The learning process in schools still experiences several problems, including in helping students to have critical thinking skills. Critical thinking skills can be optimized with the development of ...learning resources. This research aims to develop learning resources in the form of problem-based teaching materials. The research method uses R&D (Research and Development) with a qualitative descriptive approach. Research data collection instruments in the form of interview sheets for teacher needs analysis and student needs analysis questionnaires, as well as students' critical thinking skills. The results of the needs analysis of 60 grade XI science students found that 66.7% had a handbook for learning biology, but 96.7% only had a handbook in the form of daily material, the majority of which were difficult for students to understand. So according to 78.3% of students the handbook used is inadequate as a learning resource, 86.6% of students need other learning resources to support learning activities, and 86.7% of students need other learning resources that can be understood independently. The results of the critical thinking test analysis of 50 grade XI science students were obtained 15.73%, which is included in the very low category. These results show the need to develop teaching materials in the form of problem-based digestive system interactive E-modules.Abstrak Proses pembelajaran di sekolah masih mengalami beberapa permasalahan, diantaranya dalam membantu peserta didik untuk memiliki keterampilan berpikir kritis. Keterampilan berpikir kritis dapat dioptimalkan dengan pengembangan sumber belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sumber belajar berupa bahan ajar berbasis masalah. Metode penelitian menggunakan R&D (Research and Development) dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Instrumen pengumpulan data penelitian berupa lembar wawancara untuk analisis kebutuhan guru dan angket analisis kebutuhan siswa, serta keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa. Hasil analisis kebutuhan dari 60 siswa kelas XI IPA diperoleh 66,7% memiliki buku pegangan untuk pembelajaran biologi, namun 96,7% hanya memiliki buku pegangan berupa materi sehari-hari yang mayoritas sulit dipahami oleh siswa. Sehingga menurut 78,3% siswa buku pegangan yang digunakan kurang memadai sebagai sumber belajar, 86,6% siswa membutuhkan sumber belajar lain untuk mendukung kegiatan pembelajaran, dan 86,7% siswa membutuhkan sumber belajar lain yang dapat dipahami secara mandiri. Hasil analisis tes berpikir kritis 50 siswa kelas XI IPA diperoleh 15,73%, dimana hal tersebut termasuk kategori sangat rendah. Hasil tersebut menunjukkan perlunya mengembangkan bahan ajar berupa E-module interaktif sistem pencernaan berbasis masalah.

This study aims to describe the level of information technology literacy of mathematics teachers in private vocational schools in South Jakarta and identify the factors that influence it. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. The research sample was 41 mathematics teachers at private vocational schools in South Jakarta, who were taken by purposive sampling technique. Information techniques through questionnaires and interviews. The results showed that the level of information technology literacy for mathematics teachers in private vocational schools in South Jakarta was still low. One of the factors affecting literacy is the lack of training in the use of information.
The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of the development of the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model based on local wisdom in solving environmental problems and the students’ ...ability to develop learning media. Research conducted at Educational Faculty and teaching sciences of Pakuan University. This research uses the method of Research and Development with the ADDIE model, comprising analyses, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The data were obtained from the validation by three experts, namely learning material expert, learning media expert, and learning model expert. The effectiveness assessment was done by N-Gain assessment environmental problem-solving ability and evaluating the multimedia product. The steps to develop the model are as follows: need analysis, designing learning model development, learning model development, learning model validation by the experts, learning model implementation in class, and model evaluation. The product created by the students from learning through PjBL based on local wisdom is a video about local wisdom. According to the data analysis result, it can be concluded that model development of PjBL based on local wisdom improves their ability to solve environmental problems, the average score is 0.69 in experiment class and the score in control class is 0.055 (scales of 0-1.0). The ability to develop video environmental learning media the score video product in experiment class is 2.4 and in the control class is 2.2 (scales of 1-3).
The development of modules based on environmental attitudes has been initiated but has not yet been integrated with instruments. This research aims to develop learning biology material and test the ...instruments' reliability in improving students' environmental attitudes. This development research uses the 4D model by Thiagarajan (1974). Field testing was conducted involving 150 students of Senior High School 1 of Caringin – West Java, Indonesia. The data collection instruments using an expert validation sheet and students’ environmental attitudes sheet. Experts validation involved material, instructional design, and character education expert. Indicators for measuring environmental attitudes use the Environmental Attitude Scale (EAS), which consists of four subscales that refer to Ugulu (2013). According to EAS, the students' environmental attitudes are shown on the Eigen values of the four factors measured. The data analysis was performed using descriptive statistics. The results showed that the suitability aspects of material design and character education followed the average values of 90, 78, and 88 respectively. Meanwhile, Eigen values for environmental awareness factors (5,718); attitudes towards recovery (4,683); attitudes towards recycling (3,512); environmental consciousness and behavior (2,285). While Cronbach Alpha coefficients 0.81. Thus, the instruments integrated into module development carried out in this study are very capable of measuring student environmental attitudes. This study recommends the use of modules in developing students' environmental attitudes.
