In this paper, the free vibration of viscoelastic nanotube under longitudinal magnetic field is investigated. The governing equation is formulated by utilizing Timoshenko beam model and Kelvin-Voigt ...model based on the nonlocal strain gradient theory. The local adaptive differential quadrature method (LADQM) is applied in the analyzing procedure. We also investigated the influences of the nonlocal parameter, structural damping coefficient, material length scale parameter and the longitudinal magnetic field on the natural frequencies of the system. The results of this research may be helpful for understanding the potential applications of nanotubes in Nano-Electromechanical System.

As the internet has become popularized in recent years, cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-i) has shifted from a face-to-face approach to delivery via the internet (internet-based CBT-i, ...ICBT-i). Several studies have investigated the effects of ICBT-i on comorbid anxiety and depression; however, the results remain inconclusive. Thus, a meta-analysis was conducted to determine the effects of ICBT-i on anxiety and depression. Electronic databases, including PubMed, EMBASE, PsycINFO and the Cochrane Library (throughout May 28, 2015), were systematically searched for randomized controlled trials (RCTs) of ICBT-i. Data were extracted from the qualified studies and pooled together. The standardized mean difference (SMD) and 95% confidence interval (95% CI) were calculated to assess the effects of ICBT-i on comorbid anxiety and depression. Nine records that included ten studies were ultimately qualified. The effect sizes (ESs) were -0.35 -0.46, -0.25 for anxiety and -0.36 -0.47, -0.26 for depression, which were stable using a between-group or within-group comparison and suggest positive effects of ICBT-i on both comorbid disorders. Although positive results were identified in this meta-analysis, additional high-quality studies with larger sample sizes are needed in the future.

The nonlinear free vibration of double-walled carbon nanotubes based on the nonlocal elasticity theory is studied in this paper. The nonlinear equations of motion of the double-walled carbon ...nanotubes are derived by using Euler beam theory and Hamilton principle, with considering the von Kármán type geometric nonlinearity and the nonlinear van der Waals forces. The surrounding elastic medium is formulated as the Winkler model. The harmonic balance method and Davidon–Fletcher–Powell method are utilized for the analysis and simulation of the nonlinear vibration. The simulation results show that the nonlocal parameter, aspect ratio and surrounding elastic medium play more important roles in the nonlinear noncoaxial vibration than those in the coaxial vibration of the double-walled carbon nanotubes. The noncoaxial vibration amplitudes of only considering nonlinear van der Waals forces are larger than those of considering both geometric nonlinearity and nonlinear van der Waals forces.
Summary
Despite the high cure probability for acute promyelocytic leukaemia (APL), a minority of patients will relapse and the risk factors for relapse are unclear. We retrospectively analysed 212 ...patients who were diagnosed with non‐high‐risk APL and received all‐trans retinoic acid (ATRA) plus arsenic as front‐line therapy at Peking University Institute of Hematology from February 2014 to December 2018. A total of 176 patients (83%) received oral arsenic (realgar‐indigo naturalis formula) plus ATRA, 36 patients (17%) received arsenic trioxide plus ATRA and 203 patients were evaluable for relapse. After a median (range) follow‐up of 53·6 (24·3–85·4) months, two patients had molecular relapse and eight had haematological relapse. A promyelocytic leukaemia/retinoic acid receptor alpha (PML‐RARA) transcript level of ≥6·5% at the end of induction therapy was associated with relapse (P = 0·031). The 5‐year cumulative incidence of relapse, event‐free survival and overall survival were 5·5%, 92·3% and 96·3% respectively. In conclusion, the present long‐term follow‐up study further confirmed the high cure probability of ATRA plus oral arsenic as front‐line therapy for non‐high‐risk APL and showed that the PML‐RARA transcript level at the end of induction therapy was associated with relapse.
There is an urgent need for an oral, efficient and safe regimen for high-risk APL under the pandemic of COVID-19. We retrospectively analysed 60 high-risk APL patients. For induction therapy (IT), in ...addition to all-trans retinoic acid (ATRA) and oral arsenic (RIF), 22 patients received oral etoposide (VP16) as cytotoxic chemotherapy (CC), and 38 patients received intravenous CC as historical control group. The median dose of oral VP16 was 1000 mg interquartile rage (IQR), 650-1250. One patient died during IT in the control group, 59 evaluable patients (100%) achieved complete haematological remission (CHR) after IT and complete molecular remission (CMR) after consolidation therapy. The median time to CHR and CMR was 36 days (33.8-44) versus 35 days (32-42; p = 0.75) and 3 months (0.8-3.5) versus 3.3 months (2.4-3.7; p = 0.58) in the oral VP16 group and in the control group. Two (9.1%) and 3 (7.9%) patients experienced molecular relapse in different group respectively. The 2-year estimated overall survival and event-free survival were 100% versus 94.7% (p = 0.37) and 90.9% versus 89.5% (p = 0.97) respectively. A completely oral, efficient and safe induction regimen including oral VP16 as cytoreductive chemotherapy combined with ATRA and RIF is more convenient to administer for patients with high-risk APL.
ObjectiveTo evaluate the effectiveness of internet-based cognitive–behavioural therapy for insomnia (ICBT-i) in adults.DesignA meta-analysis of ICBT-i.Data sourcesSystematic searches of randomised ...controlled trials of ICBT-i were performed in the PubMed, EMBASE, PsycINFO and Cochrane Library databases up to 19 June 2016.Review method2 reviewers independently performed study selection, quality assessment and data extraction. Outcomes of interest included sleep onset latency (SOL), total sleep time (TST), sleep efficiency (SE), wake after sleep onset (WASO), number of nocturnal awakenings (NWAK), and Insomnia Severity Index (ISI). RevMan 5.2 and Stata 13.0 meta-analysis software were used to perform statistical analysis.Results14 records for 15 studies (1013 experimental group participants, 591 waiting list group participants) were included. The meta-analysis indicated that, at the post-test time point, SOL decreased by 18.41 min (95% CI 13.60 to 23.21), TST increased by 22.30 min (95% CI 16.38 to 28.23), SE increased by 9.58% (95% CI 7.30% to 11.85%), WASO decreased by 22.31 min (95% CI 13.50 to 31.11), NWAK decreased by 0.52 (95% CI 0.28 to 0.76), and ISI decreased by 5.88 points (95% CI 4.29 to 7.46). Additionally SOL, TST, SE, and WASO exhibited statistically significant improvements at follow-up versus before treatment.ConclusionsICBT-i is an effective treatment for adults with insomnia. This conclusion should be verified in further studies.
To investigate the association of albumin-corrected anion gap (ACAG) with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and clinically significant fibrosis (CSF) defined by vibration-controlled transient ...elastography measurements.
This cross-sectional study including 4531 participants was conducted using the data from the NHANES database of cycles 2017-2018. The outcomes were set as NAFLD vs. non-NAFLD and NAFLD with CSF vs. NAFLD without CSF. The generalized additive model and restricted cubic spline analyses were used to assess the nonlinear relationship. The generalized linear models, logistic regression models, sensitivity analysis, P trend test, subgroup analysis, and mediation analysis were employed to analyze the association. Finally, an ACAG-based model was constructed and evaluated.
A higher ACAG level was an independent risk factor for NAFLD (P < 0.05), but not for CSF (P > 0.05). The sensitivity analysis and P trend test results substantiated the significantly positive relationship between ACAG and NAFLD (P < 0.05). Interestingly, the obvious connection between ACAG and NAFLD varied in different waist circumference groups and played a central role in the central obesity group. In addition, alanine aminotransferase and waist circumference were the mediators in their relationship. Moreover, the ACAG-based model performed well in predicting NAFLD.
ACAG level is independently associated with NAFLD but not CSF. ACAG might be a novel and reliable biomarker for predicting NAFLD clinically especially in the central obesity population.
Abstract
The China Space Station Telescope (CSST) photometric survey aims to perform a high spatial resolution (∼0.″15) photometric imaging for the targets that cover a large sky area (∼17,500 deg

