Setiap cabang olah raga memerlukan keterampilan, keberanian, kesenangan dan percaya diri tertentu dalam melakukan agar hasilnya bisa maksimal. Demikian juga halnya dengan cabang olah raga lompat ...tinggi. Namun kenyataannya tidak semua murid masih memperoleh hasil yang kurang baik dalam melakukan lompat tinggi, seperti penulis amati pada siswa kelas IV SDN Majasuka I. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dalam pembelajaran lompat tinggi mengalami masalah yang harus dicari solusinya. Guru menerapkan permainan karet gelang dalam pembelajaran lompat jauh gaya jongkok agar siswa dapat bermain dan terbiasa saat melakukan tolakan dalam proses lompat jauh gaya jongkok. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian tindakan kelas dengan subjek penelitian siswa kelas IV SDN Majasuka I. hasil penelitian menunjukkan media karet dapat meningkatkan kemampuan siswa dalam melakukan lompat jauh.
Mosques have very significat roles in the developmen of pilgrims’ spiritual living as well as the other aspects. The article aims to analyze the level of empowerment conducted by the development ...committe and dimension should be prioritized. The study used quantitative research design. The validity and realibility tests remained 21 items as for being used as the research tool. The number of samples was 100 pilgrims chosen randomly. The enpowerment consisted of four dimension, namely : accesbility, participation, accountability, and local organization. The data werw analyzed using excell. The study resulted : (1) The empowerment of pilgrims in Madiun City categoryzed as good (value = 75, 38); (2) All the empowerment dimensions were at good levels, in whice the lowest value was found in the local organization dimension; (3) The local organization dimension value 72, 00, meant it should be priorityzed without neglecting the other dimensions
Constraints often encountered by lecturers in educating students is still attached pedagogical mentality like students of secondary education; has not moved on andragogical mentality like a college ...student. These constraints can be found in the context of basic principles of andragogy. As a library research, this paper examines the data sources in the form of literature relevant to Islamic law (fiqh) studies and andragogy (adult education). The study results in six models of andragogical learning for the development of Islamic law (fiqh) courses in higher education. First, the learning model of “learn how to know” that emphasizes aspects of epistemology to increase students’ curiosity (need to know). Second, independent learning model that emphasizes student activeness in learning. Third, experiential based learning model, especially literature and field research practice, to foster inclusive thinking. Fourth, actual life-based learning model, either related to worship or muamalat. Fifth, contextual learning model to find alternative solutions to real life problems from the perspective of Islamic law (fiqh). Sixth, the learning model to develop students’ intrinsic motivation.
Religion advisor for a family is a starting point in the success of nation building. This essay is to explore the quality index of religion advisor in conducting family guiding through religious ...gathering. This study uses a quantitative approach. From the validity and reliability test it can be seen that 32 items are valid and reliable. There are 107 samples, these respondents are selected using purposive random sampling. Results of this research show; firstly index of the roles of religion advisors in guiding Majlis Taklim family stands at 78.71 or good. Secondly, The aspect of religion advisor that are studied including communication capacity, service quality, and attitude of religion advisor are categorized as very good. but the participation of religion advisor is categorized as not good, it means that is not fulfill the consumers’ expectation. Thirdly, the least score of religion’s advisor is participation element which stands at 58.06 (not good), therefore this needs to be developed.
This study aims to address the origin and the meaning for the community of tradition the Giant Lopis (Lopis Raksasa) in the perspective of religious harmony. The research has been conducted in a ...descriptive - qualitative approach. In this study, it is attempt to seek a thorough description and depth about the Giant Lopis tradition. Furthermore, this study is to find out how the tradition plays a role in order to maintaining an harmony of community in Pekalongan municipality openly and naturally. The results of this study shows that, firstly, is that the tradition of the Giant Lopis is closely associated with the practise of fasting on the Shawwal month, which was initiated by KH. Abdullah Siradj of Krapyak in 1855. Subsequently, his followers gave the guests whose came for silaturrahmi with snacks lopis on the 8th day. Another version mentioned that the lopis tradition was inspired by the speech of President Sukarno in 1950s in Kebon Rodjo Pekalongan. Secondly, glutinous rice as the basic ingredient lopis highlights a symbolic of the close relationship that tied rigging as a stronger. At this point, banana leaf wrapping is a symbol that people have to be usefull and good within their social life. Finally, the tradition of the giant lopis has a value of harmony, that is, to encourage tolerance, equality, and mutual cooperation.
