The current weakness of various dimensions of service quality measurement scales that have been adopted in measuring the level of student service satisfaction at HE is often an obstacle to ...understanding weaknesses in the quality of HE service. This study aims to investigate the level of student service satisfaction based on the HEISQUAL synthesis combined with the ACSI, IPA, and PGCV methods as a holistic approach to determine priorities for continuous improvement. The integration of these three methods is very appropriate to answer the needs of HE in improving the quality of its services. The data in this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires to respondents with a sample size of 320 students using a convenience sampling technique (non-probability sampling). The results of this study indicate that HE service satisfaction is in the satisfied criteria, where 6 sub-dimensions are in quadrant A, 5 sub-dimensions are in quadrant B, 1 sub-dimension is in quadrant C, and 4 sub-dimensions are in quadrant D. From this analysis, the priority order of improvement are 1) ET, 2) LWE, 3) LF, 4) ECA, 5) C&M, 6) BTS. Through the HEISQUAL – ACSI – IPA – PGCV synthesis, HE can understand and determine well-accelerated strategic and practical policies.
Kabupaten Cilacap merupakan wilayah yang memberikan kontribusi terbesar kedua setelah Kota Semarang terhadap Pendapat Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Namun, dalam kurun waktu 11 ...tahun terakhir, kontribusi PDRB Kabupaten Cilacap tersebut cenderung mengalami penurunan. Kondisi tersebut disebabkan laju pertumbuhan PDRB Kabupaten Cilacap yang juga cenderung mengalami penurunan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sektor perekonomian di Kabupaten Cilacap yang memiliki keunggulan secara komparatif dan kompetitif. Diharapkan dengan diketahuinya sektor tersebut, Pemerintah Daerah setempat dapat memaksimalkan sektor unggulan tersebut dalam rencana pembangunan ekonomi daerah, sehingga pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Cilacap dapat meningkat secara berkelanjutan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisa Location Quotient untuk mengetahui sektor yang unggul secara komparatif dan Shift Share untuk mengetahui sektor yang unggul secara kompetitif. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis data sekunder berupa data PDRB Provinsi Jawa Tengah dan Kabupaten Cilacap Tahun 2011 – 2021 yang dipublikasikan secara resmi di situs Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertambangan dan penggalian merupakan sektor yang memiliki keunggulan secara komparatif, sedangkan sektor yang memiliki keunggulan kompetitif adalah pengadaan listrik dan gas, informasi dan komunikasi, jasa perusahaan, serta jasa kesehatan dan kegiatan sosial.
This study aims to compare the financial performance of Rural Banks (BPR) and Islamic Financing Banks (BPRS) in Central Java during the Covid-19 Pandemic based on aspects of capital, productive asset ...quality, profitability, and liquidity. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling method obtained 73 research samples in the quarterly period March, June, and September. Data analysis used the Mann Whitney Test which was processed through the SPSS program. The results showed that: (1) There is a significant difference between the financial performance of BPR and BPRS based on the capital aspect as measured by the KPMM ratio; (2) There is a significant difference between the financial performance of BPR and BPRS based on the quality aspect of earning assets as measured by the NPL/ NPF ratio; (3) There is a significant difference between the financial performance of BPR and BPRS based on the profitability aspect as measured by the ROA ratio, but there is no significant difference between the financial performance of BPR and BPRS based on the profitability aspect when measured by the BOPO ratio; (4) There is a significant difference between the financial performance of BPR and BPRS based on the liquidity aspect as measured by the ratio of LDR / FDR and CR. In general, the financial performance of BPR was better than those of BPRS in Central Java during the Covid-19 Pandemic.
Knowledge of student entrepreneurship intentions is a fundamental impetus that is very important in understanding entrepreneurship in tertiary institutions. This study aims to determine the ...effectiveness of the project-based learning model in increasing student entrepreneurial intentions in economics and digital business learning. This research is quantitative research with an experimental research design. The sample in this study was 80 students. This study uses actual experiments because, in this design, the researcher can control all external variables that affect the course of the investigation. Data collection in this study used instruments in the form of questionnaires and documentation developed according to indicators and based on relevant theories. The results showed that the significance value of the t-test was 0.000. The significance value is less than 0.05, which means that H1 is accepted, and the tcount value is 5.801> ttable, which is 1.985. This shows that there are significant differences in the entrepreneurial intentions of the experimental class as the class that uses the project-based learning model and the control class that uses the conventional model. Thus, implementing the project-based learning model in the experimental class significantly differs. This means that applying the project-based learning model in digital economics and business learning effectively increases student entrepreneurial intentions. ttable, which is equal to 1.985. This shows significant differences in the entrepreneurial intentions of the experimental class as the class that uses the project-based learning model and the control class that uses the conventional model. Thus, implementing the project-based learning model in the experimental class significantly differs.