...) and wide wavelength range (from NUV to NIR). It expects to explore the properties of dark matter, dark energy, and other important cosmological and astronomical areas. In this work, we evaluate whether the filter design of the Multi-channel Imager (MCI), one of the five instruments of the CSST, can provide accurate photometric redshift (photo
z
) measurements with its nine medium-band filters to meet the relevant scientific objectives. We generate the mock data based on the COSMOS photometric redshift catalog with astrophysical and instrumental effects. The application of upper limit information of low signal-to-noise ratio data is adopted in the estimation of photo
z
. We investigate the dependency of photo

accuracy on the filter parameters, such as band position and width. We find that the current MCI filter design can achieve good photo

Bladder cancer (BCa) is one of the most common malignancies with high morbidity and mortality worldwide. In recent years, it is of great importance to investigate the molecular etiology associated ...with of BCa. Abnormal spindle‐like microcephaly associated gene (ASPM) is the human orthologous of the Drosophila abnormal spindle (asp) and the most commonly mutated gene of autosomal recessive primary microcephaly. ASPM is overexpressed in several types of cancer cell lines and affects the progression and development of multiple types of cancers. However, its possible role in BCa progression is still unclear. Herein, we demonstrated the possible involvement of ASPM in the progression of BCa. We noticed that high expression of ASPM was positively associated with the poor prognosis. Its knockdown could significantly inhibit the proliferation of BCa cells in vitro and in mice. Therefore, we thought ASPM could act as a promising therapeutic target for BCa.
Isoniazid (INH) has been used as a first-line drug to treat tuberculosis (TB) for more than 50 years. However, large interindividual variability was found in its pharmacokinetics, and effects of ...nonadherence to INH treatment and corresponding remedy regime remain unclear. This study aimed to develop a population pharmacokinetic (PPK) model of INH in Chinese patients with TB to provide model-informed precision dosing and explore appropriate remedial dosing regimens for nonadherent patients.
In total, 1012 INH observations from 736 TB patients were included. A nonlinear mixed-effects modelling was used to analyse the PPK of INH. Using Monte Carlo simulations to determine optimal dosage regimens and design remedial dosing regimens.
A 2-compartmental model, including first-order absorption and elimination with allometric scaling, was found to best describe the PK characteristics of INH. A mixture model was used to characterize dual rates of INH elimination. Estimates of apparent clearance in fast and slow eliminators were 28.0 and 11.2 L/h, respectively. The proportion of fast eliminators in the population was estimated to be 40.5%. Monte Carlo simulations determined optimal dosage regimens for slow and fast eliminators with different body weight. For remedial dosing regimens, the missed dose should be taken as soon as possible when the delay does not exceed 12 h, and an additional dose is not needed. delay for an INH dose exceeds 12 h, the patient only needs to take the next single dose normally.
PPK modelling and simulation provide valid evidence on the precision dosing and remedial dosing regimen of INH.
