Due to the ever-changing needs of IT in today's businesses, agile software development has become popular due to its adaptive capabilities. Startups are among those who continuously strive to meet ...changing needs. Despite the potential benefits of the Agile methodology, teamwork quality remains a challenge. Furthermore, the global recession has made it increasingly important for startups to have effective teamwork, given the high level of uncertainty that leads to challenges in surviving, especially with cost-cutting and downsizing efforts. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate teamwork quality in Indonesian startups using the Agile Teamwork Quality (aTWQ) approach. TWQ is a comprehensive set of criteria designed to assess teamwork quality in agile environments. The primary objective of this study is to identify the factors that most strongly increase the quality of teamwork of Indonesian startups. To achieve this objective, data will be collected from Indonesian companies using an online survey based on the aTWQ framework. The challenges were identified most on the dimensions of cohesion, balance of contribution, and effort. The findings of this study are consistent with previous research, which may hopefully help start-ups in Indonesia improve their teamwork quality and achieve greater success in their respective industries.
Evaluation is an essential aspect of service improvement. Within the Ministry of Finance, there is an organization responsible for providing IT services to various units and employees. One of the ...services offered by this organization is cloud computing, which supports the development of information systems. However, there are several challenges related to service fulfillment. For instance, the time required to fulfill a service is relatively long, taking two days, in contrast to public cloud providers, which can deliver their services in minutes. Additionally, there is a potential for human errors in the manual process carried out by the Request Fulfillment Team (RFT) during service delivery. This study aims to explore the design and implementation of automated container service fulfillment, transforming them into self-service products. The author employs the Finite-State Automata (FSA) model to test the input and output of the automation system using seven states and inputs. The results indicate that the container service cycle, when compiled and tested with FSA using predetermined inputs, can generate containers according to user-selected specifications. As a result, the implementation of an automated and self-service model is proposed to reduce delivery time and mitigate potential errors in the container-as-a-service (CaaS) offering.
Abstract XYZ Supervisory Institution is one of the Indonesian government agencies that is carrying out digital transformation. One of the digital transformation efforts is developing ABC application. ABC application is a correspondence and letter disposition application. This application is a mobile government (mGovernment) application that was built so that employees of XYZ Supervisory Institution can receive assignments and information by mail anywhere and anytime via a smartphone device. This is done to support employees of the XYZ Supervisory Institution who have high mobility in carrying out their duties as auditors. However, this application development project failed. Characterized by the completion of projects that are not on schedule, applications that do not meet expectations, and only a few employees use this application. The absence of CSF analysis in mGovernment application development projects is one of the causes of failure identified in this study. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to look for CSF in IT projects in order to avoid future failures. This is supported by the absence of research on CSF in IT projects, especially in mGovernment so that it can provide contribution and novelty for academics and practitioners. This study used eight CSF with five success criteria. The CSF are then sorted to find its priority using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The data in this study were obtained from application development team and IT project experts. Collecting data using questionnaires and interviews. The results of this study indicate that planning is the most prioritized factor, followed by human resource competence. While the last rank is knowledge management.
The current weakness of various dimensions of service quality measurement scales that have been adopted in measuring the level of student service satisfaction at HE is often an obstacle to ...understanding weaknesses in the quality of HE service. This study uses a Systematic Literature Review to answer what are the obstacles and strategies in adopting agile in remote work systems. This research found that, there are five majors factors that effected while implement remote agile; coordination, response to change, leadership, facilitating condition, and policies & guidelines.
Information in organizations needs to be managed to gain a competitive advantage in competitions. E-commerce, one of the most prominent industries in Indonesia, has dynamic market conditions that ...frequently change requirements and recent layoffs, which can harm the companies if not correctly managed. Knowledge and information usually stored in a knowledge management system (KMS) are essential to negate this, and Agile software development methodologies can manage frequent requirement changes. However, a study about KMS's success in Agile teams, primarily e-commerce, needs to be conducted to know if KMS can help companies sustain their business in Indonesia. This research analyses the KMS success in Indonesia's e-commerce companies that use Agile as their software development methodologies. This study used a quantitative approach with 31 respondents who worked or previously worked in an e-commerce company in Indonesia, using Agile as software development methodologies and experienced using KMS daily. Data was processed and analyzed using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) and SmartPLS tools. The results of this study indicate that KMS net benefits in Agile teams in E-commerce in Indonesia are influenced by the user's intentions to use and user satisfaction when using the KMS.
