Shchekin, etc. Therefore, properly organized personnel formation is an integral part of effective enterprise management. The purpose of this article- consider the concept of "personnel planning" and its main content and determine the direction of improving the formation of the enterprise's personnel. The subject of the study is the study of theoretical and practical issues of the formation of human resources in enterprises. Application area. Many service systems display nonstationary demand: the number of customers fluctuates over time according to a stochastic—though to some extent predictable—pattern. To safeguard the performance of ...such systems, adequate personnel capacity planning (i.e., determining appropriate staffing levels and/or shift schedules) is often crucial. This paper provides a state-of-the-art literature review on staffing and scheduling approaches that account for nonstationary demand. Among references published during 1991–2013, it is possible to categorize relevant contributions according to system assumptions, performance evaluation characteristics, optimization approaches and real-life application contexts. Based on their findings, the authors develop recommendations for further research.

Einleitung
Seit dem 27.12.2020 wurden in Deutschland unter anderem MitarbeiterInnen des Gesundheitssystems mit dem Vakzin BNT162b2 gegen das SARS-Coronavirus-2 geimpft. Erste ...Beobachtungen zeigten, dass es insbesondere bei jüngeren Geimpften zu Nebenwirkungen kommen kann. In dieser Studie wurde am Beispiel von KlinikmitarbeiterInnen das selbstempfundene Wohlbefinden nach der jeweils ersten und zweiten Dosis des Impfstoffes untersucht.
Methoden
Anonymisierter Online-Fragebogen, einmalig ausfüllbar durch alle MitarbeiterInnen nach Erhalt der zweiten Dosis von BNT162b2. Die Ausprägung von Nebenwirkungen wurde über eine ordinale numerische Rating-Skala mit Werten zwischen 0 und 10 abgefragt. Weitere wesentliche Datenpunkte waren Alter, Geschlecht und Berufsgruppe. Die Arbeitsfähigkeit in den Folgetagen der Injektionen wurde ebenfalls durch Selbstangabe erhoben.
Ergebnisse
Es wurden Daten von 555 Befragten ausgewertet. Das mittlere Alter lag bei 40,25 Jahren (Standardabweichung 12,35). 56 % der Befragten waren weiblich, 44,3 % gehörten zum ärztlichen, 42,9 % zum pflegerischen Dienst und 12,8 % waren anderen Berufsgruppen mit COVID-19-Patientenkontakt zuzuordnen. Etwa 2 % aller Mitarbeiter verspürten überhaupt keine Nebenwirkungen. Häufigste Nebenwirkung waren Schmerzen an der Injektionsstelle. In absteigender Häufigkeit folgten Müdigkeit, Kopfschmerzen und Myalgien. Nach der ersten Dosis gaben 3 Viertel der Befragten an, die Impfung insgesamt gut vertragen zu haben, nach der zweiten Dosis war es nur noch die Hälfte. Nach der ersten Dosis fühlten sich über 90 % der Befragten am Folgetag wieder arbeitsfähig, nach der zweiten Dosis gab ein Drittel an, erst am zweiten Tag wieder arbeitsfähig gewesen zu sein. 2,2 % aller MitarbeiterInnen mussten sich nach der ersten, 19,5 % nach der zweiten Dosis für mindestens einen Tag arbeitsunfähig melden.
Schlussfolgerung
Die Impfung mit BNT162b2 führte – insbesondere nach der zweiten Dosis – häufig zu Nebenwirkungen. Diese hatten in 19 % der Befragten eine Krankmeldung nach der zweiten Dosis zur Folge. Dennoch würden sich 95 % aller Befragten wieder für eine Coronavirus-Impfung entscheiden.
This paper presents two stochastic optimization approaches for simultaneous project scheduling and personnel planning, extending a deterministic model previously developed by Heimerl and Kolisch. For ...the problem of assigning work packages to multi-skilled human resources with heterogeneous skills, the uncertainty on work package processing times is addressed. In the case where the required capacity exceeds the available capacity of internal resources, external human resources are used. The objective is to minimize the expected external costs. The first solution approach is a “matheuristic” based on a decomposition of the problem into a project scheduling subproblem and a staffing subproblem. An iterated local search procedure determines the project schedules, while the staffing subproblem is solved by means of the Frank–Wolfe algorithm for convex optimization. The second solution approach is sample average approximation where, based on sampled scenarios, the deterministic equivalent problem is solved through mixed-integer programming. Experimental results for synthetically generated test instances inspired by a real-world situation are provided, and some managerial insights are derived.
Amaç: Personellerin çalışma hayatlarının ve ortamlarının iyileştirilmesi için ergonomik risk oluşturan iş ve ortamların iyileştirilmesi personelin verimini artırmaktadır. Bu çalışmada ısı rezistans ...üretimi yapan bir fabrikada üretim süreci incelenip ergonomik risk değerlendirilmesi yapılmıştır.Yöntem: Egonomik risk değerlendirme yöntemlerinden olan REBA, NIOSH, OWAS ve OCRA yöntemleri kullanılarak riskli çalışma duruşlarının olduğu görevlerin tespit edilmiştir. Ardından ergonomik faktörleri dikkate alarak bu görevlerde çalışacak personelin atanması problemi ele alınmıştır.Bulgular: Ergonomik risk değerlendirme yöntemlerinin sonuçlarına göre yük kaldırma, taşıma süreçleri ve çalışma ortamının ergonomik kurallara göre düzenlenmesi şeklinde iyileştirme önerileri sunulmuş ve personelin görev çizelgesi oluşturulmuştur.Özgünlük: Çalışmada hem görevlerin ergonomik riskini hem de personellerini isteklerini dikkate alan özgün bir hedef programlama modeli önerilmiştir. Gerçek bir hayat problemine özgü olarak çözüm sunulmuştur.

