Perkembangan teknologi di era globalisasi mengharuskan hampir segala kegiatan bersinggungan dengan smartphone. Selain kemudahan yang diberikan smartphone, banyak dampak negatif yang mungkin ...ditimbulkan terutama pada generasi Z yang lahir saat teknologi sedang berkembang pesat. Berdasarkan fenomena tersebut peneliti tertarik untuk melakukan studi yang bertujuan untuk menguji peran fear of missing out (FOMO) dalam memediasi pengaruh kontrol diri terhadap nomophobia pada Generasi Z di Bandung Raya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan sampel 502 orang Generasi Z yang berusia 18 – 24 tahun di Bandung Raya. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini menggunakan tiga skala yaitu Brief Self-Control Scale (BSCS) (13 item; α = 0,88), Fear of Missing Out Scale (FOMOs) (7 item; α = 0,79), dan Nomophobia Quistionnaire (NMP-Q) (18 item; α = 0,95). Hasil studi ini menjelaskan bahwa ditemukan (1) pengaruh negatif yang signifikan pada kontrol diri terhadap nomophobia, (2) pengaruh negatif yang signifikan pada kontrol diri terhadap fear of missing out, (FOMO) (3) pengaruh yang signifikan dari fear of missing out (FOMO) terhadap nomophobia, dan (4) fear of missing out dapat memediasi pengaruh kontrol diri terhadap nomophobia secara signifikan pada Generasi Z di Bandung Raya.
Public service is something that can be accessed by the community, including for people with disabilities. Changes in the public needs of the community including people with disabilities are growing ...so that it requires an innovation that can equalize it. Public service innovation is a method for increasing change in order to encourage improvement in the quality of public services. Therefore, the City Government of Malang seeks to improve health services specifically for people with visual disabilities by forming innovations in the form of Braille. Braille innovations were made by the government in order to create equitable public services in the community. The government's goal to make this innovation is in order to create equitable public services in the community. In addition, this innovation is a form of commitment of Malang City to inclusive services and a form of commitment to alignments specifically for people with visual impairments. This study aims to determine the ability of Braille innovation in improving health services for people with visual impairments. The method used in this research is the study of literature. As in the application of innovation, there are driving and inhibiting factors. The driving factor is in the form of support from the Mayor of Malang through Malang City Regulation No. 2 of 2014 and officers receive training. Whereas the inhibiting factor of this innovation is only when building a guiding block that requires quite a lot of costs. However, the innovations provided are able to improve the quality of health services to the community. Even now, Puskesmas Janti Malang has become the first referral health service pilot site for people with visual impairments to receive treatment.
This research is a continuation of research year 1 with the title “Lecturer Financial Asset Investment Interest in Surabaya”. In the first year of research, the research was limited to investment ...interest as an endogenous latent variable. 3 exogenous latent variables were consisting of financial literacy, attitude, and motivation. There is also 1 moderating variable, namely family. The purpose of this study was to determine the behavior of lecturers in Surabaya in making investment decisions. 3 factors as exogenous variables are investment interest, risk perception, and risk tolerance. These factors affect investment decisions as endogenous variables. The analysis tool used is SEM PLS and with 56 participant’s data. The results show that investment interest greatly influences investment decisions. while the other two variables, risk perception, and risk tolerance do not affect investment decisions. The dependent variable or as an endogenous variable in this study is investment decisions and 3 exogenous latent variables, namely investment interest, risk perception, and risk tolerance.
The implementation of parking in the city of Surabaya is regulated by Regional Regulation (Perda) Number 3 of 2018. The purpose of introducing e-parking or a parking meter tool is to suppress the ...leakage of PAD in the parking sector, control parking attendants, and facilitate convenient experiences for individuals visiting the smart city of Surabaya. The meter was introduced to measure the duration of parking and facilitate electronic payment of fees. Therefore, e-parking innovation plays a crucial role in effectively managing local revenue (PAD). This study predominantly focuses on the institutional governance system for implementing innovations in the public service sector, specifically the use of e-parking to address parking-related issues. This study employed a descriptive approach with a qualitative methodology. The subjects included the Head of Surabaya Parking UPTD, employees of Surabaya City Transportation Service, attendants of Surabaya City Hall and Tama Bungkul Surabaya parking, as well as the wallet team of Surabaya City Transportation Department. Data were collected using various techniques, namely interviews, observation, and documentation, and were subsequently analyzed through a systematic process of data reduction, presentation, and verification. The results showed the Surabaya City Transportation Service successfully implemented parking meters at several points, including City Hall and Bungkul Park. The implementation of the e-parking program in the city has been progressing well, despite encountering some challenges. These challenges have been effectively resolved, ensuring the smooth operation of the parking meter tool.
