Objective: This study aims to determine and examine the implementation of preventive legal protection in increasing the effectiveness of nurses' medical actions at the Regional General Hospital of ...Wakatobi Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province, Indonesia.
Method: This research uses normative juridical and empirical juridical approach methods. Data collection techniques are carried out by interviews and collecting other data relevant to the research then analyzed using qualitative methods using principles, theories laws, and regulations related to the research topic, then described descriptively analytically in the discussion. Respondents and research resource persons were determined by purposive sampling. The respondents amounted to 4 nurses and the resource persons amounted to 4 hospital leaders.
Result: The results showed that in the Regional General Hospital of Wakatobi Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province, Indonesia, Preventive Legal Protection in Increasing the Effectiveness of Nurses' Medical Actions related to the implementation of the delegation of doctors' authority to nurses to perform medical actions has not been maximized. This is because nurses who perform certain medical actions have not received delegation of authority, both delegative and mandated in writing from doctors following the provisions of Article 290 of Law Number 17 of 2023 concerning Health and Article 32 of Law Number 38 of 2014 concerning Nursing. Furthermore, preventive legal protection related to standard operational procedures has been running well. Where every medical action carried out by nurses already has standard operational procedures, the implementation of medical actions is following standard operational procedures, standard operational procedures for medical actions carried out by nurses have been socialized and have been monitored regularly following the provisions of Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 17 of 2023 concerning Health,
Conclusion: Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that Preventive Legal Protection in Increasing the Effectiveness of Medical Actions of Nurses at the Regional General Hospital of Wakatobi Regency, Southeast Sulawesi Province, Indonesia is still inadequate.

(COVID-19)-Pandemie müssen sich viele Bereiche der Medizin umstrukturieren. Dies betrifft auch die Versorgung von Patienten mit ...psychischen Erkrankungen. Die Therapie psychischer Erkrankungen umfasst psychotherapeutische und psychopharmakologische Interventionen. Letztere können mit einer Vielzahl an unerwünschten Arzneimittelwirkungen (UAW) assoziiert sein, stellen aber in der aktuellen Situation mit Kontakt- und Ausgangsbeschränkungen die präferierte Therapieoption dar. Da der direkte Patientenkontakt zugunsten des Telefonats oder der Videokonferenz reduziert ist, müssen angepasste diagnostische und therapeutische Optionen gefunden werden, um eine ausreichende Patientensicherheit zu gewährleisten. Bedeutend sind hierbei die ausführliche Aufklärung der Patienten sowie eine aktive Abfrage von Symptomen zur rechtzeitigen Erkennung von UAW. Unter der Behandlung mit Psychopharmaka sind UAW zu befürchten, die besonders ungünstig sind, wenn sie im Rahmen einer akuten Infektion auftreten oder ein erhöhtes Infektionsrisiko begünstigen. Hierzu gehören Atemdepression, Agranulozytose, Intoxikation durch Hemmung des Arzneistoffmetabolismus und venöse Thromboembolien, die jeweils mit potenziell lebensbedrohlichen Folgen einhergehen. Gleichzeitig sollte auf eine ausreichende Wirksamkeit der Medikation geachtet werden, da die gegenwärtige Krise zu einer Exazerbation vorbestehender psychischer Erkrankungen führen bzw. deren Erstmanifestation begünstigen kann.
