This research investigates the influence of social capital on the entrepreneurial success of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) by examining the roles of bonding, bridging, and linking ...social capital. A mixed-methods approach was employed, including a quantitative survey of 300 MSME owners and qualitative interviews with 20 selected respondents. Descriptive statistics revealed high levels of bonding social capital, significant variability in bridging social capital, and diverse experiences with linking social capital among participants. Regression analyses confirmed the positive impact of bonding, bridging, and linking social capital on different aspects of entrepreneurial success, while structural equation modeling demonstrated their synergistic effects. Thematic analysis of interviews provided deeper insights into how entrepreneurs leverage social capital at various stages of business development. The findings highlight the importance of strategic management of social networks in enhancing MSMEs' ability to innovate, adapt, and achieve sustained growth.
The purpose of this study was to determine the conducive learning environment for the Siroh subject in grades IV, V and VI at SDIT Al Hikmah Depok through the application of Reward and Punishment. ...This research is a qualitative research "case study". The research subjects were students in grades IV, V and VI of SDIT Al Hikmah Depok, totaling 78 students. Sources of data come from teachers, data and documents. Data collection techniques are by observation, interviews and documentation. The data validation technique uses triangulation of data sources. Data analysis used descriptive analysis techniques and qualitative analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that through the application of the Reward and Punishment learning method it can create a conducive learning environment, especially in the Siroh subject. The conclusion of this study is that the application of the Reward and Punishment learning method can create a conducive environment for learning the Siroh subject for grades IV, V and VI SDIT Al Hikmah Depok. The results of the research are: 1) The effectiveness and efficiency of reward and punishment, 2) The teacher can manage the class well through reward and punishment, 3) A conducive environment supports students' comfort. The conclusion of the results of research conducted at SDIT AL-HIKMAH using a case study approach and applying the Reward and Punishment method yielded quite good results. student.

Purpose –Understanding of religious extremism has begun to enter the world of campuses in Indonesia today. Of course, this has an impact on intolerance behavior. Recent studies show that religious ...intellectual humility (IH) can shape a person's tolerant behavior. But so far, this topic has been minimally replicated in the learning process in Indonesia. Therefore, this research seeks to prove and explain the influence of religious IH in the learning process in shaping students' tolerant behavior.
Design/methods/approach–This study is an ex-post facto research. The subjects were lecturers (29 people) and students (41 people) at Islamic Education Department (IED) from one of the Islamic universities in Maluku. Data collection techniques use the IHS scale, RHS, and tolerance behavior scale. Data analysis used a simple linear regression technique.
Findings –The results of the study show that there is an influence of religious IH in the learning process to shape student tolerance behavior by p = 0,000 (p<0,05). The contribution of religious IH forms tolerance behavior of 76.2%. This means that apart from religious IH, around 23.8% of other variables also shape tolerant behavior such as empathy, self-disclosure, and giving support for the rights of others.
Research implications/limitations –The limitation of this research is that the subject comes from a limited number of lecturers and students in Maluku. In addition, this study also did not use an experimental design. It is suggested that the next study needs to involve a large number of samples (educators and students), it is also expected that it needs to be replicated in the form of an experimental design.
Originality/value –This study recommends educators (lecturers) continue to practice religious IH in the learning process, especially for their students (prospective IED teachers) so that later they can practice it in the IED learning process in the future.

Several works have presented the Hadith on different digital platforms, ranging from websites to mobile apps. These works were successful in presenting the text of the Hadith to users, but this does ...not help them to answer any particular questions about religious matters. Therefore, in this work we propose a question-answering system that was built on a Hadith knowledge graph. To interpret the user questions correctly, we used the Levenshtein distance function, and for storing the Hadith in graph format we used Neo4J as the graph database. Our main findings were: (i) a knowledge graph is suitable for representing the Hadith and also for doing the reasoning task, and (ii) our proposed approach achieved 95% for top-1 accuracy.
To address the high production cost associated with bacterial cellulose (BC) production using the Hestrin-Schramm (HS) medium, alternative agricultural wastes have been investigated as potential ...low-cost resources. This study aims to utilize pineapple core from pineapple canning industry waste as a carbon source to enhance the bacterial growth of Komagataeibacter xylinus and to characterize the physical and mechanical properties of the resulting BC. To assess growth performance, commercial sugar at concentrations of 0, 2.5, and 5.0 % (w/v) was incorporated into the medium. Fermentation was conducted under static conditions at room temperature for 5, 10, and 15 days. The structural and physical properties of BC were characterized using SEM, FTIR, XRD, and DSC. With the exception of crystallinity, BC produced from the pineapple core medium exhibited comparable characteristics to BC produced in the HS medium. These findings highlight the potential of utilizing pineapple core, a byproduct of the canning industry, as an economically viable nutrient source for BC production.
Hydroponic is one of the solutions of gardening methods using water as a nutrition medium. Usually, maintaining hydroponic plant quality and water nutrients are done manually and require human ...efforts, such as the degree of acidity or wetness (pH), TDS (Total Dissolved Solids), and nutrient temperature. With the Internet of Things technology, we can automate hydroponic control by measuring the nutrients' TDS, pH, and temperature values and controlling water nutrition by pump nutrition needs for hydroponic plants. This research uses the NFT (Nutrient Film Technique) for the hydroponic system and uses lettuce as the nutrition parameter. The lettuce parameters are pH, TDS, and Water Temperature equal to the sensor we used in the proposed IoT system. The condition has 27 classifications, and we use this classification as a reference in decision-making, using the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) algorithm to activate the actuator. We improve the simultaneous actuator from previous research with specified intervals and duration to achieve ideal nutritional conditions. The other improvement is that we collect more data and more testing times. The accuracy was 91.2%, with k = 3. From the evaluation results, the accuracy of KNN is quite high and has an advantage, which has better accuracy than the other algorithms and can activate actuator simultaneously. We conclude that the hydroponic nutrient automation system using the Internet of Things method is ready for real planting use with this improvement.
Data from a pair of phased array WERA HF radars in Indonesia are validated using a baseline comparison approach. The comparison is done with and without using the quality control layer of the WERA ...systems. The results show an extremely good agreement indicating that the data provided by the radars are valid and are used to assess the accuracy of the systems. Compared to similar works with other type of HF radar systems, the statistical metrics reported here are significantly better.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertama, Penentuan Potensi dan Target Pajak harus dilakukan secara ilmiah mengacu pada landasan yuridis dan indikator perekonomian yang mengacu pada pertumbuhan ekonomi baik Nasional maupun Regional dan bobot kendala yang dihadapi dalam pengelolaan pajak berdasarkan penilaian pakar.
