Pengembangan poster digital materi pemanasan global ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan media yang ditinjau dari segi validitas, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan dalam meningkatkan kemampuan ...literasi sains peserta didik. Penelitian mengadopsi model pengembangan ADDIE yang terdiri dari 5 tahapan yaitu analisis, desain, pengembangan, implementasi dan evaluasi. Penelitian telah dilaksanakan di SMA Negeri 4 Purworejo pada 31 peserta didik kelas X. Instrumen yang digunakan meliputi validasi ahli, angket respon peserta didik, observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran, dan tes kemampuan literasi sains. Data yang diperoleh di analisis dengan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan uji N-Gain. Hasil penelitian diperoleh validitas poster digital yang dilihat dari nilai rerata ahli media 3,55 (sangat baik) dan ahli materi 3,8 (sangat baik). Sehingga media yang dikembangkan dapat dikatakan valid. Dari hasil observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran diperoleh Percentage Agreement sebesar 98% (reliable) dan hasil angket respon peserta didik dengan persentase sebesar 98,7% (sangat baik). Sedangkan hasil keefektifan poster digital dapat dilihat dari peningkatan hasil belajar kemampuan literasi sains peserta didik dengan nilai Normalized Gain sebesar 0,63 (sedang). Hasil penelitian tersebut menunjukan bahwa media poster digital materi pemanasan global ini layak digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi sains peserta didik SMA karena telah memenuhi kriteria validitas, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan .
Palm oil is considered a key commodity in supporting the Indonesian economy, generating both domestic revenue and foreign exchange. Such revenue needs to be distributed equally for the benefit of the ...government and society. This paper discusses the opportunities and challenges of the proposed revenue-sharing scheme, DBH Sawit, sourcing from palm oil, particularly between central and local governments. It examines how the proposed scheme can be implemented and what strategies can reward regions for moving toward environmental sustainability practices. Research methods used in this paper include a literature study, stakeholder interviews, the SWOT method and analytical hierarchy processes. Results indicate that DBH Sawit is one of several fiscal instruments that could potentially incentivize sustainability. It has both strengths and anticipated opportunities, such as increased CPO production and global demand for palm oil. It faces, however, serious weaknesses, such as unauthorized oil palm plantations and the absence of traceability systems. It is also threatened by unfair market and global policies. This paper recommends diverse strategies to increase palm oil productivity, accelerate sustainability certification and develop a tracing system. To accelerate the adoption of environmental sustainability, the paper advocates an ecological-based fiscal transfer system.
Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan yang terjadi pada guru yaitu belum memanfaatkan lingkungan sekitar sebagai sumber pembelajaran yang optimal, sehingga peserta didik banyak yang ...tidak mengenal lingkungan sekitar dan kurang memiliki kepedulian terhadap lingkungannya. Kemampuan peserta didik dalam berpikir kritis masih sangat terbatas, sehingga hasil belajar yang diperoleh belum maksimal. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik dengan memanfaatkan lingkungan sekitar sebagai sumber pembelajaran melalui metode inkuiri, dengan yang tidak memanfaatkan lingkungan sekitar melalui metode ceramah, serta mengetahui respon peserta didik dan kendala guru dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dengan memanfaatkan lingkungan sekitar. Metode inkuiri diterapkan agar peserta didik diharapkan mampu berpikir kritis yang di dalamnya terdapat indikator-indikator : orientasi pada masalah, belajar meneliti, pemecahan masalah, mengembangkan dan menyajikan hasil pemecahan masalah dan menganalisa proses pemecahan masalah melalui pengamatan lingkungan yaitu Kawasan Punclut yang merupakan kawasan yang terletak di Bandung Utara. Kawasan ini merupakan bagian dari cekungan Bandung yang memiliki kondisi alam dan keterkaitan ekosistem yang sangat penting untuk menjadi kawasan hutan lindung, dan sebagai salah satu generator iklim mikro serta entry point bagi penataan kawasan Bandung Utara, dimana indikator yang diteliti adalah vegetasi, kemiringan lereng, pola penggunaan lahan dan kedalaman air tanah (dilihat dari kedalaman sumur gali). Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas VII SMPN 52 Bandung tahun ajaran 2012-2013. Metode penelitian yang dipakai adalah classrom action research dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa pedoman observasi di lapangan, observasi di dalam kelas, tes berpikir kritis, dan wawancara kepada guru dan peserta didik. Secara umum hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan berpikir kritis pada kelas yang memanfaatkan lingkungan sekitar sebagai sumber belajar melalui metode inkuiri. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemanfaatan lingkungan sekitar sebagai sumber belajar dapat meningkatkan cara berpikir kritis peserta didik. Rekomendasi yang dapat disampaikan : 1) Dibutuhkan kepiawaian guru untuk merancang perencanaan pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran dan lingkungan yang berada di sekitar sekolah. 2) Sebelum peserta didik memanfaatkan lingkungan sekitarnya, hendaknya mereka dibekali wawasan keilmuan dan hubungan sosial dengan masyarakat sebagai landasan dasar berpikir kritis.
