Based on the noted harms of a post-racial United States, this analysis offers a close reading of the documentary, I Am Not Your Negro (IANYN). The analysis explores how the vernacular, transcendent ...first persona constructs and speaks to a three-tiered, white second persona: (1) the essentialist or overt racist, (2) the colorblind, and (3) the race cognizant. The analysis is particularly interested in how IANYN works to disrupt the hegemonic prevalence of whiteness and post-racial ideology in light of the 2020 Black Lives Matter movement.
The persona approach is a communicative design technique for understanding users. With increasing access to analytics data, personas are more and more generated from online user statistics using big ...data and algorithmic approaches. This integration offers new opportunities to shift personas from flat files of data presentation to that of interactive interfaces for analytics systems. We illustrate this transition towards the concept of “persona as interface” with a persona analytics system, Automatic Persona Generation (APG). In pushing advancements of both persona and analytics conceptualization, development, and use, the APG system presents a multi‐layered “full‐stack” integration. APG affords three levels of user data presentation, which are (a) the conceptual persona, (b) the analytical user metrics, and (c) the foundational user data. Moving to a “personas as interfaces” approach offers the benefits of both personas and analytics systems and addresses some of the shortcomings of each. We provide results from user experiments of and use cases for APG. The result is a better tool than either persona or analytics along for user understanding.

Identifikasi kebutuhan dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak merupakan langkah awal yang dilakukan dan mempengaruhi terhadap tahapan-tahapan pengembangan selanjutnya. Dalam tahap ini terdapat ...proses penentuan kebutuhan mengenai apa yang akan dibuat. Dalam tahap ini terdapat salah satu metode yang digunakan, yaitu User Persona. Teknik Personas yang dikembangkan oleh human-computer interaction (HCI) mengumpulkan data-data tentang pengguna, memperoleh pemahaman tentang kriteria mereka serta dapat mengetahui apa yang dibutuhkan oleh user pada system. Penelitian ini bertujuan menggunakan pendekatan pesona untuk mengetahui kebutuhan dan menganalisa keberagaman user yang memiliki perbedaan dari segi umur, jenis kelamin dan pengetahuan sehingga dapat dijadikan acuan dalam pengembangan sistem. Penggunaan pendekatan persona untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan dalam penyusunan materi modul praktikum dengan kemampuan mahasiswa agar dapat mengurangi kasus plagiasi source code pada waktu praktikum. Dari penelitian ini bahwa pengambilan data menggunakan pendekatan persona selanjutnya di analisis sesuai kebutuhan user, dan menghasilkan perangkat lunak yang dapat mengelola modul praktikum. Perangkat lunak ini memberikan akses bagi dosen, asisten laboratorium dan mahasiswa untuk dapat membagikan modul praktikum, mengerjakan soal latihan yang disesuaikan dengan Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran sebelum mengerjakan soal-soal praktikum dan menerima hasil praktikum lebih efektif dan mengurangi plagiarisme diantara mahasiswa.

Abstract
Identification of Software Requirements using a Qualitative Study of the Persona User approach (Case Study: The Process of Making a Practicum Module with the Ability of Students to Reduce the Case of Source Code Plagiarism) - Identification of requirements in software development is a very important initial stage and influences the subsequent stages of development. In this stage there is a process of determining the needs of what will be made. The method that will be used in this stage is User Persona. The Personas technique developed by human-computer interaction (HCI) collects data about users, obtains an understanding of their criteria and can find out what is needed by the user on the system. This study aims to use the charm approach to determine the needs and analyze the diversity of users who have differences in terms of age, gender and knowledge so that it can be used as a reference in system development. The use of a persona approach to solving problems in the preparation of practical module materials with the ability of students to reduce the case of source code plagiarism at the time of practicum. From this study the data collection by using the persona approach will be analyzed according to user needs, and produces software that could manage practice module. The purpose of this software is to provide access for lecturers, laboratory assistants, and students to be able to distribute practicum modules, do the excercises that are adjusted to the Learning Implemantation Plan before working on practicum questions and receive practical results more efectively, and reduce plagiarism among students.

El propósito del presente artículo es abordar la siguiente pregunta: ¿cuál es la relación entre la noción de víctima y la violencia que se ejerce sobre su cuerpo? Para estudiar esta pregunta se parte ...de los estudios de Giorgio Agamben y Roberto Esposito para proponer un marco hermenéutico que permita ofrecer una nueva comprensión de la condición de víctima ejemplificada en dos contextos: los campos de concentración nazis (con base en los testimonios recopilados por Primo Levi) y el conflicto armado en Colombia (con base en los testimonios recogidos por el Centro de Memoria Histórica). Entre los resultados más interesantes que se encuentran en esta reflexión cabe destacar el rol del lenguaje en el despojo de la calidad de persona de la víctima y la ideología subyacente a todo proceso de victimización que se materializa en el cuerpo de la víctima.

Despite the analogy of the human body with that of the
animal, there is an essential difference between them: the animal body
does not transcend its own species, while the human body always goes
...beyond it, because it is personal, not reducible to the simple individual
of the species. For this reason, an animal vision of the human body does
not allow us to grasp that the person has a triple relationship with his
own body: she is a body, she has it and she is in it. The lack of understan-
ding of this triple relationship leads not only to a misunderstanding of a
series of anthropological phenomena (the sexed character of people,
technology, human affectivity and interpersonal relationships), but also
to wrong ecological ways of relating to others and to one’s own body.

PurposeThe purpose of this study is to use the grounded theory to summarize the types of celebrity persona and to construct a theoretical model for celebrity persona on consumer purchase intention. ...Based on the study results, it provides better suggestions for merchants and live streamers and is an expansion of previous research on live-streaming e-commerce.Design/methodology/approachThe grounded theory is recognized as the most scientific qualitative research method and is the ideal explorative method for generating theory. First, the participants were interviewed, and interview data were collected. Then the interview data were organized and analyzed. Finally, this paper summarizes the types of celebrity persona and constructes a theoretical model framework of celebrity persona on consumers' purchase intention.FindingsThe results show that the celebrity live streamer persona can be divided into two types: personalized persona and professional persona. Through emotional attachment, the celebrity's persona affects the consumer's purchase intentions. As well as, product type plays a moderating role between celebrity persona and consumer purchase intentions.Originality/valueThe contribution of this research is to start from the celebrity persona, link the celebrity persona with the consumer purchase intentions and expand the research scope of the celebrity persona. It opens the “black box” of the heterogeneity of celebrity live streamers' characteristics on consumer purchase intentions.
