Fault zones provide water flow paths and have often been the focus of water inrush prevention and control in coal mines. In previous studies, fault zones have been modeled as a straight line, but due ...to the influence of changes in the rock structure and weathering, fault zones are actually not linear. Therefore, the focus of this research is to examine the effect of considering the nonlinearity of a fault by using numerical simulations to examine water inrush from a fault zone that is characterized by fractures with different seepage paths. The model simulates water inrush from a nonuniform channel to explore the influence of seepage paths under confined flow conditions and high water pressures on seepage velocity in a fault. The determination of boundary conditions and calculation parameters in the numerical model is based on the experimental results of injection test in the fault of study area. The results show that in the compression zones of the fault, the flow velocity is higher and the potential energy of the water is increased due to changes in the cross section of the fault. Water inrush in the compression zones of the fault will lead to more serious inrush events. In addition, high water pressure from the water source of the inrush also has a substantial influence on the velocity of the water body. The flow medium in the fracture, which has a low permeability and is more or less impermeable, plays an important role in controlling the severity of water inrush.
Zhejiang, China, has a tradition of wine-fermented foods, including Jinhua Dajiao steamed bread (JDSB). The traditional leavening agent, jiaotou, confers its properties and taste to JDSB. We examined ...microorganisms in jiaotou, their effects on processing, and the metabolome using metagenomic and metabolomic analyses. Metagenomics of microorganisms in jiaotou revealed a high average diversity, with Rhizopus sp. being the dominant bacteria. The enriched genes were most abundant in genes related to carbohydrate and amino acid metabolism, with a greater number of non-redundant genes for glycoside hydrolases and glycosyl transferases. The enriched genes may have a direct impact on the organoleptic quality of JDSB. Functional enrichment analysis of different metabolites revealed that pathways associated with linoleic acid, ABC transporter, alanine, aspartate, glutamate, and galactose metabolism were enriched during JDSB processing. We identified a strong correlation between metagenomic functional level and metabolomics pathway enrichment analyses.The results contribute to the improvement of JDSB processing.
To explore the risk of water inrush associated with mining with pressure, the fractal dimension method is applied to quantify the partition of structural complexity within the deep fault zone of a ...newly planned mining area, including complex area, medium area and simple area. The engineering geological model of the Beigong No. 2 fault is established in the complex area, using the Nos. 5 and 7 mining area of the Dongtan Coal Mine as the geological background. Combining measurement of mining failure in this coal mine and analysis of permeability resistance of the fault zone by engineering geological analogy, the concept of a safety coefficient of mining with pressure is put forward, which can be used as a quantitative criterion for evaluating the risk of water inrush from the Ordovician limestone aquifer. The evaluation methods and results of this research have important reference value for the evaluation of water damage in other mining areas with similar geological conditions.
To study the waterproof coal pillar design for mining in the outcrop area of thick coal seam in Shanxi Formation under the large Jurassic red stratum in the seventh mining area planned and designed ...by Dongtan Coal Mine, the systematic analysis is carried out on six boring-enclosed areas near the typical outcrop area, and the Jurassic thickness and the interval contour line between the top plate of the third upper coal seam and the bottom of the Jurassic red stratum are drawn. On this basis, the engineering geological profile of typical third upper coal seam mining is established, and the typical borehole is taken as the case to discuss the waterproof coal pillar design for thick coal seam mining under thick red stratum by using the analogy analysis and related specification.
During the processing and storage process of spiced goose, samples were collected from raw goose meat (R0), spiced goose meat cooled for 2 hours (2h) and spiced goose meat stored for 1day (1d), 3 ...days (3d) and 5 days (5d). Microbial flora changes in spiced goose during the processing and storage process were analyzed by conventional microbial culture methods, polymerase chain reaction and denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis (PCR-DGGE). The results indicated that more abundant microbial diversity was determined in goose meat through PCR-DGGE technology than conventional microbial culture methods. According to the PCR-DGGE results, the dominant bacteria in R0 and 2h were Aeromonas and Acinetobacter. On 1d, the dominant bacteria also included Weissella and Enterobacter, and on 3d, Aeromonas was no longer dominant. The dominant bacteria became Weissella, Enterococcus and Staphylococcus on 5d.

Wireless communication is also widely used with artificial intelligence to build systems because of the fast speed of interaction. In order to ensure the steady development of the construction industry in the future, we need to control the cost of the project and the introduction of high-tech. The purpose of this paper is to control the cost of construction projects by means of wireless communication and artificial intelligence decision-making. After reviewing the history of the construction industry in recent decades, as well as the price fluctuations of building materials and the relevant laws and regulations on environmental protection and construction in recent years, this paper uses the emerging artificial intelligence and traditional wireless communication methods to carry out the traditional project cost control experiments. After a period of experiments, people found that the use of wireless communication with artificial intelligence decision-making ability can be very good control of construction project costs in a certain range, to ensure the profitability of the project and the maximum use of materials.

Previous work showed that peptides from duck eggs incubated for 15 D presented high total antioxidant activities. Here, this work explore the antioxidant activities of different segments, ...ZT1 (≤3 KD), ZT2 (≤10 KD), and ZT3 (≤30 KD), derived from duck embryo peptides and their protective effects against H2O2-induced oxidative damage in HepG2 cells. Peptides present no cytotoxicity to HepG2 cells. Moreover, ZT1 exhibits a higher ability to scavenge several radicals as well as stronger inhibition of H2O2-induced oxidative stress than ZT2 and ZT3. The activities of catalase and glutathione peroxidase as well as total superoxide dismutase increase in a concentration-dependent manner. Peptides are isolated from ZT1 and then subjected to LC-MS/MS to identify their sequences, followed by functional annotation, bioinformatics prediction, and hot-spot motif recognition. As a result, 413 potential functional peptides are identified, with some compounds exhibiting more than 1 function. This work will help for exploring bioactive substances in duck embryo eggs and enhance the utilization value of duck or other poultry eggs.
