This paper studies the relationship between customer concentration and company risk‐taking and its underlying application scopes. The results show that customer concentration is positively related to ...company risk‐taking. Additional analyses discuss the moderating effect of customer concentration on company risk‐taking from the perspectives of managers' characteristics and directors' characteristics. The view of effective contract is supported by all these results. This paper not only theoretically clarifies the underlying theoretical relationship between customer concentration and company risk‐taking but also provides empirical application situations for companies to design incentive contract and adjust risk‐taking level.
As one of the four major bay areas in the world, the Guangdong–Hong Kong–Macao Greater Bay Area (GBA) is a highly integrated mega urban agglomeration and its unparalleled urbanization has induced ...prominent land contradictions between humans and nature, which hinders its sustainability and has become the primary concern in this region. In this paper, we probed the historical characteristics of land use and land cover change (LUCC) in the GBA from 2005 to 2015, and forecasted its future land use pattern for 2030, 2050, and 2070, using a cellular automata–Markov (CA–Markov) model, under three typical tailored scenarios, i.e., urban development (UD), cropland protection (CP), and ecology security (ES), for land use optimization. The major findings are as follows: (1) The encroachments of build-up land on the other land uses under rapid urbanization accounted for the leading forces of LUCCs in the past decade. Accordingly, the urban sprawl was up to 1441.73 km2 (23.47%), with cropland, forest land, and water areas reduced by 570.77 km2 (4.38%), 526.05 km2 (1.76%), and 429.89 km2 (10.88%), respectively. (2) Based on the validated CA–Markov model, significant differences are found in future land use patterns under multiple scenarios, with the discrepancy magnified over time and driven by different orientations. (3) Through comprehensive comparisons and tradeoffs, the ES scenario mode seems optimal for the GBA in the next decades, which optimizes the balance between socio-economic development and ecological protection. These results serve as an early warning for future land problems and can be applied to land use management and policy formulation to promote the sustainable development of the GBA.
Abstract
3D shape retrieval has always been a hot research topic in the field of computer vision, and the research goal is to perform fast and efficient retrieval to obtain 3D shapes that meet user ...needs. With the rapid development and popularization of touch screen devices, hand-drawn sketches have undoubtedly become the most convenient and user-friendly input form. However, the huge difference between the 3D shape and the 2D sketch is the main challenge that affects retrieval performance. In this paper, we propose a method of adding a sketch and view feature similarity comparison module during the training process to obtain the scores for the final feature descriptors under the premise of feature extraction of the 3D shape based on multi-view. Specifically, we render the 3D shape into 2D views from multiple different perspectives to represent the shape. Perform feature extraction on two types of inputs through two different networks, and design a similarity weighting module to calculate the scores of each view, so as to obtain the final descriptors. Finally, a final descriptor similarity metric network is trained based on contrastive loss. The experimental results on SHREC’13 dataset demonstrate the superiority and robustness of our method.
Pt–Co alloy supported on SBA-15 catalysts (Pt–Co/SBA-15) were prepared by impregnation and NaBH

reduction method. Their catalytic performances were investigated for selective hydrogenation of ...cinnamaldehyde. It was found that the formation of Pt–Co markedly enhanced the conversion to cinnamaldehyde and selectivity to cinnamyl alcohol compared with Pt/SBA-15. Meanwhile, the Pt–Co/SBA-15-0.6 catalyst performed the best catalytic activity that 71 % CAL conversion and 91 % selectivity to COL were attained. Moreover, no obvious deactivation was observed after using 4 times for Pt–Co/SBA-15-0.6. This improvement was contributed to the formation of Pt–Co alloy, which increased the amount of the Pt

