In the article, based on the study of methodological ideas about assessing the state of economic security of the state, a system of indicators of the economic security of a regional integration ...association has been developed. This system includes three groups of indicators: assessments of the quality of life of the population, foreign trade interaction and competitiveness, and industrial production and cooperation. Based on the developed system of indicators, the state of economic security of the Eurasian Economic Union was studied and conclusions about the compliance or noncompliance of individual indicators with the established threshold values were drawn. In particular, it was noted that the indicators characterizing the quantitative and qualitative participation of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) in the world trade in innovative industrial products are very low. Despite the industrial policy pursued by the governments of the member states of the integration association, aimed at developing innovative high-tech industrial production in the manufacturing sectors, in this regard, the problem of a high degree of dependence on imports from third countries is clearly visible. The data presented in the article indicate that the state of economic security of the EAEU is not ensured for any of the three groups of indicators. The situation is especially aggravated in terms of the state of the EAEU manufacturing industry development and the use of the domestic market potential.

The purpose of this study is to develop a methodology for assessing the level of economic security of innovative enterprises based on the use of taxonomic analysis of the main indicators of their ...institutional support for the optimal organization of management and forecasting the economic development of the regions of their operation. The method proposed in the article consists in assessing the system of indicators of institutional support for innovative entrepreneurship within the framework of the Institute of Human Capital, the Institute of Financial and Credit Component, the Institute for the Implementation of Innovations in Industry, the Institute of Export Activities, the Institute of Intellectual Property, the Institute of Infrastructure Support, the Institute of Regulatory and Legal Support, the Institute of Public-Private Partnership and Mediation, the Institute of Information Support. The advantage of this technique over the methods for assessing economic security proposed in other scientific works is that the summary assessment indicator is universal and its interpretation makes it possible to identify the relationship between the main integrated indicators for all regions of the studied country, taking into account the unevenness of their economic development, as well as to analyze the question of the causal nature of the transformation of the institutional environment and its consequent. The practical significance of systematized indicators of institutional support, influencing the modeling of economic security management of innovative entrepreneurship, is that they can be used in forecasting the economic development of regions of the country and developing appropriate measures to regulate this process.
The article defines the essence and analyses the features of legal regulation of legal liability of employees of the Bureau of Economic Security of Ukraine. The essence, content and significance of ...the category “legal liability” have been clarified, and this has been used as the basis for forming the authors’ vision of the essence of legal liability of employees of the Bureau of Economic Security of Ukraine as a measure of regulatory influence on the behaviour of such employees which is exercised as a result of deviations from the rules of their activities established by law and is expressed in the application of appropriate negative measures. It has been identified and characterized a set of acts of current national legislation on the basis of which the legal liability of the employees of the Bureau of Economic Security of Ukraine is regulated.
The main regulatory legal acts which determine the legal grounds for bringing the employees of the Bureau of Economic Security of Ukraine to the relevant type of legal liability have been described. It has been concluded that bringing the employees of the Bureau of Economic Security of Ukraine to certain types of legal liability is not properly regulated at the legal level. It has been substantiated that the material liability of the employees of the Bureau of Economic Security of Ukraine who hold special ranks, unlike employees of other law enforcement agencies, is regulated by the provisions of general rather than special legislation. It has been proved that today there is no special legislative act which regulates disciplinary liability of the employees of the Bureau of Economic Security of Ukraine.
Approaches to overcoming the shortcomings of legal regulation of legal liability of the employees of the Bureau of Economic Security of Ukraine have been formed. Effective ways to resolve the situation in the area under study have been suggested by introducing appropriate amendments to the current national legislation of Ukraine, on the basis of which the legal liability of the employees of the Bureau of Economic Security of Ukraine is regulated, and the necessity of adopting a special legislative act which would determine the legal basis for bringing them to disciplinary liability has been proved.
The purpose of the article is to form methodological bases for assessing and ensuring socio-economic security of the region. The relevance of the study is due to the fact that the stability and ...viability of the state largely depends on the level of socio-economic security of its administrative-territorial units.
The article identifies the essence of socio-economic security of the region by studying two categories: social and economic security. The goals and sequence of development of the Program for strengthening the socio-economic security of the region are substantiated. An algorithm for assessing the level of socio-economic security of the region using an integrated indicator is proposed.
The most significant threats to the socio-economic security of the region are characterized, among which are: uneven territorial development of the country; deepening structural disparities in regional labor markets; low level of technology use; deteriorating investment climate; rising unemployment; poverty growth; changing demographic situation and others. A list of indicators of socio-economic security of the region by economic, social and environmental spheres has been formed. As an example, the weights for the selected indicators are determined, as well as their reference or limit values.
It is concluded that in substantiating the directions of strengthening the socio-economic security of the region should take into account both the results of the assessment and the factors that determine its specificity, in particular: geographical location; transit theory; natural resource potential; areas of economic specialization; the level of state support in the region.
The paper presents a forecast of the economic security of the inter-industry complex through the construction of a simulation model. The authors considered the possibility of using an econometric ...model in predicting the level of economic security of the inter-industry complex. The goal was to form a definition of the "inter-industry complex", as well as to study the issues of conceptual and fundamental methods of econometric modeling and forecasting the development of regional industry markets in dynamics. A range of issues related to the main components of economic security in the inter-industry complex has been allocated for scientific work in order to analyze the impact of the components of economic security on the integral indicator. The paper uses a methodology for predicting the structural and spatial-temporal dynamics of interbranch complexes, which includes new and refined methods of modeling and forecasting. As a result, the authors proposed the definition of "inter-industry complex", "economic security in the inter-industry complex", as well as the general provisions of the methodology for econometric modeling and forecasting the level of economic security of the inter-industry complex. The paper presents a full-scale simulation model that allows you to set, evaluate and make a decision using large nonlinear data. This kind of system contains dynamic and retarded data, which makes it possible to apply econometric modeling in automatic calculation.
The article is aimed at substantiating the methodology for assessing the economic security of transport enterprises, determining the target level and the instrumentarium for its provision. The ...proposed methodical approach to the assessment of the level of economic security of transport enterprises includes the determination of the level of counteracting threats and is based on the principles of integral estimation. The formed integrated indicator includes both indicators of counteracting the internal (human, managerial and technological, force majeure, financial) and external threats (market, stakeholder, power-based, natural, infrastructural). Each measure of counteracting threats is determined by results of assessment of dynamics of the three indicators. A practical testing of the proposed approach is carried out in the case of transport enterprises. Based on the established equation of the regression relationship between the level of economic security and the financial strength, a target level of economic security of transport enterprises has been substantiated. The instrumentarium to provide a targeted level of economic security according to the threat types, including preventive and reactive measures, has been developed.
