Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana penanaman sikap sosial anak di TPA Robbani Indralaya Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan ...teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas satu orang pendidik, satu orang pengasuh, dan tiga orang tua anak yang dititipkan di TPA Robbani. Keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan teknik pengumpulan data. Analisis data dilakukan dengan interaktif mencakup pengumpulan data, reduksi, penyajian, penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan proses penanaman sikap sosial pada anak dilakukan dengan keteladanan dan pembiasaan. Penanaman sikap sosial anak meliputi sikap percaya diri, menyesuaikan diri, dan bertanggung jawab. Pelaksanaan tahapan penanaman sikap sosial pada anak telah dilakukan dengan baik, namun pada sikap bertanggung jawab belum terlihat hasil yang maksimal. Ditandai dengan respon anak yang melakukan kesalahan ketika ditegur seakan tidak peduli, belum bisa membantu membereskan tempat istirahatnya, dan meninggalkan kegiatan yang sedang dilakukan tanpa menyelesaikannya
The purpose of this study was to describe the exploration of education in the Non-formal Education Unit of Community Learning Activity Center (SPNF SKB) Banyuasin Regency, with sub-competencies ...covering pedagogical, personality, social, and professional competencies. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used saturated sampling with a total of 36 learning residents. Data collection was carried out by means of questionnaires and documentation. The results showed that pedagogical competence was classified as high with a percentage of 81%, personality competence was classified as high with a percentage of 84%, social competence was classified as very high with a percentage of 86.30%, and personality competence was classified as high with a percentage of 80.80%.
This study aimed to develop an empowerment model for students’ skills in cultivating pumpkin plants, especially for community education at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education at University ...in Palembang. The type of research used was modified with four stages based on the ADDIE process: analyze, design, develop, and implement. The research subjects were Community Education Faculty of Teacher Training and Education students and two validators. The researchers conducted a group test with 26 students. Through this test, researchers can discover the weaknesses and shortcomings of the empowerment model based on how students assess the design, scope of material and techniques used. The data were collected using questionnaires. The results showed that at the stage of needs analysis through the distribution of online questionnaires, it was found that students needed this empowerment model to support various activities in the Education Park. Furthermore, the planning stage, which produces a storyboard as the initial design of the product, and the results from the validation test stage for development by validator experts make a total score of 111 with an average percentage of 92.45% and excellent feasibility. These results indicate that the product can be applied at the Education Park Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Students at Sriwijaya University. The next stage is implementation, with the results of product trials in small groups resulting in a total score of 1196 with a percentage of 92%, which indicates that the product is feasible to be applied.
The development of Android-based interactive digital textbooks is one of the means which is expected to help improve students' understanding of concepts in the learning process. Interactive digital ...books can be used as a tool by lecturers in the learning process in the classroom so that lecturers do not only use conventional learning methods in the learning process. In line with the times, many lecturers, students and even the public generally access all information via digital. This paper aims to create an Android-based interactive digital textbook as media and resources for Nonformal Education (PLS) learning tools. The ADDIE Model (Branch, 2009) is used in this study. It consists of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research starts with a literature review and need`s assessment of 47 students for an Android-based interactive digital textbook, followed by a textbook draft. After compiling the Android-based interactive digital textbook, it is validated by three experts: content/material expert, presentation expert, and Indonesian language expert. After being evaluated by three experts, the draft of an Android-based interactive digital textbook is revised to accommodate individual and small group testing. In the outstanding category, interactive digital media textbooks and PLS learning resources based on Android received a total score of 146 (91.25%) from three expert validators. This research shows that interactive digital textbooks are very practical, with a practicality percentage of 83.33% for one-to-one and 83.16% for small groups. The android-based PLS media and learning resources are valid and valuable. Due to the lack of availability of media teaching materials and learning resources in out-of-school education, the presence of Android-based textbooks that can be accessed anywhere and at any time can help both lecturers and students understand media materials and learning resources outside of school.

Sebagaimana diketahui bahwa era digital sudah mengubah sistem ...pekerjaan yang ada di masyarakat dengan lebih mengarah cara kerja beralih pada digitalisasi dimana tenaga manusia digantikan dengan teknologi digital. Profesi dari lulusan Pendidikan Luar Sekolah yang cukup luas cakupannya berkaitan dengan pendidikan di masyarakat diantaranya sebagai pamong belajar, penilik, instruktur, fasilitator, pendamping masyarakat, tutor, tenaga kependidikan di satuan Pendidikan Luar Sekolah dan PAUD dan pekerja sosial lainnya serta pekerjaan lain yang relevan. Profesi tersebut di era digital sekarang ini memerlukan kompetensi, keahlian dan keterampilan yang sesuai dengan era digitalisasi yang harus dimiliki oleh lulusan Pendidikan Luar Sekolah sehingga mampu bersaing di masyarakat. Saat ini kompetensi era digital yang harus dimiliki oleh lulusan PLS setidaknya yakni kompetensi informasi dan literasi data, komunikasi dan kolaborasi, kemampuan menciptakan konten digital, keamanan termasuk menjamin pelindungan terhadap data dan kerahasiaan, kemudian kompetensi memecahkan dan mengatasi persoalan secara teknis. Kemudian kompetensi yang tidak kalah penting yang harus dimiliki yaitu kompetensi kepribadian, profesional, pedagogik dan kompetensi sosial.
This study aims to determine the process of empowerment in an effort to increase agricultural production. This type of research is descriptive qualitative, using interviews, observation and ...documentation, the number of research subjects is five people. The results of the research are the planning stage of farmer group activities consisting of preparation, setting goals, sources of activity funds, counseling materials, time and place of implementation. Implementation begins with delivering material, preparing for planting, sowing seeds, planting and harvesting together. Evaluation begins with participating in all empowerment activities until they are completed. Even though the results of the rice agricultural production of the Sido Makmur Dua farmer group did not always increase, it still had an impact on meeting the basic needs of group members.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang memengaruhi perilaku masyarakat membuang sampah ke sungai di Desa Kota Baru Kecamatan Lubai Muara Enim. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis ...penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi dengan subjek penelitian berjumlah tujuh orang. Adapun hasil penelitian, yaitu; 1) masyarakat sudah memiliki pengetahuan mengenai dampak lingkungan akan tetapi masih terjadi membuang sampah ke sungai; 2) kepedulian masyarakat terhadap lingkungan sudah cukup baik, terbukti ketika masyarakat membuang sampah sembarangan, maka timbullah rasa bersalah atas perbuatannya tersebut; 3) adapun tindakan yang dilakukan masyarakat dan pemerintah Desa Kota Baru dalam meminimalisir pencemaran dari sampah dengan cara bergotong-royong dan mengolah sampah menjadi kerajinan; 4) di Desa Kota Baru belum disediakan fasilitas kebersihan, dengan alasan belum mendapatkan pendanaan dari pemerintah setempat; 5) kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat dan belum disediakan fasilitas kebersihan, sehingga kebiasaan membuang sampah sembarangan terus berlangsung; 6) lemahnya peran dari pemerintah desa dalam penerapan peraturan dan pemberian sosialisasi kepada masyarakat terkait dengan kebersihan lingkungan.Uraian tersebut menggambarkan bahwa masyarakat Desa Kota Baru masih membuang sampah ke sungai dengan berbagai faktor tersebut.
