Background: Agile methodology is known for delivering effective projects with added value within a shorter timeframe, especially in Business Intelligence (BI) system which is a valuable tool for ...informed decision-making. However, identifying impactful elements for successful BI implementation is complex due to the wide range of Agile attributes.
Objective: This research aims to systematically review and analyze the integration of BI within Agile methodology, providing valuable guidance for future projects implementation, enhancing the understanding of effective application, and identifying influential factors.
Methods: Based on the Kitchenham method, 19 papers were analyzed from 288 papers, sourced from databases like Scopus, ACM, IEEE, and others published in 2016-2022. Meanwhile the extracted key factors impacting agile BI implementation were validated by qualified expert.
Results: Agile was discovered to provide numerous benefits to BI projects by promoting flexibility, collaboration, and rapid iteration for enhanced adaptability, while effectively addressing challenges including those related to technology, management, and skills gaps. In addition, Agile methods, including tasks such as calculating cycle time, measuring defect backlogs, mapping code ownership, and engaging end users, offered practical solutions. The advantages included adaptability, success, value enhancement, cost reduction, shortened timelines, and improved precision. The research additionally considered other critical Agile elements such as BI tools, Agile Practices, Manifesto, and Methods, thereby enhancing insights for successful implementation.
Conclusion: In conclusion, the research outlined Agile BI implementation into seven key factor groups, validated by qualified expert, providing guidance for BI integration and practices, and establishing a fundamental baseline for future applications.

Several investigations have revealed that COVID-19 causes a significant death rate due to acute respiratory distress syndrome, alterations in the quantity of ACE2 receptor expression, or the ...intensity of cytokine storm. Similarly, patients with hepatic impairment that are co-infected with SARS-CoV-2 are more likely to display upregulations of ACE2 receptors and cytokine storm overload, which exacerbates hepatic impairment, potentially increasing the death rate. Moreover, it is expected that the aging population develops a higher degree of hepatic fibrosis in association with other comorbid conditions that are likely to influence the course of COVID-19. Therefore, this research was developed to describe the differences in liver test parameters in elderly individuals with COVID-19 in relation to other inflammatory markers and outcomes. This current observational single-center research followed a case-control design of elderly patients hospitalized for SARS-CoV-2 infection. The research was conducted at a tertiary emergency hospital in western Romania during a two-year period. There were 632 patients included in the analysis that were split into two equal groups matched 1:1 based on gender and body mass index. Three hundred sixteen patients made the group of cases with COVID-19 patients older than 65 years, while the other half were the 316 patient controls with COVID-19 that were younger than 65 years old. Disease outcomes showed a higher prevalence of ICU admissions (22.8% vs. 12.7%, p-value < 0.001) and in-hospital mortality (17.1% vs. 8.9%, p-value = 0.002) in the group of cases. Specific and non-specific liver biomarkers were identified as risk factors for mortality in the elderly, such as ALP (OR = 1.26), LDH (OR = 1.68), AST (OR = 1.98), and ALT (OR = 2.34). Similarly, patients with APRI and NFS scores higher than 1.5 were, respectively, 2.69 times and, 3.05 times more likely to die from COVID-19, and patients with FIB-4 scores higher than 3.25 were 3.13 times more likely to die during hospitalization for SARS-CoV-2 infection. Our research indicates that abnormally increased liver biomarkers and high liver fibrosis scores are related to a worse prognosis in SARS-CoV-2 infected individuals.