Saat ini World Health Organization (WHO) telah mengklasifikasikan varian Omicron sebagai VOC. Klasifikasi ini berdasarkan ditemukannya sejumlah besar mutasi pada varian ini dan beberapa diantaranya ...mengkhawatirkan. Penelitian awal menunjukkan adanya peningkatan risiko infeksi ulang pada varian ini dibandingkan varian VOC lainnya. Selain itu, varian ini juga menunjukkan pertumbuhan yang cepat. Berdasarkan hal tersebut varian ini akan memberikan dampak yang merugikan secara epidemiologi. Berdasarkan uraian tesebut tertarik untuk melakuan penyuluhan tentang COVID-19 dengan peserta masyarakat pada Kelurahan Talia Kecamatan Abeli, yang mana diharapkan dapat menambah wawasan serta pengetahuan bagi masyarakat dan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat untuk melakukan upaya pencegahan dan perlindungan diri serta menjalankan protokol kesehatan selama masa pandemik COVID-19. Penyuluhan dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu media untuk membagikan informasi terkait COVID-19 kepada publik terutama masyarakat untuk menambah pengetahuan yang dapat mempengaruhi seseorang dalam berperilaku sehari-hari. Kegiatan penyuluhan yang dilaksanakan dengan jumlah peserta 25 warga memperoleh hasil yang sangat memuaskan dengan antusiasnya warga untuk mengikuti kegiatan tersebut smapai selesai dan adanya dialog yang menunjukan adanya penambahan pengetahuan sesuai dengan tema yang telah disampaikan.
Kampung Pulo Geulis, merupakan kampung padat penduduk yang berada di pusat kota Bogor. Kampung ini merupakan destinasi wisata yang dikembangkan Panorama dengan adanya wihara di kampung tersebut. ...Sayangnya diwilayah tersebut tidak terdapat usaha souvenir yang dapat mendukung wisata tersebut. Usaha Gelas bersablon merupakan usaha yang dapat dimulai dengan skala kecil dan menunjang untuk wisata maupun souvenir pernikahan. Sablon merupakan ketrampilan yang diajarkan pada matakuliah bengkel dasar di Program studi Telekomunikasi PNJ. Dengan ketrampilan yang dikembangkan di prodi Telekomunikasi maka pengabdian kepada masyarakat ditekankan pada bagaimana memproduksi souvenir gelas bersablon. Jenis kegiatan yang akan dilakukan diawali dengan pelatihan usaha membuat gelas bersablon, dengan materi pelatihan antara lain manajemen wirausaha, photoshop menggunakan computer, praktek sablon menggunakan water decal paper pada medium gelas kaca dan keramik. Setelah itu dilanjut dengan pendampingan produksi dan penjualan dari souvenir yang dibuat oleh mitra peserta kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat. Tujuan akhir yang ingin dicapai dari Pengmas ini adalah terbentuk pengusaha souvenir gelas bersablon, sehingga tercipta lapangan kerja baru dan sentra souvenir di Pulo Geulis.
Galactorrhea is a well-known adverse drug reaction (ADR) of numerous antipsychotic drugs (APD) and is often distressing for those affected. Methodological problems in the existing literature make it ...difficult to determine the prevalence of symptomatic hyperprolactinemia in persons treated with APDs. Consequently, a large sample of patients exposed to APDs is needed for more extensive evaluation. Data on APD utilization and reports of galactorrhea caused by APDs were analyzed using data from an observational pharmacovigilance program in German-speaking countries-Arzneimittelsicherheit in der Psychiatrie (AMSP)-from 1993 to 2015. 320,383 patients (175,884 female inpatients) under surveillance were treated with APDs for schizophrenia and other indications. A total of 170 events of galactorrhea caused by APDs were identified (0.97 cases in 1000 female inpatient admissions). Most cases occurred during the reproductive age with the highest incidence among patients between 16 and 30~years (3.81 cases in 1000 inpatients). The APDs that were most frequently imputed alone for inducing galactorrhea were risperidone (52 cases and 0.19% of all exposed inpatients), amisulpride (30 resp. 0.48%), and olanzapine (13 resp. 0.05%). In three cases, quetiapine had a prominent role as a probable cause for galactorrhea. High dosages of the imputed APDs correlated with higher rates of galactorrhea. Galactorrhea is a severe and underestimated condition in psychopharmacology. While some APDs are more likely to cause galactorrhea, we identified a few unusual cases. This highlights the importance of alertness in clinical practice and of taking a patient's individual situation into consideration.