The research objectives are to determine the effect of Organizational Culture and Decision making toward organizational citizenship behavior of teacher in pre-school. The research was conducted ...sampling to 175 respondent teacher of pre-school at Bogor City with Path Analysis design. The results are; (1) Organizational Culture has direct influence toward Organizational Citizenship Behavior of teacher in pre-school (2) Decision making has direct influence toward Organizational Citizenship Behavior of teacher in pre-school (3) Organizational Culture has direct influence toward Decision making. Conclusion, in enhancing organizational citizenship behavior of teacher in pre-school would be strengthening on Organizational Culture and Decision making.
This research aimed to analyze the relationship between transformational leadership and learning organization to teacher creativity. The research approach used is quantitative with a correlational ...type. The population of this research is all civil servant teachers at state elementary schools in Cijeruk District-Bogor, totaling 155 teachers. Sampling used a proportional random sampling technique with a total sample of 112 teachers. This research uses quantitative data and data sources consisting of primary data (respondents) and secondary data (books, relevant journals, and so on). Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. There are three questionnaire data: transformational leadership, learning organization, and teacher creativity. Data analysis techniques are normality, homogeneity, and linearity tests. The research results obtained the following conclusions: (1) There is a positive relationship between transformational leadership and teacher creativity with a correlation coefficient ry.1=0.368 and the functional relationship equation Ŷ= 6.716 + 0.861X1. Transformational leadership contributes 13.5% to teacher creativity. (2) There is a positive relationship between learning organization and teacher creativity with correlation coefficient ry.2=0.796 and functional relationship equation ŶŶ= -15.225 + 0.978X2. Learning organizations contribute 63.3% of teacher creativity. (3) There is a positive relationship between transformational and learning organization together with teacher creativity with a correlation coefficient R= 0.808 and functional relationship equation Ŷ= -58.672 + 0.340X1 + 0.925X2. The contribution of transformational leadership and learning organization together with teacher creativity means that the better transformational leadership and learning organization, the better teacher creativity will be.
This study aims to increase teacher creativity. The approach applied is a correlational approach and SITOREM analysis. The implementation of this research was carried out at public elementary schools ...in Cibungbulang District. With a population of 166 teachers and a sample of 117 teachers, this sample was selected using the proportional random sampling method. Furthermore, the methods used in this research are survey methods and data analysis techniques, with correlation tests and simple linear and multiple linear regression tests. The results of the research that has been carried out the show: 1. there is a significant positive relationship between the variables Achievement Motivation (X1) and Teacher Creativity (Y) with ry1 = 0.714. 2. There is a significant positive relationship between Information Literacy (X2) and Teacher Creativity (Y) variables with ry2 = 0.529. 3. there is a positive and significant relationship between the variable Achievement Motivation (X1) and Information Literacy (X2) together with Teacher Creativity (Y) with ry12 = 0.723. So it means that Teacher Creativity can be increased through Achievement Motivation and Information Literacy.

The research objectives are to find the effect of environmental teaching method and natural intelligence on environmental view of the student's behavior. The sample of the research is the fourth year ...students of public elementary school Bangka IV, Bogor with as many as 52 students taken as the cluster randomized sampling. The research applies 2x2 factorial design. The research results reveal that (1) Environmental view of the student's behavior between the students taught through discussion starter story and those taught through fieldtrip strategy is not significantly different. (2) The students with high natural intelligence and the students who are taught through discussion starter story have similarly good results to the students who are taught trough fieldtrip strategy in relation to environmental view of the student's behavior. (3) The discussion starter story has more significant effect on the students with low natural intelligence compared to fieldtrip strategy in building environmental view of the student's behavior. (4) There is an interaction effect between the teaching method and natural intelligence in relation to environmental view of the student's behavior. Therefore, there is an effect of environmental teaching method and natural intelligence on the environmental view of the student's behavior