Measles is a highly infectious and sometimes deadly illness that is preventable with vaccination. The present research aims to analyze the most recent measles epidemic from Romania that occurred in a ...population with a falling desire to receive immunizations, by detailing the clinical picture and biological profile of hospitalized patients. A secondary goal of the present research is to identify characteristics that increase the likelihood of a longer hospitalization and the development of measles-related pneumonia. A retrospective cohort study was conducted to follow the course and effects of measles virus infection in adult hospitalized patients who were divided into two groups based on whether they had been in the hospital for more than 6 days or fewer than 6 days. A total of 114 adult patients with measles were eligible to participate in the trial if they had a positive measles-specific IgM antibody test resulting from the study. The average age in the short hospital stay group was 28.1 years, while the average age in the long hospital stay group was 31.9 years. There was a statistically significant difference in the number of Roma persons in the research groups, with 17.4 percent of them having a lengthy hospital stay compared to 5.9 percent in the group with a short hospital stay, according to the findings. It was observed that many patients had a long hospitalization associated with chronic lung disease (OR = 1.07), liver damage (OR = 1.66), Roma ethnicity (OR = 1.79), a long duration elapsed from the last MMR dose (OR = 2.02), elevated c-reactive protein (OR = 2.17), the presence of bilateral pulmonary condensations on X-ray (OR = 3.13), and elevated procalcitonin (OR = 3.49). The same significant independent risk factors were also associated with the development of pneumonia. It is of imperative need to address these risk factors in a patient with measles, moreover in association with an unknown status of vaccination. Vaccination awareness against measles must be pushed in Romania to determine a higher than 95% coverage. Significant efforts are still needed to ensure improved protection against measles epidemics within a specific region or population and, more importantly, in patients with significant risk factors for complications, as described in this study.
Introduction: About 300.000 – 350.000 Indonesian people suffer from cardiac arrest each year. Basic Life Support (BLS) is the first immediate response needed by cardiac arrest people, especially the ...out of hospital cardiac arrest (OHCA) patient. BLS that given from public to OHCA could increase the survival rate up to 2 – 3x higher. Unfortunately, the Indonesian still did not know what is cardiac arrest, how to recognize it, and how to do BLS. Objective: The objective of this study was to identify the effect of BLS training in the knowledge and skill level of community in Sidodadi Village, Lawang, Indonesia. Method and Material: This experiment used a quasi-experimental design with 102 of the random sampling of people age 20-40 in Sidodadi Village, Lawang, Indonesia. The sample was given pre-test and post-test knowledge questioner before and after joining BLS training. The sample’s skill was scored by an assistant doctor using a skill checklist. The data then analysed with a t-paired sample test, Wilcoxon sum rank test, and Pearson correlation. Result and Discussion: The score of women is higher than men both in pre-test and post-test, with the significance of p=0,039 for pre-test and p=0,001. 99% who joined BLS training have a significant increase in knowledge with p=0,001. Conclusion: The increase in knowledge and skill is correlated for an excellent and good level of the score, but not correlated in a bad level. About 99% of people who have joined BLS training have a significant increase in knowledge and skill. These trained people have the willingness to be a bystander for cardiac arrest people near them.
Every legislative candidate registered for the 2019 General Election must fill out a variety of information, including their electoral district, name, place of birth, party, occupation, status, and ...goals. It is crucial for motivation and goals to be made public. As a result, we use the Author-Topic Model and Node2vec to evaluate and display the themes modeling in the 2019 General Election data. Only 5.084 of the 36.889 legislative candidate records collected through data crawling from 16 parties include motive and target. While the objective topic modeling creates themes like the role of a legislative member, local development, and national movement, the motivation topic modeling generates topics like education, economics, and welfare. Several parties share similar topics in their target and motivations.
