This study aimed to formulate a strategy for developing paddy agribusiness in Sanggau Regency West Kalimantan using a SWOT analysis of 8 respondents who were considered experts. The results of the ...analysis show that the strengths in formulating a strategy are the existence of a Regional Regulation (Perda); The disadvantages are the low ability, skills, and knowledge of farmers; The opportunity is that the government facilitates farmers or farmer groups who want to sell their crops; the threat is the climate. Nowadays, the wind power market is growing rapidly, while the cost of wind power equipment is decreasing, so Vietnam is currently building many wind power projects to ensure green energy development ...in its power system. However, some barriers in price mechanisms, and economic and technical conditions have also caused disadvantages in the process of developing wind power projects. This paper studies the SWOT-TOWS analysis to evaluate in greater detail the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threat factors linked to it. Then the former compares the internal and external factors influencing the wind power industry on the way it exploits potential strategies. In general, Vietnam has satisfactory wind power development potential, and the wind power sector has been supported by a number of strong but unstable policies in the past. The rapid development of wind power capacity in recent times has also led to great challenges for investors and managers in actual operating conditions. Currently, investment costs for wind power plants are still quite high, Feed in Tariff (FIT) prices are not stable, transmission grid capacity is limited, and environmental treatment issues during construction and operation have not been fully considered.
Coffeeshop Boy's is one of the cafes that has survived the Large-Scale Social Restrictions (LSSR) and Enforcement of Restrictions on Community Activities (ERCA) policies during the pandemic. The ...power of investors and the quality of coffee are the reasons the Coffeeshop Boy's stay afloat. Coffee is a refreshing ingredient that comes from annual plantations. In Indonesia, farmers cultivate Robusta coffee and Arabica coffee, the difference between these two types of coffee can certainly be known from the taste. This research uses the descriptive qualitative method. Coffeeshop Boy's was originally a bottled coffee company that later turned into a home cafe. The LSSR and ERCA policies make this business must implement the right marketing strategy with the SWOT analysis method to find out the appropriate marketing strategy for this business in maintaining its business in the midst of a pandemic. The results of the SWOT analysis have shown that the total score of the IFAS matrix for strength items is 3.956 while for weakness items are 1.678. The results of the SWOT analysis have shown that the total score of the EFAS matrix for opportunity items is 3.241 while for threats items are 3.359. Based on the coordinates of the IFAS and EFAS matrices, Coffeeshop boy's is in quadrant 2 (ST Strategy) with a product diversification strategy. This has shown that Coffeeshop boy's can face the various threats that exist by taking advantage of the strengths they have. The ST strategy that needs to be implemented is to create new product innovations, provide special offers for new consumers, consumers who are having birthdays, or booking meetings, extend operational time, and create events to strengthen Coffeeshop Boy's branding.
Ada Grill is a business engaged in the culinary field. The purpose of this research is to find out the internal and external factors, understand the strategies used and find out the right strategy ...that Ada Grill can use in the coming 2023 after covid 19. Data obtained from this research through observation and interviews. While the analysis method used in this research is SWOT analysis. The results showed that the internal strength factor was at a value of 2.33 and the weakness factor was 0.63. Thus the difference obtained is 1.7. Furthermore, the external factor opportunity is 2.00 and the external factor threat is 1.08 so that the difference obtained from opportunities and threats is 1.33. According to the results of the SWOT matrix 4K is in quadrant I position which means that Ada Grill can take advantage of existing opportunities by using strengths. According to the IE matrix, the results of internal factors are 2.97 and the results of external factors are 3.08, indicating that the position is in cell no.2. The marketing mix strategy used by Ada Grill is considered to be able to increase product sales and make a profit. Alternative strategies suggested to Ada Grill are market penetration, market development, development of goods and services.