This study aims to analyze the influence of entrepreneurial marketing dimensions, including proactiveness, opportunity-focused, risk-taking orientation, innovation-oriented, customer intensity, ...resource leveraging, and value creation of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) business success in the creative economy industry. The study also examined the moderating role of company age on the entrepreneurial marketing dimension's influence on SME's business success. The study used survey methods by distributing questionnaires to 265 SME business owners in North Kalimantan. The sampling method uses nonprobability sampling with a convenience sampling technique. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analyses and moderated tests using the macro process of SPSS Hayes. The results of this study indicated that in the context of SMEs in the creative industry, customer intensity and value creation play a critical role in business success. Meanwhile, proactiveness, opportunity-focused, risk-taking orientation, innovation-oriented, and resource leveraging found no impact on SMEs' business success. The research also proves that the company's age moderated the impact of customer intensity on SME's success but does not moderate the influence of value creation to SME's business success.
Smallholders play a significant role in the Indonesian palm oil industry. They cultivate more than 40% of the total plantation area, and their production contributes to the national revenue. However, ...despite their significant role, smallholders continue to face crop management, financial and environmental challenges. The fact that some smallholder plantations are illegally located in state forestland poses challenges for smallholders as regards getting access to finance, improving yields, and obtaining sustainable certification. Government policy on the collection of levies from exported crude palm oil (CPO fund) and its derivative products provides smallholders the opportunity to replant and support their sustainable practices, thereby reducing deforestation. This paper discusses how fiscal incentives of the CPO fund may have been optimized to prioritize these outcomes. We should prioritize the use of the fund not only to support smallholder replanting, but also to clarify their land tenure rights, so that they could get access to sustainable certification and financial institutions. It is also recommended that funds be allocated to subsidize loan interest to the bank and build productive capital during the grace period. These efforts have to be accompanied by building and improving smallholder databases and strengthening local government.
Background: Sexuality and disability are two words that inter-twined in many situations. The increasing number of cases related to sexuality and disability, especially intellectual disability (ID), ...should be a concern of the governments and parents in Indonesia. The situation has raised the needs of resources for sexual health and sexual education for young adults with ID in Indonesia.Purpose: This study aims to explore the obstacles faced by parents and educators to introduce and talk about sexuality with the teenagers and young adults with ID in Indonesia. The focus of this study is on the roles of parents, educators, and policies in providing and supporting sexual education for young adults with ID in special education schools. Method: Qualitative study with ethnographic design is used to explore the experience-related sexuality among young people with ID, the parents and educators’ perception on sexuality and sexual education for the young adults with ID. In-depth interview and focus group discussion are performed to gather the opinion and voices of six young adults and 23 parents and educators related to sexuality, sexual education, and intellectual disability. This study uses content analysis and archival study. Data collection has taken from 2019 to 2020 in one small city in Indonesia. Result: The study reveals: (1) the young adults with ID have not familiar with sexuality or sexual education; (2) the parents do not have enough knowledge related to sexuality and sexual health to talk with their children with ID; and (3) the teachers in Special Education Schools do not have sufficient resources, such as the curriculum and information to teach sexual education at schools. However, the local and national governments have built the regulation for people with disability in Indonesia. Unfortunately, the regulations are poorly implemented, including the regulation related to sexual health for people with ID. Conclusion: The recommendation for the local governments in Indonesia is to develop strategies to improve the quality of education and health services for people with ID and the resources for parents and educators in Special Education Schools.