Measles causes in vaccinated children, with some exceptions, a mild disease, while the unvaccinated can suffer complications that result in serious consequences and even death. Although the ...introduction of the measles vaccine has reduced the number of cases and the viral spread, the current downward vaccination trend has resulted in the resurgence of the disease. Currently, Romania has a measles vaccination coverage below the 95% safety threshold. Thus, an outbreak started in 2016 and still ongoing in Romania, many cases being identified in the Western region in the pediatric population. Our objective was to conduct a thorough examination of clinical characteristics, evolution, and risk factors in vaccinated and unvaccinated children in this region. To reach our objectives we used a retrospective cohort analysis. The authors reviewed clinical and laboratory data from patients hospitalized at "Victor Babes" Hospital for Infectious Diseases and Pulmonology in Timisoara. We found a total of 136 qualifying cases of measles among the children admitted to this facility. The two comparison groups consisted of 104 children under 10 years and 32 patients between 10 and 18 years. An important characteristic of both study groups was the high prevalence of patients from the Roma ethnicity, which, although represents a minority in Romania, the prevalence was over 40% in the current study. The infection source was in 40.4% of children under 10 years inside the family, while 71.9% of infections in the group of adolescents were isolated (
-value = 0.047). The multivariate risk factor analysis identified as independent risk factors for the development of pneumonia the older age of patients (OR = 1.62), poor nutritional status (OR = 1.25), Roma ethnicity (OR = 2.44), presence of anemia (OR = 1.58), and procalcitonin (OR = 3.09). It is essential to handle these risk factors in a patient with measles, especially in conjunction with an unknown vaccination status. To achieve a vaccination rate greater than 95 percent for Romanian children, measles vaccination awareness must be promoted, moreover in the Roma population. More comprehensive preventative methods must be developed promptly with the objective of eradicating measles in Romania via a vigorous vaccination campaign.
Tujuan penelitian adalah menelaah kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta dan faktor penyebabnya. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian mixed method dengan explanatory sequential design memakai data primer dan ...data sekunder. Data primer kuantitatif diambil dengan kuesioner, yang kemudian dilanjutkan dengan kualitatif memakai metode Focus Group Discussion (FGD) kepada informan yang termasuk dalam deviant case sampling dan wawancara mendalam terhadap tutor agenda Kedudukan dan Peran PNS dalam NKRI. Data sekunder yang dikumpulkan adalah karakteristik dan data hasil belajar peserta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 40 informan, mayoritas (82,5%) yang telah mengikuti Pelatihan Dasar CPNS Agenda Kedudukan dan Peran PNS dalam NKRI di Bapelkes Semarang masih belum masuk kategori berpikir kritis. Faktor spesifik yang menyebabkan tidak tercapainya setiap indikator berpikir kritis adalah miskonsepsi, belum memahami dan memetakan aturan maupun konsep, manajemen waktu yang tidak efektif, belum memahami peran dan posisi, sedangkan faktor umum yang mempengaruhi hal tersebut adalah tidak munculnya kemampuan berpikir kritis antara lain kurangnya ruang diskusi, belum memahami makna berpikir kritis, ketahanan fisik dan psikologis, dan kondisi keluarga yang kurang mendukung proses pembelajaran. Peneliti menyarankan perbaikan internal dan eksternal guna memperbaiki pembelajaran sehingga pencapaian kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta latih menjadi lebih optimal.

Financial constraints, limited market access, and climate vulnerability plague smallholder farmers, hindering the long-term sustainability of current financial models. This study aims to systematically map the scholarly landscape of sustainable finance models for smallholder farmers, focusing on the adoption of agricultural innovations. A critical knowledge gap exists regarding bibliometric patterns and trends in the adoption of agricultural innovations by smallholder farmers. The study utilizes the RAPID framework for a streamlined and evidence-based bibliometric review, employing RStudio and the bibliometrix-package. The analysis aims to recognize, assess, purge, investigate, and document key themes and emerging patterns in the literature. Noteworthy trends from bibliometric reviews indicate a rise in bibliometric approaches, with VOSviewer as a prevalent tool. This research contributes methodologically by advocating for Scopus as the primary database. The study’s significance lies in informing policy, practice, and research initiatives supporting smallholder farmers. By revealing bibliometric patterns, this study aims to guide the design of innovative and context-specific financial instruments, fostering a more sustainable and inclusive agricultural landscape. In conclusion, this research endeavors to bridge the knowledge gap and provide novel insights at the intersection of sustainable finance and agricultural innovation adoption. The anticipated outcomes will inform the development of tailored financial models, advancing the resilience and productivity of smallholder farmers globally.
