In this new tumor classifying, considering two significant models, such as Feature Selection (FS) and Machine Learning classification techniques, are extremely valuable for distinguishing and visualizing the tumor in the MRI brain images; it is classified using Adaptive Neuro‐Fuzzy Interface System (ANFIS). For better classification of image, Optimal Feature Level Fusion (OFLF) is considered to fuse low and high‐level feature of brain image; from this analysis, the images are classifying as Benign or Malignant. From this implementation of medical images, the experiment results are evaluating performance metrics are compared existing classifiers. From the proposed MRI image classification process the accuracy as 96.23%, sensitivity as 92.3%, and specificity as 94.52%, compared to existing classifier. It is in the working platform of MATLAB that this proposed methodology is implemented.

In general, MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are small noncoding RNAs considered as of greater biological importance and controls molecular signaling pathways in diabetic pathogenesis. Among the reported MiRNAs, MIR-21 is considered to be an important MiRNA, which is frequently elevated in many types of types of strokes, suggesting that it plays an important role in cell proliferation, and apoptosis. Until now, there is no research paper that signifying the role of miR-21 in all types of strokes and the number of studies on the different category of strokes is limited, so in this paper, we are highlighting the recent investigations related to the significance of miR-21 in different types of strokes based on the up-to-date reports. It was found that MiR-21 was found to be normally up and down regulated in all types of strokes, however; we summarize the important research findings related to the role of miR-21 in different types of strokes.

In recent days, progressive rate of diabetic retinopathy (DR) becomes high and it is needed to develop an automated model for effective diagnosis of DR. This paper presents a new deep neural network ...with moth search optimization (DNN-MSO) algorithm based detection and classification model for DR images. The presented DNN-MSO algorithm involves different processes namely preprocessing, segmentation, feature extraction and classification. Initially, the contrast level of the DR images is improved using contrast limited adaptive histogram equalization model. After that, the preprocessed images are segmented using histogram approach. Then, Inception-ResNet V2 model is applied for feature extraction. Finally, extracted feature vectors are given to the DNN-MSO based classifier model to classify the different stages of DR. An extensive series of experiments were carried out and the results are validated on Messidor DR dataset. The obtained experimental outcome stated the superior characteristics of the DNN-MSO model by attaining a maximum accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of 99.12%, 97.91% and 99.47% respectively.
Haematococcus pluvialis is one of the potent organisms for production of astaxanthin, a high value ketocarotenoid. Astaxanthin is accumulated in thick-walled cyst cells of Haematococcus. The thick ...cell wall is made up of sporopollenin-like material, algaenan, which hinders solvent extraction of astaxanthin. In the present study, an improved method for extraction of astaxanthin without homogenization of cells is reported. Extractability of astaxanthin from cyst cells was evaluated by treating cells with various solvents and pretreating the cells with organic and mineral acids at 70 °C followed by acetone extraction. Hydrochloric acid treatment facilitated 86−94% extractability of astaxanthin. Treatment time, temperature, and concentration of the acid were found to be critical factors for maximum extractability. The treatment did not affect the astaxanthin ester profile and the treated cells can be preserved until further use. Keywords: Haematococcus; astaxanthin; total carotenoid; extractability

Proposed System
A new working miniature called Novel K-means Non-Negative Matrix Factorization (KNMF) is implemented using renovated guidelines of NMF which has been diagnosed for clustering documents consequently. A new data set called Newsgroup20 is considered for the exploratory purpose. Removal of common clutter/stop words using keywords from Key Phrase Extraction Algorithm and a new proposed Iterated Lovin stemming will be utilized in preprocessing step inassisting to KNMF. Compared to the Porter stemmer and Lovins stemmer algorithms, Iterative Lovins algorithm is providing 5% more reduction. 60% of the document terms are been minimized to root as remaining terms are already root words. Eventually, an appeal to these processes named “Progressive Text mining radical” is developed inlateral exertion of K-Means algorithm from the defined Apache Mahout Project which is used to analyze the performance of the MapReduce framework in Hadoop.

Haematococcus was exposed to mutagens such as UV, ethyl methane sulphonate (EMS) and 1-methyl 3-nitro 1-nitrosoguanidine (NTG), and further screened over herbicide - ...glufosinate. The survival rate of cells decreased with increasing concentration of mutagens and herbicides. The mutants exhibited 23–59% increase in total carotenoid and astaxanthin contents. The NTG treated glufosinate resistant mutant showed increased (2.2% to 3.8% w/w) astaxanthin content. The transcript levels of phytoene synthase, phytoene desaturase, lycopene cyclase, β-carotene ketolase and β-carotene hydroxylase enzymes in the mutant cultures were found to be 13-18, 14-17, 3, 3-22 and 6-20 fold higher respectively compared to wild type. The mutant obtained by UV irradiation showed highest lycopene cyclase activity (458 nmole β-carotene formed/mg protein/h) followed by NTG mutant (315 nmole β-carotene formed/mg protein/h) when compared to that of parent strain (105 nmole β-carotene formed/mg protein/h). Expression analysis of carotenoid biosynthetic genes in the mutants exhibited increase in transcript levels compared to wild type.
Haematococcus pluvialis, a green alga, accumulates carotenoids, predominantly astaxanthin, when exposed to stress conditions. In the present work, changes in the pigment profile and expression of ...carotenogenic genes under various nutrient stress conditions and their regulation were studied. Nutrient stress and higher light intensity in combination with NaCl/sodium acetate (SA) enhanced total carotenoid and total astaxanthin content to 32.0 and 24.5 mg g−1 of dry biomass, respectively. Expression of carotenogenic genes, phytoene synthase (PSY), phytoene desaturase (PDS), lycopene cyclase (LCY), β-carotene ketolase (BKT), and β-carotene hydroxylase (CHY) were up-regulated under all the stress conditions studied. However, the extent of expression of carotenogenic genes varied with stress conditions. Nutrient stress and high light intensity induced expression of astaxanthin biosynthetic genes, BKT and CHY, transiently. Enhanced expression of these genes was observed with SA and NaCl/SA, while expression was delayed with NaCl. The maximum content of astaxanthin recorded in cells grown in medium with SA and NaCl/SA correlated with the expression profile of the astaxanthin biosynthetic genes. Studies using various inhibitors indicated that general carotenogenesis and secondary carotenoid induction were regulated at both the transcriptional and the cytoplasmic translational levels. The induction of general carotenoid synthesis genes was independent of cytoplasmic protein synthesis while BKT gene expression was dependent on de novo protein synthesis.
Active database system is a database system which is capable of generating a certain action automatically if it detects an event that meets certain conditions. The existence of Event Condition ...Action (ECA) rules and functional components such as triggers, stored procedures, and stored functions that are owned by active database system make the database system has the ability to automatically monitor input and output data. Separation of ECA rules components in the database with the application program will also facilitate the development of information systems. This research applies active database system in academic information system, so that academic business rules can be planted in database software and be able to produce the right solution automatically. The addition of active database system components to the database software makes procedures such as subject distribution, study plans, academic leave, values, thesis defense and other processes can be monitored by the system automatically. This can be done because between applications and databases use the model driven approach parameters to communicate with each other. The results of this research prove that a database is not only has function as a container of data, but can control the information system actively, this is caused by the logic of programs that are generally planted in the application layer that can be moved and planted in the database software.