Objective:
To analyze the psychometric performance of Prosocial Tendencies Measure (PTM) for undergraduates in Guangdong province.
Methods:
Stratified random sampling method was used to select 1109 ...undergraduates from 10 colleges in Guangdong province.PTM was used to investigate them. Cronbach's α coefficient and split-half reliability were used to analyze the internal consistency of the questionnaire.Convergent validity, discriminant validity and factor analysis were used to evaluate its structural validity. Celling and floor effect were used to analyze its sensitivity.
Results
: Cronbach's α coefficient of the total questionniar was 0.94 and cronbach's α coefficient of 6 dimensions were 0.82~0.87, which met with the requirements of the group comparison. Spearman - Brown split-half coefficient of the total questionniar was 0.95, and the split half reliability of 6 dimensions were 0.83~0.88. The calibration success rate of convergent validity and discriminant validity of the 6 dimensions were all 100%. One component obtained from 23 items which cumulative variance contribution rate was 82.31%. The total score and scores of 6 dimensions were all positive skew distribution, with floor effect in 6 dimensions.
Conclusions:
The psychometric properties of PTM for undergraduates in Guangdong was valid and reliable.
Osteoarthritis (OA) is the most common degenerative disorder, affecting approximately half of the elderly population. In this study, we find that the expressions of long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) ...IGFBP7-OT and its maternal gene, IGFBP7, are upregulated and positively correlated in osteoarthritic cartilage. Overexpression of IGFBP7-OT significantly inhibits chondrocyte viability, promotes chondrocyte apoptosis, and reduces extracellular matrix components, whereas IGFBP7-OT knockdown has the opposite effects. IGFBP7-OT overexpression promotes cartilage degeneration and markedly aggravates the monosodium iodoacetate-induced OA phenotype in vivo. Further mechanistic research reveals that IGFBP7-OT promotes OA progression by upregulating IGFBP7 expression. Specifically, IGFBP7-OT suppresses the occupancy of DNMT1 and DNMT3a on the IGFBP7 promoter, thereby inhibiting methylation of the IGFBP7 promoter. The upregulation of IGFBP7-OT in OA is partially controlled by METTL3-mediated N6-methyladenosine (m6A) modification. Collectively, our findings reveal that m6A modification of IGFBP7-OT promotes OA progression by regulating the DNMT1/DNMT3a-IGFBP7 axis and provide a potential therapeutical target for OA treatment.

In order to find out the change rule of SPAD value in lettuce leaves and the rapid, non-destructive and more accurate detection method of chlorophyll content in lettuce leaves under intercropping ...mode, the effect of intercropping on SPAD value in lettuce leaves was studied and the correlation model between chlorophyll content and SPAD value was established. The results show that the SPAD value of lettuce leaves increases at first and then decreases slowly with the development of the days of aerosol culture, and intercropping has obvious advantage in the middle and late stages of aerosol culture. At the same time, the results show that the regression equations of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll content with SPAD value are best fitted by power equation, exponential equation and power equation respectively, and the coefficients of determination are 0.8302,0.6719 and 0.8503 respectively. The models are verified. It is found that the predicted value and the measured value of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll content have a good correlation, and there is no significant difference, which shows that the regression models have a good prediction effect on chlorophyll content. The results provide a theoretical basis for the effect of intercropping on SPAD value of lettuce leaves and provide a reference method for rapid, nondestructive and more accurate detection of chlorophyll content in lettuce leaves.

/D). CYP3A7*2, rs4646450, and rs3823812 are proposed as functional SNPs affecting tacrolimus trough blood concentrations in Chinese renal transplant recipients. Clinical factors also significantly affect tacrolimus metabolism.

In this study, the doubledifference (DD) tomography method was used to obtain high-resolution three-dimensional (3D) P- and S-wave velocity (Vp and Vs) structures and Vp/Vs as well as the earthquake locations. Tomography results suggest that velocity structure at shallow depth coincides well with topography and sediment thickness. The earthquake locations form a northwest-striking zone associated with the Jinzhou(JZ) Fault and a northeast-striking zone associated with the Haichenghe-Dayanghe (HD) Fault, and suggest that the JZ Fault consists of three faults and the Ms 7.3 Haicheng earthquake originated at the intersection of the JZ and the Faults. Lowvelocity zones (LVZs) with low Vp/Vs are observed at 15–20 km depth beneath the Haicheng (HC) region. We interpret the LVZs in the middle crust as regions of fluids, suggesting rock dehydration at high temperatures. The LVZs and low Vp/Vs in the upper crust are attributed to groundwater-filled cracks and pores. We believe that large crustal earthquakes in this area are caused by the combination of faulting and fluid movement in the middle crust.
