Virtual Reality is a computer-programmed environment where the user can feel and immerse themselves in their surroundings with scenes and objects that appear to be real but actually fake. Right now, ...Virtual Reality technology is starting to become more popular not only by the people who use it for entertainment purposes, but also popular for the business companies. During the Covid-19 Pandemic, all businesses in Tourism like Taman Safari Indonesia were having trouble getting visitors. Not only that, there are also visitors who couldn't visit the park due to their locations being far away from the park locations. In this study, the researchers will implement this Virtual Reality into the Taman Safari Bogor Tour Business in order to increase their visitors by using enterprise architecture. The researchers at this study used the Essential Enterprise Architecture framework model, because in the Essential Enterprise Architecture framework, it helps explain the Business Architecture, Information System Architecture, and the Information Technology Architecture that will be needed in the Virtual Reality implementation phase. With the implementation of the Virtual Reality Tour into the Taman Safari Indonesia Tourism Industry, it could helped solve the low visitors come due to Covid-19 Pandemic and also gives an opportunity to gather more visitors who lives far away from the park locations including visitors from other country.

This research aimed to analyze the impact of the competence, work ethic, professionalism and motivation of people (lecturer and staff) on their performance. The data taken from questionnaires to 317 ...respondents and interviewed the 12 respondents. Data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the Competence, Work Ethics, Professionalism and Motivation on the lecturer and staff are positive and has significant impact on their performance. Therefore, it needs to make improvements to People element in order to apply Knowledge Management System so that it may increase its performance.

The rapid growth of startup companies is also accompanied by the large number of startup companies failing to survive. Based on industry standards, 9 out of 10 startup companies experienced a failure ...which was largely due to poor management of the company and lack of funding. This paper aims to show a standard model that can be used by startup companies to anticipate future failures. The method used in building this model is to apply the basic concept of a Business Process Model (BPM) that is adapted to the climate of development of startup companies. This article will also show some elements of BPM that will try to be implemented in one of the technology startup companies engaged in education and social affairs. The element will be complemented by an explanation as a form of integration of the BPM concept, the climate of development of the startup company and its relevance as a good model for the development of startup companies. In the future, it is hoped that this model can be used as a reference for other startup companies to face the challenges of startup companies failure.

The result of the research is the implementation of knowledge management system and the evaluation result using technology acceptance model method to measure the level of user acceptance. The conclusion of this research is by using knowledge management system and implementation of sharing knowledge culture, knowledge management and the use of knowledge management system owned by organization become more effective and efficient.

The analytical tool that used in this thesis is IE matrix, SWOT, and QSPM analysis. The internal factor analysis produce the main strength of this company is the company products are loved by people with a score of 0,61. While the company has a major weakness, namely the distribution of technology products is left behind with a score of 0,63. The Merger of internal factors on the company generated an average score of 2,90. External factor analysis (EFAS) generate major opportunities that can be utilized by the company is the development of technology of rapid product distribution with a score of 0,72. While the company's main threat gained from research that people are beginning to switch to digital media than conventional television viewing with a score of 0,63. Merging these two external factors in PT. Visi Media Asia result the average score of 3,12. Based on the SWOT matrix, produced five strategies that can be done by PT.