The era of globalization is characterized by a shift in the concept of citizenship. From nation citizenship to global one. The implication is the need to reform Islamic education based on global ...standardization and Islamic values. The concrete form is the internationalization of Islamic education through the realization of the global goals based on maqashid sharia. The model established is the education that makes maqashid sharia as the core curriculum (model of comprehensive education), open to all parties to obtain or provide educational (emancipatory), ready to compete in the global competition (competitive), to cultivate the attitude of flexibility and open-minded towards each other (inclusive), cooperate with global citizens (collaborative) and is able to bring actual change for the community (transformative).Era globalisasi ditandai pergeseran konsep kewarganegaraan. Dari warga negara menjadi warga dunia (global citizenship). Implikasinya adalah pentingnya reformasi pendidikan Islam yang didasarkan pada standarisasi global namun Islami. Bentuk konkritnya adalah internasionalisasi pendidikan Islam melalui realisasi the global goals berbasis maqashid syariah. Model pendidikan yang diselenggarakan adalah pendidikan yang menjadikan maqashid syariah sebagai kurikulum inti (model pendidikan komprehensif), terbuka bagi semua pihak untuk memperoleh maupun memberikan pendidikan (emansipatif), siap bersaing dalam kompetisi global (kompetitif), membudayakan sikap luwes dan terbuka terhadap sesama (inklusif), mau bekerjasama dengan seluruh warga dunia (kolaboratif) serta mampu menghadirkan perubahan aktual bagi masyarakat (transformatif).
This study aims to describe the spiritual development of religious employees in the West Jakarta Municipal Government. The focus of the study is the performance of employees after following the ...spiritual development, as well as the implications of this development for the model of religious spiritual development of employees. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with the approach of Islamic Psychology which combines between reason and faith. With the framework of spiritual intelligence indicator according to Zohar and Marshall modified with atheistic perspective, this research finds that: (1) Spiritual spiritual development of employees carried out by the West Jakarta Municipal Government is done in the framework of the realization of workplace spirituality, which is done through the formation of spiritual culture ) stated in its programs; (2) In general, West Jakarta Municipal Government employees have sufficient performance to provide public services, especially for those who have experienced the process of spiritual development. Nine indicators of spiritual intelligence can be used as a benchmark for their performance, although there are still indicators that have not been fully fulfilled; and (3) The spiritual development of religious employees by the West Jakarta Municipal Government has theoretical implications for the model of religious spiritual development of employees.
