended to make Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in carrying out medical record activities and socialize them on an ongoing basis, then to motivate health workers in filling out RMs, prizes can be given and clear sanctions.

Tingginya persentase pengembalian berkas rekam medis yang tidak tepat waktu mempunyai efek negatif terhadap mutu pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikan oleh suatu institusi rumash sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengalaman petugas rekam medis dalam pengembalian dokumen rekam medis rawat inap ke ruang filling. Penelitian ini akan menggunakna metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil yang didapat beragam seperti pengembalian berkas rekam medis ada yg sudah tepat waktu sesuai aturan 1x24 jam dan ada juga yang belum tepat waktu. Kendala dalam pengembalian berkas RM disebabkan oleh belum terisinya tanda tangan dokter DPJP dan diagnosis pasien yang masih belum terlengkapi

Based on this description, the purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between usefulness beliefs and convenience beliefs with the completeness of filling out medical records. This research is an observational study with a cross sectional study design. This research was conducted at Dharma Yadnya General Hospital, within a period of 3 months, namely, January 2022-March 2022, the population of this study were doctors and medical records. The sample selection used non-probability sampling method, for the selection of samples in the medical record using the accidential sampling method. Collecting data using a questionnaire and a cheek list completeness of filling out medical records. The results obtained in this study are that there is no relationship between the belief in the benefits and the belief in convenience with the completeness of filling out the medical record with a p value of 0.164 and a p value of 0.109. Based on the results of this study, even though the belief in the benefits and convenience is good, it does not mean that the health worker fills out the medical record completely, this of course requires consistency and time in filling out the medical record, if the hospital can provide SPO related to filling out the medical record.

Numerous determinants impact the smoking conduct of adolescents, among which the companionship of peers holds significant sway. ...The study aims to investigate the level of awareness pertaining to e-cigarettes as a means of acquiring insights into the patterns of e-smoking conduct. Methods: The study used a cross-sectional design in Kemoning Traditional Village, with 87 adolescents and early adults. Results: there is a strong link between adolescent smokers' perceptions of the calmness that comes with smoking and their actual smoking behaviour (p = 0.043). Conclusion: Participants generally had a positive perception of smoking hazards, with most agreeing that smoking could have negative health effects. Overall, the study provides insights into the factors influencing smoking behaviour.
Chronic Kidney Disease patients undergoing hemodialysis can cause stress to the patient. The longer the patient suffers from Chronic Kidney Disease, the more the patient has a variety of experiences ...with stressors due to the disease. These experiences can be used as an anticipatory effort in dealing with stressors experienced by patients. The purpose of this was the relationship between the duration of hemodialysis and the coping mechanism of patients with chronic kidney disease undergoing hemodialysis. This study used descriptive quantitative, with a correlation design and a cross-sectional approach. The sample was 111 patients with chronic kidney disease undergoing hemodialysis. Sampling technique used the purposive sampling technique. The data collection instrument used a jalowiec coping scale questionnaire and length of underwent hemodialysis. The results showed that most respondents underwent hemodialysis in the category <8 months (70.3%). The coping mechanisms in most patients were categorized as adaptive (55%). It was concluded that there was a relationship between the duration of hemodialysis and the coping mechanism in patients with chronic kidney disease undergoing hemodialysis (p = 0,000). The correlation strength value is 0.402 (moderate strength), and the direction of the correlation is negative, it shows that if the length of time is more than eight months, then the patient's coping mechanism becomes adaptive. The patient has accepted the situation he was undergoing, which is due to routine hemodialysis, which causes the patient to often meet other patients with the same problem so that by often telling each other they can share experiences and problems and encourage each other.
