Deep rule-based networks are proposed in attempt to establish an understandable structure for deep neural networks in deep learning. The success of Alpha Go and corresponding thesis ensure the technical soundness of the parallel intelligence approach for intelligent control and management of complex systems and knowledge automation.
Shengxiong glucose injection, a pharmaceutical preparation containing a water extract of the roots of Salvia miltiorrhizae and ligustrazine hydrochloride, is widely used in clinical to treat ...cardiovascular diseases in China. The chemical components of the water extract have been reported and the cardioprotective effects of the injection have been evaluated. However, the chemical constituents of the injection and their correlations with its pharmacological effects have not been established. In this study, thirteen chemical constituents of the injection have been identified or characterized by ultra high performance liquid chromatography with diode array detection and electrospray ionization quadrupole time-of-flight tandem mass spectrometry. Besides, the potential active compounds of this preparation that directly act on cardiac cells have been screened by cell extraction and ultra high performance liquid chromatography targeted multiple reaction monitoring. As a result, eight potentially active compounds, danshensu (1), ligustrazine hydrochloride (4), salvianolic acid I/H (7), lithospermic acid (8), salvianolic acid D (9), rosmarinic acid (10), salvianolic acid B (12), and salvianolic acid C (13), were obtained and structurally characterized from the 11 target compounds used for screening. The liquid chromatography with quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry and liquid chromatography with multiple reaction monitoring tandem mass spectrometry combination method has demonstrated its potency for the screening, detection, and structural identification of bioactive compounds in a complex matrix. Prapogules of Bruguiera gymnorrhiza were collected from Qiongshan, Wenchang and Sanya of Hainan Island, Fangcheng of Guangxi, Leizhou, Lianjiang and Shenzhen of Guangdong respectively, and planted in ...Shenzhen Bay for provenance trial at the same time. The experimental results for 4 years show that the difference of survival rate, height, basal diameter and biomass among 7 provenances reach significance. Among these provenances, Qiongshan provenance is the best one, whose survival rate, height, basal diameter and biomass are 90.0%, 1.54 m, 4.97 cm and 1.358 kg respectively. The survival rate, height, basal diameter and biomass are 17.8%, 17.3%, 12.2% and 55.9% higher than the worst Wenchang provenance respectively, and are 5.5%, 18.2%, 9.0% and 6.1% higher than local Shenzhen provenance respectively. The order of comprehensive evaluation on provenances from best to worst is: Qiongshan, Lianjiang, Shenzhen, Sanya, Fangcheng, Leizhou and Wenchang. The anti-HIV activities of a pine cone extract (YNS-PY-F) from Pinus yunnanensis have been evaluated, and its mechanisms of action were also explored. The pine cone extract, YNS-PY-F, potently ...inhibited HIV-1 IIIB , HIV-1 RF , HIV-1 A 17 , HIV-1 AO18 and HIV-2 ROD and induced cytopathic effect in C8166 cells with EC 50 values of 0.96 μg/mL, 1.53 μg/mL, 0.88 μg/mL, 7.20 μg/mL and 6.17 μg/mL, respectively. The quantification of a p24 production assay showed that YNS-PY-F significantly inhibited the acute replication of HIV-1 IIIB , HIV-1 RF , HIV-1 A 17 and HIV-1 AO18 in C8166 cells. An MTT assay showed that YNS-PY-F also significantly inhibited the HIV-1 IIIB induced cytolysis in MT-4 cells with an EC 50 value of 2.22 μg/mL. The mechanism assays showed that YNS-PY-F had potent inhibitory effects on the fusion between infected cells and uninfected cells, and the activity of HIV-1 reverse transcriptase, with EC 50 values of 7.60 μg/mL and 4.60 μg/mL, respectively. Overall, these data suggest that the pine cone extract from Pinus yunnanensis has potent inhibitory activities against HIV-1 IIIB , HIV-1 RF , RT inhibitor-resistant strains HIV-1 A 17 and HIV-1 AO18 , and HIV-2 ROD , and its anti-HIV mechanisms include inhibition of HIV entry and inhibition of reverse transcriptase activity.
