A tanulmány áttekinti a házasságra és a családra vonatkozó legfontosabb nemzetközi emberi jogi dokumentumokat. Ezek rendelkezéseit tárgyuk szerint csoportosítva kísérel meg következtetést levonni a ...két társadalmi jelenség nemzetközi jogi védelmének jellegére. Ezt követően áttekinti, hogy a házasság és a család mennyire tekinthető az európai kultúra lényeges összetevőjének. Az ószövetségi zsidó és a római birodalmi jog házasságfelfogásából kiindulva, az ezeket az értékeket továbbvivő Katolikus Egyház szabályainak áttekintése után bemutatja a kortárs egyetemes és hazai egyházi felfogást. Mindennek eredményeként vonja le azt a következtetést, hogy az európai kultúra a bemutatott házasság- és családfelfogásra épül. Ennek elvetése vagy lehetetlen, vagy egy másik kultúra létrehozását jelentené.
A 21. század elején a vesztfáliai békére visszavezethető szuverenitáson alapuló világrendet a globalizáció néven összefoglalt komoly és hosszú kihívás éri. Ez nem kizárólag politikaelméleti kérdés, ...hanem legalább ennyire alkotmányjogi is. Az állam által gyakorolt hatalom és a hatalom gyakorlásának módja az Európai Unió keretei között is bonyolult. Lényeges ezért, hogy Magyarország ott, ahol hatalma van, vagyis saját állami keretei között hangsúlyozza, hogy nem azért van magyar alkotmányosság, mert azt egy, az akaratából létrejött, vagy legalábbis hozzájárulásával működő nemzetközi intézmény elismeri, hanem azért van magyar alkotmányosság, mert korábban is volt. Állami szuverenitás nélkül csak intézményi autoritás marad, az alkotmány és az alkotmányosság elenyészik. Ez ellen szolgál erős eszközül az Alaptörvény. Az alkotmányos identitás, a mai alkotmányosság normatívösszekapcsolása a Magyarország állami létét végigkísérő történeti alkotmányossággal és az alkotmányos állami folytonosságot megtestesítő Szent Koronával olyan eszközök, amelyek alkalmasak a szuverenitás védelmére.

A high-performance liquid chromatographic method (HPLC) with combined diode array and fluorescence detection of amino acids and amines in various cheese samples is described. The proposal is based on ...acidic deproteinization, derivatization and gradient optimization studies, resulting in the identification and quantification of 21 amino acids and 9 amines from a single solution, by one injection. The optimized, simple protocol consists of deproteinization (1
M perchloric acid), centrifugation, filtration and the subsequent derivatization with the
o-phthalaldehyde-ethanethiol-9-fluorenylmethyl chloroformate (OPA-ET-FMOC) reagent. The method can be characterized with a linearity of wide concentration range (6.25–1000
pM/injection), a good chromatographic reproducibility (average: 2.69% RSD) and an excellent recovery (average: 100.2%; average 3.84% RSD). The developed method was successfully applied in the determination of the amino acid and amine contents of port salut cheese, blue cheese and smoked cheese samples.
In the present study, the suitability of Raman spectroscopy for nuclear forensics is proven by a systematic investigation of
laboratory-prepared synthetic and industrial uranium ore concentrate (UOC) ...samples, of different origin and with wide range of
impurity content. Besides the identification of the compound type, the identification of process-related impurities observed in
these samples is reported for the first time. Both handheld and laboratory Raman spectrometers were used in the
measurements. The ability to measure different UOCs and the sufficient sensitivity of the handheld device demonstrate its
usefulness in nuclear safeguards and nuclear security applications. Even more importantly in such a context, the likely
identity of process-related impurities could be verified by Raman Spectroscopy in the present work, allowing to draw
conclusions on the process history of the sample.

In this work, a novel and model‐based artificial neural network (ANN) training method is developed supported by optimal control theory. The method augments training labels in order to ...robustly guarantee training loss convergence and improve training convergence rate. Dynamic label augmentation is proposed within the framework of gradient descent training where the convergence of training loss is controlled. First, we capture the training behavior with the help of empirical Neural Tangent Kernels (NTK) and borrow tools from systems and control theory to analyze both the local and global training dynamics (e.g., stability, reachability). Second, we propose to dynamically alter the gradient descent training mechanism via fictitious labels as control inputs and an optimal state feedback policy. In this way, we enforce locally ℋ2$$ {\mathscr{H}}_2 $$ optimal and convergent training behavior. The novel algorithm, Controlled Descent Training (CDT), guarantees local convergence. CDT unleashes new potentials in the analysis, interpretation, and design of ANN architectures. The applicability of the method is demonstrated on standard regression and classification problems.
Thirty-one old Hungarian grapevine (Vitis vinifera L.) cultivars were investigated on 7 microsatellite loci to characterize them, to separate the cultivars from synonym names, and to confirm ...parent-offspring connections. Conculta (group of cultivars or bud sports) members, such as `Goher' and Tajor' representatives, were studied to find a suitable locus for the separation. Synonyms, conculta members, subcultivars and clones of Turmine, which was the most important cultivar of Tokaj, were also analyzed to separate the members of the different taxonomic levels. Pedigree of 'Kiralyleanyka' was examined to find the missing ancestor, because the parent-offspring connection between the natural hybrid and `Koverszolo' is questionable.
