4-(5-(2-(4-(5-aryl-1,2,4-thiadiazol-3-yl)phenyl)-1H-imidazol-4-yl)-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl) pyridines were synthesized from benzothioic O-acid and ...(E)-N'-hydroxy-4-(4-(5-(pyridin-4-yl)-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl)-1H-imidazol-2-yl) benzamidine. New compounds synthesized were characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and mass spectral analysis. The synthesized compounds were also performed for in-silico studies, particularly in relation to their activity as inhibitors of the Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor (EGFR). This approach provides a comprehensive understanding of the molecular behavior of compound and their potential as agents for inhibiting EGFR, which is of significant interest in drug discovery and development.
A unique library of amide functionality carrying bis-1,3,4-oxadiazole-oxazolo4,5-bpyridin-2-yl) derivatives (10a-j) with proven chemical structures has been synthesised. They were tested for ...preliminary anticancer properties against various human cancer cell lines such as human prostate cancer (PC3), human lung cancer (A549), human breast cancer (MCF-7) and human colon cancer (Colo-205) using the MTT assay and chemotherapeutic agents such as etoposide as the reference drug. When compared to etoposide, all drugs shown greater efficacy against all cell lines.

The present paper reports the experimental data for density ρ, viscosity η, and speed of sound u in (phenylacetonitrile + 1,2-dichloroethane), (phenylacetonitrile + 1,1,2-trichloroethane), ...(phenylacetonitrile + 1,1,2,2-tetrachloroethane), (phenylacetonitrile + trichloroethene), and (phenylacetonitrile + tetrachloroethene) over the entire range of composition at T = (303.15 to 313.15) K. These values have been used to calculate the excess molar volumes V E and deviation in isentropic compressibility Δκs. The excess molar volumes and deviation in isentropic compressibility are fitted to a Redlich−Kister-type equation to derive binary coefficients and standard deviation and to elicit the specific interactions like complex formation as well as the saturation of chlorine atoms with π electrons.
The present paper reports the experimental data for density, ρ, viscosity, η, and speed of sound, u, for the binary mixtures of phenylacetonitrile (PAN) with aliphatic esters ethyl acetate (EA), ...ethyl chloroacetate (ECA), and ethyl cyanoacetate (ECNA) over the miscibility region (0 < x 1 < 1) at temperatures of (303.15, 308.15, and 313.15) K. The experimental data have been used to calculate various properties like the excess molar volume V E and deviation in isentropic compressibility Δκs. These properties are used to interpret the molecular interactions in the binary mixtures. The Redlich−Kister polynomial equation was fitted to the experimental data to derive binary coefficients and standard deviations.
A new bunch of substituted aryl amino derivatives structurally modified pyrido3,2-dpyrimidines (10a-j) have been synthesized and evaluated for anticancer effects against PC3 (human prostate), A549 ...(human lung), MCF-7 (human breast) and Colo-205 (human colon) cancer cell lines by utilizing of MTT procedure. Most of the synthesized compounds were showed anticancer activity good to moderate activities with IC

values from 0.14 ± 0.017 µM to 3.08 ± 0.135 µM, respectively. Among the synthesized compounds, five compounds 10a, 10b, 10c, 10d and 10e demonstrated more potent activity on all cell lines. Mainly, compound 10e displayed higher anticancer activity.
The seed of Nigella sativa or black seed or Nigella sativa L. is a member of buttercup family Ranunculaceae. It’s massively used for centuries all through different civilizations around the world to ...treat various ailments and disorders. Thymoquinone (TQ), the main active constituent of the seed of Nigella sativa was so far demonstrated through numerous studies to be medicinally very effective against various illnesses including chronic illnesses like cancer, cardiovascular system (CVS) disorders, inflammatory disorders, diabetes, neurological disorders and nephrological diseases. Wide range of pharmacological activities like- antimicrobial, immunomodulation, wound healing, antifungal, antiviral and carminative property are shown by black seeds. This review aims to briefly emphasize some of the extensive pharmacological effects exerted by the black seeds.
