With the new technology developments, new competitor, new business model and changing customer behavior, the company should also change to optimize technology support. Therefore, this startup company for logistic and especially in last mile deliveries will make an information systems to support their business by using Design Thinking (DT) approach as Information System Strategic Planning (ISSP). With Design Thinking and Personas approach, hopefully able to create a system with good user experiences and user satisfaction while using the product. The result is defined proper business flow and developing website and android applications to facilitate business activities. The conclusion of this research is Design thinking is one of alternative method that can be used to make strategic planning of information system for company, either new company (start-up) or corporate.

Domain used is Delivery Support (DS), because this domain includes the smooth management and system security as well as data management and operational facilities. The purpose of this study is to evaluate and make the audit results as input to improvement the management of the system running on company. From the results of the study concluded that the information system contained in PT. Klikfix Asia International there are still shortcomings in IT governance.

The strategic planning of the information systems on research was conducted using the method of Ward and Peppard. The IS strategic planning in the UPRS which is proposed in this research is hope to be used to integrate each business process and IS system which is connected to the Jakarta Smart City. IS is needed with the competent human resources to manage the IS/IT of the UPRS to increase the service quality to the flat occupants and to increase the employees productivity in implementing their job functions.

The service offered by the ...Online Travel Agents (OTAs) has a huge impact on a very competitive online marketplace. The purpose of this research is to observe, examine, and analyze key factors which a consumers’ decision to use a particular travel agent website for e-hotel booking can be predicted. The data are compiled using IBM SPSS. The key methods are applied for data analysis in addition to other statistical methods including factor analysis and multinomial logistic regression analysis. The analysis of data reveals a positive association of website quality factors, product related factors, and consumer relationship factors with consumers’ decision to book from a certain travel agent website. Viewing the big picture, consumer relationship factors are found to be more influential as compared to website quality and product related factors. Moreover, the researchers reveal product price as the most influential variable, but it indicates no statistical significance with consumers’ decision. There are many different price products which are available across different travel agent websites. The convenience of payment method is found to be a significant attribute associated with the consumers’ decision to book from a travel website. In addition, attributes of travel products variety and online reviews provided by the travel websites are observed to be statistically significant. This research indicates the trends of consumer decision-making for e-hotel booking in Indonesia.
Gamification is now a well-liked marketing strategy. Many businesses think that gamification has the potential to raise consumer engagement, brand awareness, and brand loyalty. Beyond the pervasive ...hype, there is currently a lack of empirical evidence that supports these beliefs. In this study, we investigated the connections between gamification, brand equity, and consumer brand engagement among GoClub Application users (N = 407). The findings revealed that all three types of brand engagement were positively correlated with achievement and social gamification features (emotional, cognitive, and social). Brand equity was additionally positively correlated with brand engagement. The findings suggest that gamification can enhance brand engagement and build brand awareness, and that it appears to be a successful brand management strategy.
This study aims to investigate password compliance within a web application used by 174 users, following NIST SP 800-63 guidelines. A questionnaire was employed to assess user password attributes ...aligned with NIST guidelines, using a binary scoring system for compliance. The research findings will unveil strengths and weaknesses in password policies and their implementation within the web application. As a result, the security compliance level of the web application is approximately 28.30%. Based on these findings, recommendations will be provided to enhance the web application’s security
Blockchain is one of the products born from the rapid development and growth of technology which is common in Industry 4.0. However, Indonesia has not implemented blockchain in the government sector ...until now, even though this is an important thing to create a safe and transparent system for its citizens and to improve technological development in Indonesia so that it can always keep up with the times. Even though Blockhain technology can be used in the design of any system, including the creation of a Surat Keterangan Catatan Kepolisian (SKCK) because the use of blockchain in SKCK can help secure the data of every resident. The research method used is descriptive analysis of the results of the various literatures studied. The purpose of this research is to design a system for making Police Record Certificates (SKCK) by utilizing blockchain technology using an Enterprise Architecture approach. From here it is analyzed using several diagrams such as Use Cases and Flowcharts to be able to describe the needs and business processes of an SKCK system. The conclusion of this research is that Blockchain implementation is very necessary because Blockchain implementation can make SKCK data and information more secure and verifiable using immutable hashes.
Android applications combined with Bluetooth technology are an inseparable pair at this time especially for controlling a robot. A sophisticated military robot is a robot that is needed by the ...military/police because it can be deployed to the battlefield or the eradication of terrorism that can be controlled remotely. This system is needed to reduce the remaining casualties from the army, and this combat robot system can also be operated at any time with more numbers than regular soldiers and with minimal operator needs. In this paper, we propose a prototype of a tank-based military robot with object detection and tracking and controlling using Android for simulation of shooting the enemy target. We propose an algorithm for controlling the robot using an HC-05 Bluetooth module. The methods explained, and experimental results were presented.
