In this research, we investigated the method which was based on a support vector machine (SVM) to identify pleural effusion on the thoracic image. SVM is a method of machine learning that works well ...when applied to data outside the training set. We formulated the detection of pleural effusion and applied SVM to develop the identification algorithm. We applied SVM to detect thoracic images whether they identified as pleural effusion or normal. The identification of pleural effusion on the thoracic image was conducted through some processes such as the determination of the region of interest (ROI), segmentation, morphology operation, measurement of the sharpness value and slope value, training as well as testing. Determining ROI was intended to focus the measurement on the left side of the chest. Segmentation was carried out to separate lungs object from the background. Morphology operation was carried out for cavities on the object as the segmentation result to obtain the entire object so that the measurement of the slope's lower part image could be done perfectly. The training was carried out on 100 thoracic images, 50 of them were identified with pleural effusion and the other 50 were normal. The objective was to find the hyperplane with the parameter input such as the sharpness value and slope value of the lungs on the thoracic image. We tested the method proposed based on doctors' diagnosis using 50 thoracic images, 25 of which were identified with pleural effusion and the other 25 were normal. From the result of the test, the accuracy of the method we proposed was 96%.
Shrimps are aquaculture products highly needed by the people and this is the reason their growth needs to be monitored using underwater digital images. However, the large dimensions of the shrimp ...digital images usually make the processing difficult. Therefore, this research focuses on reducing the dimensions of underwater shrimp digital images without reducing their information through the application of the Principal Component Analysis (PCA) algorithm. This was achieved using 4 digital shrimp images extracted from video data with the number of columns 398 for each image. The results showed that 12 PCs were produced and this means the reduced digital images with new dimensions have 12 variable columns with data diversity distributed based on a total variance of 95.61%. Moreover, the original and reduced digital images were compared and the lowest value of MSE produced was 94.12, the minimum value of RMSE was 9.54, and the highest value of PSNR was 8.06 db, and they were obtained in the 4th digital image. The experiment was conducted using 3 devices which include I3, I7, and Google Colab processor computers and the fastest computational result was produced at 2.1 seconds by the Google Colab processor. This means the PCA algorithm is good for the reduction of digital image dimensions as indicated by the production of 12 PC as the new variable dimensions for the reduced underwater image of shrimps.

Seni Perang Sun Tzu telah banyak digunakan dalam penelitian untuk menyusun ...strategi bisnis dan strategi penjualan. Sayangnya, belum ada penelitian dengan menggunakan Seni Perang Sun Tzu untuk perencanaan strategis Sistem Informasi (SI). Kontribusi penelitian adalah penyusunan analisis SWOT berbasis lima faktor Seni Perang Sun Tzu sehingga dapat menjadi dasar untuk penelitian selanjutnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasikan kondisi lingkungan internal bisnis dan eksternal bisnis sehingga memberikan rekomendasi strategi kunci kepada LAZ dalam domain strategi bisnis, strategi SI/TI, dan strategi infrastruktur SI/TI berdasarkan analisis SWOT berbasis lima faktor Seni Perang Sun Tzu yang disusun berdasarkan metode Anita Cassidy. Beberapa strategi kunci yang dihasilkan dari peneitian ini adalah promosi dan edukasi zakat melalui media sosial dan media daring lainnya; menyediakan teknologi untuk memudahkan masyarakat membayar zakat dengan membuat aplikasi seperti Mobile Zakat, Customer Relationship System (CRS); dan mengembangkan kemampuan dalam memanfaatkan teknologi 5G dan teknologi baru.
Abstract
Amil Zakat Institution (LAZ) uses Information System/Information Technology (IS/TI) strategy to improve competitiveness. Sun Tzu's Art of War has been widely used in research to develop business strategies and sales strategies. Unfortunately, there has been no research using Sun Tzu's Art of War for Information System (IS) strategic planning. The contribution of the research is the preparation of a SWOT analysis based on the five factors of Sun Tzu's Art of War so that it can be the basis for future research. This research aims to identify the condition of the internal business and external business environment to provide key strategy recommendations to LAZ in the domains of business strategy, SI/TI strategy, and SI/TI infrastructure strategy based on SWOT analysis based on five factors Sun Tzu's Art of War compiled based on the Anita Cassidy method. Some of the key strategies obtained from this research are the promotion and education of zakat through social media and other online media; providing technology to make it easier for people to pay zakat by creating applications like Mobile Zakat application, Customer Relationship System (CRS); and developing capabilities in utilizing 5G technology and new technologies.

