Abstract
Goldkolloide werden in Chemie, Biologie, Technik und Medizin häufig eingesetzt. Heute kann man diese Materialien reproduzierbar herstellen, mit einer scheinbar unbegrenzten Zahl an ...funktionellen Gruppen chemisch modifizieren und – in bestimmten Fällen – bis hinab zur Ebene einzelner Atome charakterisieren. Dieser Aufsatz behandelt neuere Entwicklungen hinsichtlich Synthese und Biokonjugation von Goldnanokonjugaten sowie deren Verwendung in Zellen. Es gibt heute viele Beispiele für hochempfindliche und selektive Assays auf der Basis von Goldkonjugaten. In den letzten Jahren war der Fokus auf den Einsatz solcher Materialien in der Therapie gerichtet. Strukturen, die als genregulierende Agentien, Wirkstofftransporter, Bildgebungsagentien und lichtempfindliche Therapeutika fungieren, wurden entwickelt und in Verbindung mit Zellen und vielen schwächenden Krankheiten erforscht. Diese Strukturen wurden nicht einfach als Alternativen zu molekularen Systemen gewählt, sondern weil ihre neuen physikalischen und chemischen Eigenschaften ihnen in zellulären und medizinischen Anwendungen erhebliche Vorteile verschaffen.
The design and high-throughput manufacturing of thin renewable energy devices with high structural and atomic configurational stability are crucial for the fabrication of green electronics. Yet, this ...concept is still in its infancy. In this work, we report the extraordinary durability of thin molecular interlayered organic flexible energy devices based on chemically tuned cellulose nanofiber transparent films that outperform glass by decreasing the substrate weight by 50%. The nanofabricated flexible thin film has an exceptionally low thermal coefficient of expansion of 1.8 ppm/K and a stable atomic configuration under a harsh fabrication condition (over 190 °C for an extended period of 5 h). A flexible optoelectronic device using the same renewable cellulose nanofiber film substrate was found to be functionally operational over a life span of 5 years under an intermittent operating condition. The success of this device’s stability opens up an entirely new frontier of applications of flexible electronics.

, 2092.) (Figure, upper). In this reaction, the oxidation state of tellurium-center changed from Te(II) to Te(IV), in other word, tellurium transformed into the hypervalent state. Interestingly, dehalogenation also occurred by the irradiation of the lights to give an original Te(II)-centered tellurophene.
In this study, we have investigated the electrochemical transformation of
PT
(Figure, lower). The spectroelectrochemistry measurements have successfully revealed that the oxidation of
PT
in the presence of halides (F
-
, Cl
-
, Br
-
) gave the corresponding hypervalent tellurium compound,
PT-X
2
. In addition, the electrochemical reduction of
PT-X
2
resulted in the recovery of
PT
. In the course of Te(II)/Te(IV) redox cycle, there were no trace of side reaction, evidenced by the existence of isobestic points in absorption spectra. The bulk electrolysis of
PT
was also succeeded to give
PT-X
2
in sufficient yield.
