Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and study of documents/documentation. Data analysis techniques used the interactive model "Miles & Huberman". The results of the study show that the forms of community participation in the implementation of School-Based Management in SMA Negeri 2 Mataram are: 1) As a giver of opinion, the school committee plays an active role in providing consideration in the form of input and suggestions in the preparation of RKAS, special programs and management of education. 2) As support, this is in the form of raising public funds to finance the implementation of education and supporting students in carrying out the school's flagship program. 3) As a controller, this is in the form of controlling the course of the meeting in preparing the RKAS and controlling the teaching and learning activities in schools. 4) As a liaison, the school committee actively provides consideration through input and suggestions in preparing RKAS, flagship programs and education management.
The purpose of this study was to describe the Human Resource Development Planning in the Driving School of SMA Negeri 1 Masbagik, East Lombok, Indonesia. This research was conducted using a ...qualitative approach with a single case study research design. Data was collected using data triangulation techniques from interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique uses the Miles & Huberman model: data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The study results show that the steps in planning the human resource development program for educators and education staff consist of several stages, namely, 1) determination of needs, 2) target setting, 3) program implementation, and 4) program evaluation.
This research aims to analyze the responses of teachers and administrators of the Muslim Scholar Generation Foundation (YGMC) to the results of the computer-based national assessment (ANBK). This ...research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The research sample comprised 62 people, 56 teachers, two deputy school principals and two school committee members. Data was collected using interviews, observation, questionnaires, documentation methods, and primary and secondary data sources. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, concluding (verification) and checking the validity of the data using triangulation. The research results show that: 1) Most YGMC teachers responded positively and negatively to the Computer-Based National Assessment (ANBK); 2) Planning to improve the quality of YGMC education is carried out by data-based planning analysis, which determines the vision, mission, goals, SNP, and curriculum; 3) YGMC's implementation of quality management consists of implementing standards for learning activities and curriculum, improving the qualifications and competencies of educators and education staff, quality of graduates, education management, community involvement in education implementation; 4) Evaluation of the quality of YGMC education is carried out by evaluating performance, evaluating the learning process, preparing self-evaluations, and developing priority scales for activities and programs.
This research aims to develop green ecology learning media products based on Android and their influence on the environmental care character of students. This research is development research using ...the design instructional ADDIE model. The research subject is high school students in Mataram City. The research design used a non-equivalent control group design. The data collection technique used a validation questionnaire to assess the feasibility of Android-based green ecology learning media, teacher and student response questionnaires to assess the implementation of learning using the developed product and learning achievement tests and environmental care character questionnaires to measure the effectiveness of product development. Data analysis techniques in this study were carried out using descriptive statistics using percentages (%) and inferential statistics using ANCOVA (Analysis of Covariance) at a significance level of 5% (p <0.05). The results showed that: (1) the android-based green ecology learning media developed was valid (91.0%) and practical (82.9%), (2) the implementation of android-based green ecology learning media showed environmental care character outcomes better compared to conventional learning, and (3) the results of the ANCOVA test (Analysis of Covariance) show that android-based green ecology learning media influences students’ environmental care character (Sig.0.000<0.05). Thus, the developed android-based green ecology learning media can improve the environmental care character of high school students in Mataram City.

This study aimed to determine the effect of technological literacy on the quality of learning in the primary school of Lentera Hati Islamic boarding school. This research is a quantitative research ...with an ex post facto approach. The population of this study consists of all 22 primary school teachers in Lentera Hati Islamic boarding school, who also serve as research samples. Observations, documentation, and questionnaires were performed for data collection. Data were analyzed using partial regression analysis and multiple regression techniques. The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between technological literacy on the quality of learning at the primary school of Lentera Hati Islamic boarding school. This is evident from the correlation coefficient rx1y value of 0723 and the determination coefficient r2x1y value of 31.1%, so the higher the technological literacy, the higher the quality of learning.
This study aims to determine the effectiveness of learning development guidance on the success of students’ field practice of teachers in the professional education program for Early Childhood and ...Elementary School. The population in this study were all professional education students in the Kindergarten and Elementary School Classes of 2022 Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Mataram. The sample used was students in Early Childhood and Elementary Schools who were taken using a proportional random sampling technique. The variables used in this study consisted of independent variables, namely the effectiveness of the supervisor’s role in the development of learning tools (X), as well as the dependent variable, namely the success of field practice (Y). The data obtained were analyzed using the SPSS application version 21. The data analysis used was descriptive statistical data, normality test, and linear regression analysis test. Thus, the results showed that guidance on the development of learning tools by both tutors and supervisors on the success of students’ field practice in the professional education program at the Kindergarten and Elementary School levels proved to be effective, with the resulting effectiveness level of Early Childhood about 33.5% and 8.5% for Elementary school.
Kemampuan literasi sains merupakan kemampuan yang harus dimiliki oleh peserta didik dalam menghadapi tantangan abad 21. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan literasi sains ...peserta didik SMPN di Kabupaten Lombok Tengah. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survey. Tes literasi sains menggunakan instrumen pilihan ganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rerata kemampuan hasil literasi sains peserta didik sembilan SMPN di Lombok Tengah secara umum sebesar 72,80% dengan kriteria baik. Pencapaian kemampuan literasi sains pada indikator pertama menjelaskan fenomena secara ilmiah memperoleh skor rata-rata 75,41% lebih tinggi dibandingkan indikator kedua merancang dan mengevaluasi inkuiri ilmiah memperoleh skor 75,10%, sedangkan indikator ketiga menginterpretasi data dan bukti ilmiah memperoleh skor rata-rata terendah sebesar 68,50% dengan kriteria cukup dibandingkan indikator pertama dan kedua dengan kriteria baik.
Research on online learning difficulties during the COVID-19 pandemic has been carried out. The aim is to describe the process and learning difficulties while online learning. This research is ...descriptive and qualitative. Sampling is done in three ways: interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The data obtained is reduced, presented, reviewed, and then conclusions are drawn. As a result, the difficulties experienced by students during the process of learning online, namely the difficulty in using WhatsApp and chat group entry, make students unable to focus on learning, difficulties in the form of signals, and learning disabilities-line is a difficulty that is often experienced, learning is difficult because of signal constraints and wasteful internet quota. In conclusion, online learning difficulties are the inability of students to use learning applications such as What tApp, Google Classroom, Google Meet, and Zoom meetings. Some factors that make learning difficult are constrained by unstable signals and a lack of communication between students and teachers.
