The article analyzes the agribusiness cluster of the metropolitan area of Londrina. The main products of the productive chains inserted in this healthy group: corn, soy, wheat, coffee, rice, cotton, ...bean, grape, milk, cane and orange.. The adopted methodological procedures involve the characterization of the field research accomplished by ADETEC in 2002 to identify the technological strategies of the companies in what refers to product and process of the agribusiness section of the companies. 29 companies were interviewed by convenience. The classification of the size of the companies was made by the revenue and numbers of employees of the firms. The questionnaire of ADETEC has 13 groups of subjects of quantitative and qualitative character. Factorial analysis was used to identify the existence of different behoaviour patterns and they were identified 4 clusters of companies. , according to strategies adopted by smalls, medium and big companies. Among the main results of the research they stand out the technical cooperation degree - scientific of 38% the cooperation with research institutions, for improvement of the product, it can be observed that larger part of the companies doesn’t possess this activity type, however the number of companies that possess is significant. It was also possible to identify statistically the difference between big/medium strategies and small companies. The results allow to ADETEC to formulate specific politics for big/medium and for small businesses of the agribusiness cluster of the metropolitan area of Londrina.O artigo analisa o cluster agroalimentar da região metropolitana de Londrina. Realizou-se a análise fatorial para identificar a existência de diferentes padrões comportamentais e foram identificados 4 clusters de empresas. , segundo as estratégias adotadas por de micro/pequenas e médias/grandes empresas. Entre os principais resultados da pesquisa destacam-se o grau de cooperação técnico- científica de 38% a cooperação com instituições de pesquisa, para melhoramento do produto, pode ser observado que maior parte das empresas não possui este tipo de atividade, porém o número de empresas que possuem é significativo. Também foi possível identificar estatisticamente a diferença de estratégias de grandes/médias e pequenas empresas. Os resultados permitem à ADETEC formular políticas específicas para grandes/médias e para pequenas e microempresas do cluster agroalimentar da região metropolitana de Londrina.

The commensal microflora provides a repertoire of antigens that illicit mucosal antibodies. In some cases, these antibodies can cross-react with host proteins, inducing autoimmunity, or with other ...microbial antigens. We demonstrate that the oral microbiota can induce salivary anti-SARS-CoV-2 Spike IgG antibodies via molecular mimicry. Anti-Spike IgG antibodies in the saliva correlated with enhanced abundance of Streptococcus salivarius 1 month after anti-SARS-CoV-2 vaccination. Several human commensal bacteria, including S. salivarius, were recognized by SARS-CoV-2-neutralizing monoclonal antibodies and induced cross-reactive anti-Spike antibodies in mice, facilitating SARS-CoV-2 clearance. A specific S. salivarius protein, RSSL-01370, contains regions with homology to the Spike receptor-binding domain, and immunization of mice with RSSL-01370 elicited anti-Spike IgG antibodies in the serum. Additionally, oral S. salivarius supplementation enhanced salivary anti-Spike antibodies in vaccinated individuals. Altogether, these data show that distinct species of the human microbiota can express molecular mimics of SARS-CoV-2 Spike protein, potentially enhancing protective immunity.
Computer supported cooperative work (CSCW) environments enable users to interact with each other by using computers to conveniently share relevant data across the user interface. Awareness is an ...essential requirement in CSCW to convey precise information about the context in which the work in group is taking place, contributing thus to collaboration between users. In this kind of environments, we need to go beyond traditional human–computer interaction to embrace human–computer–human interaction (HCHI). It is necessary to devise flexible mechanisms to support HCHI in dealing with the diversity of contexts and group concerns. Furthermore, these mechanisms should endeavor to provide a seamless integration with current development techniques. This work presents a multi-purpose framework to include group awareness in HCHI systems in a seamless way. Proposed framework is based on the Dichotomic View of Plasticity approach. An experiment was conducted with two different versions of a specific groupware platform: the original platform and a new version of it, extended by means of the proposed framework. The goal was twofold: (i) to verify the benefits of applying this framework and (ii) to validate, in terms of user satisfaction, the improvement regarding groupware features introduced in the extended version. The results of the experiment backed up our hypothesis by showing that proposed framework is able to add awareness support to existing human–computer–Human (HCH) interfaces in a seamless way. It is also showed that added awareness components effectively contributed to achieve a higher level of collaboration among users.
