The purpose of this paper is to design a knowledge management system application that is able to facilitate the needs of the company's knowledge, supporting a culture of sharing, and also spur ...innovation ideas in addressing the problem in Pondok Indah Mall, Jakarta, Indonesia. Knowledge at Pondok Indah Mall is still not well distributed. The company currently only focuses on knowledge of the organization, but what we need to know about individual knowledge is no less important and many have a role to play in addition to the standard operating procedure that we can receive information from companies, such as best practice, how to determine perspectives, negotiation techniques and more especially in terms of regenerating knowledge within the organization. The method used for this writing is the company's business process by approaching three components of knowledge management, people, process and technology. Then aligning the company's strategy and knowledge management strategy using the Zack framework, then designing a knowledge management system with the Tiwana framework approach. The Conclusion, KMS development is felt to be able to support employees to share knowledge well and reduce the time needed to solve cases or problems because they can use solutions stored in the data in the application and make it easier for employees to search documents.

In the era of industry 4.0 developments of technology is needed in various sectors. The hotel sector also needs application technology especially in promotion to reach more new customers. The ...internet and social media are most places used for media promotion and looking for any information including hotel information and reservation. This thing shows that information system is needed to support business processes. Enterprise Architecture also needed for adapt business process functional to be more effective. Besides that from the amount of data and information scattered on the internet and social media will be very useful if we could make use of it. So the role from big data technology is to collect, store and analyze data in order to make the data have value for hotel company. This research will discuss about enterprise architecture using the Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) with apply Big Data technology. Steps taken are designing architecture business, architect system information and information technology architecture. This design aim for produce business processes and information systems more effective and efficient. Based on the problems in the cases described previously, the implementation of big data technology in the hospitality sector is very helpful for management to be able to improve and improve business processes and technology. The hotel also gets the results of analytical data that are very useful for developing services and product products from the hotel that can attract tourists which will have an impact on increasing hotel revenue.
The purpose of this study is to assess the maturity level of data governance in order to provide appropriate recommendations to address the problems of data governance in the Data Management ...Division. The research method used begins with a literature study and survey, which aims to identify the company's vision, mission, objectives and identify the IT resources used by the company today. It then identifies the company's business objectives, objectives and Division strategies, and ongoing processes in the division. The results obtained a gap between the current maturity level with the maturity level that has not reached the company's expectations. The conclusion obtained that the data governance at PT. XYZ can still be improved. The improvement is taken from DAMA DMBOK as best practice on data governance, by identifying which area that the company did not have.
The purpose of this thesis research is to find out what factors affect the employee performance problem based on Knowledge Management System (KMS) in PT Data Ctra Mandiri and model that can ...illustrate the biggest cause of labor knowledge distribution problem. The methodology used is the knowledge management component of People Perspective, Process Perspective and Technology Perspective. The data in this study were taken from questionnaires to 86 respondents who interacted with knowledge management system application. Data were analyzed using smartPLS with Structural Equation Model (SEM) approach to test data from questionnaire using factor analysis method. It can be concluded that 10 main component factors Knowledge Management (KM) influence to the problem of performance improvement of KMS workforce in PT Data Citra Mandiri.

The analysis was carried out using the OCTAVE Allegro (Operationally Critical Threat, Assets and Vulnerability Evaluation) method. It is expected that this analysis will get the final results in the form of recommendations about the steps that must be taken to protect and manage the debtor information system critical assets at Bank XYZ.
Virtual Reality is a computer-programmed environment where the user can feel and immerse themselves in their surroundings with scenes and objects that appear to be real but actually fake. Right now, ...Virtual Reality technology is starting to become more popular not only by the people who use it for entertainment purposes, but also popular for the business companies. During the Covid-19 Pandemic, all businesses in Tourism like Taman Safari Indonesia were having trouble getting visitors. Not only that, there are also visitors who couldn't visit the park due to their locations being far away from the park locations. In this study, the researchers will implement this Virtual Reality into the Taman Safari Bogor Tour Business in order to increase their visitors by using enterprise architecture. The researchers at this study used the Essential Enterprise Architecture framework model, because in the Essential Enterprise Architecture framework, it helps explain the Business Architecture, Information System Architecture, and the Information Technology Architecture that will be needed in the Virtual Reality implementation phase. With the implementation of the Virtual Reality Tour into the Taman Safari Indonesia Tourism Industry, it could helped solve the low visitors come due to Covid-19 Pandemic and also gives an opportunity to gather more visitors who lives far away from the park locations including visitors from other country.

This method considers the essential business processes that focus for the relevance of the analysis. Crucial items for this practice consist of business-driven studies for identify relevant IT assets and risk method scenarios for capturing procedure details, and security. People involvement and tools selected for the analysis will be expected for result from set of risks that identified more comprehensively also for high increase of the security awareness to all of the organization.