Abstrak
Pengelolaan keuangan publik merupakan amanah yang harus diemban dengan penuh tanggung jawab. Problematika menyangkut pengelolaan keuangan publik harus segera dituntaskan dengan menerapkan ...aneka alternatif solusi, baik didasarkan pada studi teoretis, empiris maupun normatif. Tulisan ini bermaksud menyingkap kandungan al-Qur’an terkait mekanisme pengelolaan keuangan publik melalui operasionalisasi metode tafsir tarbawi yang melibatkan tiga tahap teknik analisis, yaitu kebahasaan (lughawi), isi (tahlili) dan kependidikan (tarbawi). Signifikansi studi normatif ini adalah memberikan nuansa aksiologis, sehingga pengelolaan keuangan publik didasarkan pada pertimbangan halal-haram, adil-zhalim, baik-buruk, maslahat-mafsadat, dan sistem nilai Islami lainnya. Nuansa aksiologis inilah yang menjadi distinction antara pengelolaan keuangan publik yang Islami dengan yang non-Islami. Mekanisme Qur’ani pengelolaan keuangan publik yang ditawarkan dalam tulisan ini memuat tiga hal pokok. Pertama, pentingnya relasi korelatif yang harmonis antara pihak pengelola (imam) dengan publik (umat) dalam implementasi kebijakan yang baik, dengan didasarkan pada prinsip good governance, melalui program-program dinamis-kontekstual berbasis kerjasama Islami (ta’awun dan musyarakah) yang melibatkan pihak pengelola dengan publik. Kedua, implementasi sikap moderat melalui tiga model aktivitas ekonomi, yaitu pengelola menyeimbangkan aspek sosial-insaniyah dan spiritual-ilahiah dalam pengelolaan keuangan publik; pengelola terlibat aktif dalam realisasi fungsi sosial keuangan bagi publik; serta pengelola menjadi teladan (role model) bagi publik dalam hal gaya hidup hemat. Ketiga, pengelola meneladani empat kompetensi utama Nabi Yusuf AS yang terbukti berhasil menjalankan amanah sebagai pengelola keuangan publik, yaitu kompetensi Makin (berwenang), Amin (terpercaya), Hafizh (hemat) dan ‘Alim (cermat).

Abstract
Public finance management is a duty that must be carried on with full responsibility. Problematics concerning public finance management must be resolved by applying a variety of alternative solutions, based on theoretical, empirical and normative studies. This paper aims to examine the verses of the Holy Qur'an that related to public finance management. This paper based on Tafsir Tarbawi method that involves language analysis (lughawi), content analysis (tahlili) and Islam education analysis (tarbawi). The significance of this research is to provide an axiological shades, so that the public finance management always consider halal-haram, fair-unfair, good-bad, advantage-disadvantage, and other Islamic value system. This axiological shades is the distinction between Islamic and non-Islamic public finance management. This paper proposes three main points of Qur’anic mechanism of public finance management. First, the importance of harmonious relationship between government (imam) and public (ummah). Therefore, government have to manage public finance based on the principle of good governance, through implementation of Islamic cooperation programs (ta’awun and musyarakah) between government and public. Second, implementation of moderate life style on economic activities through three models: government have to balance social and spiritual aspects in public finance management; government actively attempt to realize social functions of public finance; and government become a role model for public in terms of frugal lifestyle. Third, goverment emulate the four core competencies of Prophet Joseph. He is a role model of successful figure in terms of public finance management, because of his competencies, those are Makin (competent authorities), Amin (trustworthy), Hafiz (protector) and ‘Alim (knowledgeable).

Perkembangan zaman yang begitu pesat, menjadikan teknologi sudah menjadi bagian dari kehidupan masyarakat. Tidak terkecuali dunia pendidikan yang semakin hari dituntut untuk mampu menyesuaikan diri ...dengan perkembangan zaman. Pendidikan di era society 5.0 ini yang sangat berkaitan erat dengan kecakapan abad 21, menginspirasi pemerintah Indonesia untuk menghadirkan kurikulum terobosan baru yaitu kurikulum merdeka belajar. Hal ini berpengaruh juga pada konsep dan sistem pembelajaran yang lebih maju dan fleksibel, sehingga menuntut seluruh elemen sekolah untuk terus berkembang dan menyesuaikan terkhusus pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam. Tujuan dari penulisan artikel ini untuk menjabarkan serta menganalisis problematika penerapan kurikulum merdeka pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMP NU 01 Mu’allimin Weleri. Pendekatan ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, melalui pendekatan fenomenologi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menyatakan, bahwa dalam penerapan Kurikulum Merdeka di sekolah masih menghadapi berbagai problematika terlebih pada aspek guru, siswa, dan sarana prasarana. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan keefektifan konsep pembelajaran Kurikulum Merdeka yang belum maksimal.
