Abstract
The presented work is devoted to the study of the effect of various values of the electron beam current on the distribution of the energy cross section of the weld when conducting the ...technological process of electron-beam welding of thin-walled structures. The work is used by the simulation system of COMSOL Multiphysics, in which mathematical models of energy distribution proposed by the authors are implemented with electron beam welding. Imitation modelling was carried out for two materials widely used in the aerospace industry: titan alloy BT14 and AMG aluminum alloy. The values of the parameters for which the simulation was carried out were selected as a result of the predetermined process of optimizing the technological mode of electron beam welding for the construction under study. In the process of the research, a change in the value of the electron beam current is carried out both in less and to the large side. The article presents visualization for the three values of the parameter under study for each material, which makes it possible to judge the effectiveness of the previously formed set of optimal parameter values.

This article presents a simulation-dynamic model for calculating long-term economic growth based on the neoclassical model of R. Solow. The model is developed on the basis of the system dynamics ...method, AnyLogic tools. In the constructed model, the calculations were carried out for two variants of the long-term Russian economy development, with and without taking into account scientific and technical progress. The model was used as a tool for researching which of the development options is more profitable. As a result of experiments with options, it was found that a variant that takes into account technical progress is preferred. The conducted study allows concluding that the developed simulation-dynamic model is universal and on its basis, it is possible to conduct various researches on various aspects of the long-term development of different levels economic systems.
Modeling is one of the most important parts of applied research, the processes for which carrying out full-scale experiments is either expensive or highly labor-intensive. The article deals with the ...problem of modeling the energy distribution at the stage of electron beam input during welding. The solution to this problem will allow not only to reduce the cost of testing the technological parameters of electron beam welding of products with new geometry or from new materials, but also to support the decision-making of the technologist when optimizing the manufacturing process of existing products. Based on the theory of thermal processes, mathematical models have been developed that consider the characteristics of the materials to be welded and the technological parameters of the electron-beam welding process. In the course of experimental studies, the energy distribution was simulated when the electron beam was introduced for structures made of two different materials with different geometries. The obtained models for calculating the temperature at the input section not only supplement the complex of existing mathematical models of the electron beam welding process, but also allow expanding their application for calculating and optimizing the welding process, taking into account the excess temperature at the electron beam input section. In the future, this will allow considering the temperature spread at the input stage and obtaining a more stable quality of the welded seam with fewer root defects.
This article observes problems of the branches of the Russian defense industry complex. The short comparative analysis of scientific approaches and applied methods of management of innovative ...business processes of the enterprise of the rocket and space industry is carried out. Features and area of assignment of a system method of management and enhancement of innovative business processes of the enterprise and the method based on "end-to-end" business processes are provided. Need of transition from functional approach to enterprise management, widespread in the last century, to process-based management is proved. The algorithm for increasing the competitiveness of business processes of an enterprise of rocket and space industry is considered in the article. It allows to consider the nature and conditions of implementation of innovative activities and provide not only the effective use of limited resources, but also the sustainable development of the rocket and space industry enterprise and an industry in general, allowing to successfully solve problems of increase in defense capability of the state. The article deals with the problem of constructing an automated system for monitoring and controlling the oil-pumping station of a conveyor shop. Based on the analysis of the subject area, the ...shortcomings inherent in the work of the coal industry enterprise conveyor shop are revealed, and the automation tasks are set. The software is developed on the basis of the "GRANIT" telecommunication complex, intended for receiving and converting telemechanical information coming from controlled objects. As the hardware of the automation system, Siemens Simatic S7-400 controllers are selected, which ensure high reliability of the system and are widely used at Russian mining enterprises.