In mehreren Kampagnen wurde ...MitarbeiterInnen des Gesundheitssystems und Medizinstudierenden die Impfung mit diesem Vakzin auf freiwilliger Basis angeboten.
Ziel der Arbeit
Primärer Endpunkt der Arbeit war die Erfassung der Rate und Dauer von Arbeitsunfähigkeits(AU)-Meldungen von Arbeitnehmern in Folge der Erstimmunisierung mit ChAdOx1‑S. Sekundäre Endpunkte waren Art und Ausprägung von Nebenwirkungen sowie die selbstempfundene Verträglichkeit.
Material und Methoden
Anonymisierter Online-Fragebogen, einmalig ausfüllbar durch alle Geimpften nach Erhalt der ersten Dosis von ChAdOx1‑S. Die Ausprägung von Nebenwirkungen wurde über eine ordinale numerische Rating-Skala mit Werten zwischen 0 und 10 abgefragt. Weitere wesentliche Datenpunkte waren Alter, Geschlecht und Berufsgruppe. Ergebnisse
Es wurden Daten von 1988 Befragten ausgewertet. Das mittlere Alter lag bei 37,13 (13,73) Jahren (Standardabweichung). 69,8 % der Befragten waren weiblich, 48,1 % gehörten zu therapeutischen und technischen Berufsgruppen mit Patientenkontakt, 38 % waren Studierende, 10,6 % waren dem pflegerischen und 4 % dem ärztlichen Dienst zuzuordnen. Nur 14,4 % der Befragten gaben an, die Impfung ohne Nebenwirkungen vertragen zu haben. Häufigste Nebenwirkung war Müdigkeit, gefolgt von Schmerzen an der Injektionsstelle. In absteigender Häufigkeit folgten Kopfschmerzen, Gliederschmerzen und Schüttelfrost. Nach der Impfung fühlten sich 18 % der Befragten unmittelbar wieder arbeitsfähig. 51 % aller Befragten mussten sich nach der Impfung für mindestens einen Tag arbeitsunfähig melden. Nebenwirkungen waren bei männlichen und jüngeren Befragten stärker ausgeprägt.
Schlussfolgerung
Die Impfung mit ChAdOx1‑S führte häufig zu Nebenwirkungen. Diese hatten bei 37 % der Befragten eine Krankmeldung zur Folge. Dennoch würden sich 89,6 % aller Befragten wieder für eine Impfung mit ChAdOx1‑S entscheiden.
La relación propiedad-familia-empresa presente en las empresas familiares genera una complejidad de vínculos, emociones y sentimientos que crean una dinámica laboral sustentada en aspectos diferentes ...a los que se desarrollan en otros tipos de empresas. El objetivo del artículo es comparar las prácticas de atracción de personal, específicamente los procesos de planificación, selección y reclutamiento de personal, llevadas a cabo por empresas familiares y no familiares ubicadas en Manabí-Ecuador. Es una investigación comparativa con diseño de campo, no experimental y transeccional. La población estuvo constituida por empresas ubicadas en Manabí-Ecuador, registradas en la base de datos oficial emitida por el Servicio de Rentas Internas, de la cual se extrajo una muestra probabilística de 278 empresas. Los resultados muestran que las empresas familiares y no familiares presentan diferencias estadísticamente significativas en sus prácticas de atracción de personal relacionadas con la planificación, el reclutamiento y la selección. Se concluye que la presencia de miembros de la familia propietaria como empleados y/o gerentes, difumina las relaciones empresariales y familiares, aumenta la complejidad e introduce mecanismos de discrecionalidad en sus procesos de atracción de personal, por lo que necesita procesos más profesionalizados que permitan aprovechar eficientemente sus recursos humanos.

In workforce scheduling for emergency medical services, it is important to ensure sufficient coverage at all time. Thus, planning has to consider unpredictable employee absences. To hedge against ...this type of uncertainty, on-call duties can be assigned to employees. In practice, these are often assigned ex-post based on the regular schedule. Little literature on workforce scheduling for ambulances or the planning of on-call duties exists. We present new set covering based integer programming formulations for cyclic stint-based staff scheduling with on-call duties. It is desirable for employees to work on consecutive days, called a stint, with a subsequent recovery period. On-call duties can be individually scheduled in-between two stints. Our model formulations integrate different cycle times for regular and on-call duties. A simple schedule that repeats quickly is devised for regular duties, while the on-call duty schedule rotates after each cycle to ensure fairness. The proposed models are applied to a local German emergency medical services provider. Using our stint-based model formulations, the planning complexity has been greatly reduced and reasonably large problem instances can be solved to optimality. Employee preferences, such as fairness, less work on weekends and longer recovery times, were taken into account to a high degree.

In this paper we study the problem of personnel planning in care-at-home facilities. We model the system as a Markov decision process, which leads to a high-dimensional control problem. We study monotonicity properties of the system and derive structural results for the optimal policy. Based on these insights, we propose a trunk reservation heuristic to control the system. We provide numerical evidence that the heuristic yields close to optimal performance, and scales well for large problem instances.