Introduction: Neglect is a condition when the elderly are unable to meet their needs and do not get help from their family or the surrounding community. This condition is in line with the increasing ...prevalence of the elderly, as well as the number of neglect of the elderly due to a lack of public knowledge. Methods: The method in writing this article is through a literature review with a simple approach with 10 articles related to the description of the level of public knowledge about elderly neglect in the 2015-2021 period. Results: From 10 articles it was found that the level of public knowledge about neglect in the elderly was categorized as quite low, in terms of understanding in defining the concept of violence in the elderly comprehensively. There are several categories of neglect by the community towards the elderly. And there is still a lack of awareness that is owned by the community in treating the elderly so that it can be called in the elderly adjustment. Conclusions: More knowledge and awareness is needed in treating the elderly in order to prevent neglect of the elderly in order to reduce the prevalence and improve care for the elderly who are in the surrounding environment.
This research addresses the challenge of manual spreadsheet-based maintenance data collection at PT. Energia Prima Nusantara (EPN), a key player in the energy sector. EPN relies on monthly ...inspections to monitor equipment conditions in power plants and distribution networks. The study employs Unified Modeling Language (UML) and prototype development as key methodologies to design an information system dashboard and validate the application's design and features, laying the foundation for future development. The results demonstrate that the integration of UML and prototyping in designing the information system dashboard and the DIGIMAPS mobile application significantly enhances the efficiency and effectiveness of power plant system management while reducing data collection errors. The integrated information system dashboard and DIGIMAPS serve as a digital checklist, streamlining field reporting for mechanics and enabling real-time equipment monitoring for PT. EPN. This system also expedites informed decision-making by the general manager. Overall, this research offers an integrated and effective solution to the maintenance data collection challenge at PT. EPN and provides a blueprint for the development of the dashboard and application. The implication is that leveraging both UML and prototyping in developing an information system dashboard and a mobile application can guide other companies in building efficient and effective information systems.
Latar belakang: Lanjut usia merupakan seseorang yang telah berusia lebih dari 60 tahun. Setiap lansia akan mengalami penurunan fungsi tubuh dan penurunan kesehatan serta penurunan kualitas hidup. ...Terapi relaksasi benson merupakan gabungan dari relaksasi nafas dalam, pikiran dan sistem keyakinan. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui efektivitas terapi relaksasi benson pada kualitas hidup lansia. Metode: Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Review Literature yang diambil dari e-resources Google Scholar, Science Direct dan Pubmed. Kata kunci yang digunakan “benson relaxation technique”, “elderly” “terapi relaksasi benson”, “lansia” dengan kriteria inklusi artikel terapi benson terhadap lansia yang menggunakan metodologi randomized controlled trial (RCT), artikel bahasa indonesia dan inggris, terbit di rentang tahun 2018 – 2021 serta kriteria eksklusi yaitu artikel bukan menggunakan terapi benson terhadap lansia, artikel dengan metodologi Review atau bukan RCT dan artikel terbit sebelum tahun 2018. Hasil: Berdasarkan pencarian artikel sesuai kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi didapatkan 10 artikel yang ditemukan bahwa teknik relaksasi benson efektif untuk mengatasi masalah gangguan tidur, kecemasan, darah tinggi dan gula darah tinggi pada lansia dengan waktu intervensi selama 10-30 menit dalam sehari. Simpulan: Berdasarkan telaah review 10 artikel tersebut menyatakan bahwa Terapi relaksasi benson efektif untuk menurunkan kesulitan tidur, kecemasan, tekanan darah, gula darah, stres, dan cemas depresi kualitas tidur pada pasien hemodialisa pada lansia. Teknik relaksasi benson ini juga efektif dilakukan selama 10 – 30 menit dalam sehari. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya, hasil penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai bahan referensi untuk memperdalam penelitian berikutnya, seperti mencari sumber yang lebih banyak, akurat dan spesifik. Ilmu tersebut mampu diupgrade khususnya terapi benson yang merupakan terapi nonfarmakologi sehingga dapat membantu guna mengatasi banyak permasalahan lansia.