Unconditional security of the BB84 quantum key distribution protocol has been proved by exploiting the fundamental laws of quantum mechanics, but the practical quantum key distribution system maybe ...hacked by considering the imperfect state preparation and measurement respectively. Until now, different attacking schemes have been proposed by utilizing imperfect devices, but the general security analysis model against all of the practical attacking schemes has not been proposed. Here, we demonstrate that the general practical attacking schemes can be divided into the Trojan horse attack, strong randomness attack and weak randomness attack respectively. We prove security of BB84 protocol under randomness attacking models, and these results can be applied to guarantee the security of the practical quantum key distribution system.

Microarc oxidation (MAO) surface modification course on high-purity Mg at constant DC and the resultant ceramic coatings were investigated. MAO was the course in which the pre-existing film/coating ...was modified or substituted and strengthened repeatedly. SEM disclosed the inhomogeneous formation rate of ceramic coating in different micro-regions at anode surface during MAO. Three-stage behavior of MAO including pre-microarc discharge stage, transitional stage and then further modifying stage was put forward. The latter two stages proceeded under continuous discharge conditions, accompanied by intensive evolution of gas. EDS analyses indicated that the resultants of MAO consisted mainly of Mg, O and Si elements. XRD analyses revealed the dependence of phase composition on treatment time and coating layer depth.
The ball screw is a main driving component in the CNC machine tools. The ball screw’s structural performances and working conditions will have an important impact on the machining accuracy of CNC ...machine tools. However, the previous research method can not suffice the precise results’ requirements. So it is very necessary to do an in-depth analysis of the ball screw, which use dynamic research and be combined with the FEA software ANSYS. This article uses the above methods to do the modal analysis, and then gets the intrinsic frequency and the vibration model. It will make an important significance for guiding the practice.
The paper presents an asymmetrical structure of X-quadrotor, which is different from the traditional quadrotor and is more complicated in the analysis of control forces and moments. A novel control ...method based on backstepping is applied in the attitude loop. And the compensation for perturbations of outer environment and noise of the measurements has been done. Then, various simulations are performed and the results show the system has a quick response with small overshoot and good dynamic characteristics. Finally, the experiments are implemented on the prototype. The flight test data has validated the robustness of the control algorithms.
The effect of amygdalin joint hydroxysafflor yellow A (HSYA) on the endplate chondrocytes derived from intervertebral discs of rats induced by IL-1beta and the possible mechanism were studied and ...explored. Chondrocytes were obtained from endplate of one-month SD rat intervertebral discs and cultured primary endplate chondrocytes. After identification, they were divided into normal group, induced group, amygdalin group, HSYA group and combined group. CCK-8 kit was adopted to detect the proliferation of the endplate chondrocytes. FCM was measured to detect the apoptosis. Real-time PCR method was adopted to observe the mRNA expression of Aggrecan, Col 2 alpha1, Col 10 alpha1, MMP-13 and the inflammatory cytokines IL-1beta. The protein expression of Col II, Col X was tested through immunofluorescence. Compared with the normal group, the proliferation of the endplate chondrocytes decreased while the apoptosis increased (P < 0.05). In a practical quantum key distribution (QKD) system, imperfect equipment, especially the single-photon detector, can be eavesdropped on by a blinding attack. However, the original blinding attack ...may be discovered by directly detecting the current. In this paper, we propose a probabilistic blinding attack model, where Eve probabilistically applies a blinding attack without being caught by using only an existing intuitive countermeasure. More precisely, our countermeasure solves the problem of how to define the bound in the limitation of precision of current detection, and then we prove security of the practical system by considering the current parameter. Meanwhile, we discuss the bound of the quantum bit error rate (QBER) introduced by Eve, by which Eve can acquire information without the countermeasure.