Bahan baku susu sapi diperoleh dari supplier. Pemilihan supplier yang tepat adalah kunci kestabilan usaha diantaranya dapat mengurangi biaya, mengurangi resiko rantai pasokan, meningkatkan nilai barang dan membentuk strategi perusahaan. Permasalahan restoran yang terkait supplier adalah kualitas, kuantitas, harga, pelayanan dan garansi. Oleh karena itu, perlu dilakukannya pemilihan supplier yang tepat. Metode SAW dan AHP merupakan metode paling mendominasi diantara metode lainnya untuk sistem pemilihan supplier. Perhitungan sedehana dan mudah adalah keunggulan SAW, data yang terperinci adalah keunggulan AHP, dibandingkan juga dengan Euclidan Distance untuk penentuan metode yang paling baik yaitu memiliki nilai mendekati nol. Tujuan penelitian ini membandingkan metode SAW dan AHP dalam pemilihan supplier pada restoran. Data penelitian diperoleh dari pemilik dan managemen Its Milk berupa kuesioner dan wawancara. Hasil perbandingan metode diperoleh hasil alternatif yang sama di dalam satu pengujian yaitu terpilihnya supplier A2 dengan nilai akurasi di SAW 0,86 dan akurasi di AHP 0,229. Berdasar euclidean distance metode AHP yang paling baik digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan nilai rata-rata 0,19 sedangkan SAW nilai rata-rata 0,90. Selection of the right supplier is the key to business stability including reducing costs, reducing supply chain risk, increasing the value of goods and shaping company strategy. Restaurant problems related to suppliers are quality, quantity, price, service and warranty. Therefore, it is necessary to choose the right supplier. The SAW and AHP methods are the most dominating methods among other methods for supplier selection systems. Simple and easy calculations are the advantages of SAW, detailed data is the advantage of AHP, compared to Euclid and Distance for determining the best method, which has a value close to zero. The purpose of this study is to compare the SAW and AHP methods in the selection of suppliers in restaurants. Research data obtained from the owner and management of Its Milk in the form of questionnaires and interviews. The results of the comparison of methods obtained the same alternative results in one test, namely the selection of supplier A2 with an accuracy value of 0.86 in SAW and 0.229 accuracy in AHP. Based on the euclidean distance, the best AHP method used in this study is with an average value of 0.19, while SAW has an average value of 0.90.
This research aims to optimize forex trading profit automatically using EA but its still keep considering accuracy and drawdown levels. The evaluation system will classify EA performance based on ...trading market sessions (Sydney, Tokyo, London and New York) to determine the right EA to be used in certain market sessions. This evaluation system is a web-based ELECTRE methods that interact in real-time with EA through web service and are able to present real-time charts performance dashboard using web socket protocol communications. Web applications are programmed using NodeJs. In the testing period, all EAs had been simulated 24 hours in all market sessions for three months, the best EA is valued by its profit, accuracy and drawdown criteria that calculated using web-based ELECTRE method. The ideas of this research are to compare the best EA on testing period with collaboration performances of each best classified EA by market sessions. This research uses three months historical data of EUR/USD as testing period and other 3 months as validation period. As a result, performance of collaboration four best EA classified by market sessions can increase profits percentage consistently in testing and validation periods and keep securing accuracy and drawdown levels.

These method value the patient’s indication. The Expert system gives the output data which define the kind of tool uses of the patient. the results obtained will be able to help people to find indications that lead to appropriate contraceptive tools and advice or suggestions about these tools. The success rate of the contraceptive tools decision experienced by experienced by the user by using forward chaining combined with the CF computation method is also influenced by the number of indication criteria selected by the user. Based on testing that has been done, expert system contraception tools has accuracy level equal to 75%.
In this research, calculation process of the lung cancer volume of target based on computed tomography (CT) thorax images was done. Volume of the target calculation was done in purpose to treatment ...planning system in radiotherapy. The calculation of the target volume consists of gross tumor volume (GTV), clinical target volume (CTV), planning target volume (PTV) and organs at risk (OAR). The calculation of the target volume was done by adding the target area on each slices and then multiply the result with the slice thickness. Calculations of area using of digital image processing techniques with active contour segmentation method. This segmentation for contouring to obtain the target volume. The calculation of volume produced on each of the targets is 577.2 cm3 for GTV, 769.9 cm3 for CTV, 877.8 cm3 for PTV, 618.7 cm3 for OAR 1, 1,162 cm3 for OAR 2 right, and 1,597 cm3 for OAR 2 left. These values indicate that the image processing techniques developed can be implemented to calculate the lung cancer target volume based on CT thorax images. This research expected to help doctors and medical physicists in determining and contouring the target volume quickly and precisely.

The information in the form of chart reporting consists of the load distribution chart based on the repetition of time, distribution chart on the area, the substation region chart and the electric load usage chart. The results of the OLAP process show the development of electric load distribution, as well as the analysis of information on the load of electric power consumption and become an alternative in presenting information related to peak load.
This research has been done online calculation of the rate of poor family change rate by using Preference Ranking Method of Organization Of Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE) .This system is very ...useful to monitor poverty in a region as well as for administrative services related to poverty rate. The system consists of computer clients and servers connected via the internet network. Poor family residence data obtained from the government. In addition, survey data are inputted through the client computer in each administrative village and also 23 criteria of input in accordance with the established government. The PROMETHEE method is used to evaluate the value of poverty and its weight is used to determine poverty status. PROMETHEE output can also be used to rank the poverty of the registered population of the server based on the netflow value. The poverty rate is calculated based on the current poverty rate compared to the previous poverty rate. The rate results can be viewed online and real time on the server through numbers and graphs. From the test results can be seen that the system can classify poverty status, calculate the poverty rate change rate and can determine the value and poverty ranking of each population.
Drowsiness condition is one of the significant factors often encountered when an accident occurs. We aimed to detect a method to prevent accidents caused by drowsiness and lost a focused driver.
The ...image processing technique has been capable of detecting the characteristic of drowsiness and lost focus driver in real-time using Raspberry Pi. Video samples were processed using the Haar Cascade Classifier method to identify areas of the face, eyes, and mouth so that drowsy conditions. The methods can be determined based on the bject detected.
Two parameters were determined, the lost focused and drowsiness driver. The highest accuracy value for driver lost focused detection was 88.00%, while the highest accuracy value for drowsiness driver detection was 90.40%.
In general, a system developed with image processing methods has been able to monitor the drowsiness and lost focused drivers with high accuracy. This system still needs improvements to increase performance.