Ada Grill merupakan usaha yang bergerak pada bidang kuliner. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor internal dan eksternal, memahami strategi yang digunakan dan mengetahui strategi yang tepat yang dapat digunakan Ada Grill pada tahun 2023 yang akan datang pasca covid 19. Data dari penelitian ini diperoleh melalui observasi dan wawancara. Sedangkan metode analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini ialah analisis SWOT. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor internal kekuatannya pada nilai 2,33 dan faktor kelemahan di angka 0,63. Dengan demikian selisih yang diperoleh ialah 1,7. Selanjutnya Peluang faktor eksternal yaitu 2,00 dan ancaman faktor ekternal ancaman di angka 1,08 sehingga selisih yang diperoleh dari peluang dan ancaman adalah 1,33. Menurut hasil matriks SWOT 4K berada pada posisi kuadran I yang artinya Ada Grill dapat memanfaatkan peluang yang ada dengan menggunakan kekuatan. Menurut matriks IE hasil faktor internal yaitu 2,97 dan hasil faktor ekternal 3,08 menunjukkan bahwa posisinya berada pada sel no.2. Strategi bauran pemasaran yang digunakan Ada Grill dinilai dapat meningkatkan penjualan produk dan memperoleh keuntungan. Strategi alternatif yang disarankan kepada Ada Grill adalah penetrasi pasar, pengembangan pasar, pengembangan barang dan jasa.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi lingkungan internal dan eksternal melalui analisis Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat (SWOT) di UMN Al Washliyah Medan. Jenis penelitian adalah ...penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Faktor Kekuatan yang dimiliki oleh UMN Al Washliyah yaitu : 1) Sumber daya manusia yaitu 241 dosen memiliki latar belakang pendidikan S2, hal ini membuktikan bahwa dosen di lingkungan UMN Al Washliyah mencukupi syarat berdirinya sebuah Universitas. 2) Lahan yang cukup menampung seluruh mahasiswa yang ada. 3) Fasilitas gedung perkuliahan, perpustakaan yang permanen serta laboratorium yang representatif. 4) Lembaga Penelitian dan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (LPPM) yang sudah berada pada cluster Madya. Faktor Kelemahan, yaitu : 1) Beberapa tenaga administrasi belum sarjana (S1), 2) Kurangnya mahasiswa yang aktif di bidang kreativitas dan kesenian di lingkungan kampus 3) Minimnya peralatan laboratorium serta kurangnya koleksi buku bacaan untuk referensi mahasiswa. 4) Kurangnya minat dosen melanjutkan kuliah ke jenjang S3. Faktor Peluang, yaitu : 1) Adanya dukungan positif dari Pengurus Besar Al Jam’iyatul Washliyah Jakarta untuk menyediaan lahan perluasan kampus. 2) Dukungan moril masyarakat Sumatera Utara untuk kemajuan UMN Al Washliyah. 3) Adanya kepercayaan dari pemerintah, masyarakat dan dunia usaha terhadap UMN Al Washliyah dalam menghasilkan SDM berkualitas. Faktor Tantangan, yaitu : 1) Keterlibatan masyarakat luas dalam pendanaan, menuntut keterbukaan manajemen keuangan dan mutu kinerja yang menunjukkan keberhasilan. 2) Sulitnya untuk membangun fakultas baru dan program studi baru. 3) Peningkatan biaya pendidikan dapat menggeser kedudukan masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah.
The growth of digitalisation presents the possibility for Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC) to emerge as a secure and efficient payment method. However, despite the benefits, CBDC implementation ...needs to be adapted to the capabilities and needs of each country. This study uses meta-strength, weakness, opportunity, and threat (meta-SWOT) analysis to assess the internal strengths and weaknesses, as well as the external opportunities and threats, to determine the most optimal CBDC design for emerging economies. In analysing internal aspects, CBDC allows for an efficient payment system, followed by a more effective monetary policy. Furthermore, the technology creates the possibility to boost financial inclusion and trace many illicit activities. However, to achieve that, high investment costs and privacy issues must be accommodated, followed by technological risks such as the digital divide and electrical outages. Turning to external aspects, growing technology, the network effect, enthusiasm for CBDC, and the impracticality of cash usage have become catalysts for CBDC development. Despite these opportunities, central banks should be wary of the threat of cyberattacks, quickening bank disintermediation, legal issues within their respective countries, and competition with private crypto companies. Altogether, the most optimal CBDC design in emerging economies is retail and wholesale coverage, interest-bearing (wholesale) and noninterest-bearing (retail) remuneration, account-based and token-based paymentsystems, a traceable degree of anonymity, hybrid architecture, a Decentralised Ledger Technology (DLT) ledger system, and domestic and cross-border scope. These results are supported by rigorous examination of global CBDC research and development.
The coffee business especially in the coffee shop sector to be superior to the competition is something that must be carried out in a sustainable manner by PT XYZ. Realizing this goal, PT XYZ must ...formulate its business development strategy. This study aims to determine internal factors (strengths and weaknesses) and external factors (opportunities and threats) which are used as the basis for formulating coffee shop business development strategies. The basic research method is descriptive with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, focus group discussions (FGD), observation, documentation. Information was obtained through key informants who were determined purposively with the consideration of knowing the coffee shop business, namely directors, managers, supervisors, baristas, consumers, competitors, suppliers and coffee experts. Data analysis uses internal factor evaluation matrix, external factor evaluation, Grand Strategy matrix, SWOT matrix, and participatory prospective analysis. The results of the study show that the position of the grand strategy of PT XYZ is in quadrant I, which means that the strategy concentrates on market and product sustainability, product diversification, and aggressiveness. The main strategy prioritized based on the driving strategy is to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of departmental performance and improve the quality of human resources.

In today's complex and changing business environment the concern with sustainability has gained more notoriety. However, companies still do not have a sustainable perspective, but a short-term one, ...where their values are constantly forgotten and this concept is no longer welcomed. This research demonstrates the need for companies to adapt and to start acting in this direction. Following a set of interviews conducted with professionals with management positions of high responsibility, findings reveal that although sustainability is on the management mind, strategies and tools need to be adapted to be at the core of the organization's strategic formulation. To support this process, a new SWOT analysis to fit a forward-looking sustainable world is proposed. Furthermore, due to the aggregative nature of the model, it represents an essential tool for an open innovation. "SWOT i" integrates the concern with sustainability as one of its pillars, placing the values and impacts that each decision can have at the center of the strategic formulation, allowing their performance to leverage.
The upcoming Surface Water and Ocean Topography (SWOT) satellite mission, planned to launch in 2022, is the first mission to focus on measuring hydrological processes in Earth's surface water. As ...such, SWOT will vastly expand observations of global rivers ≥100 m wide. SWOT will provide a variety of data products, including a global vector river product containing water surface elevation (WSE), width, slope, and estimated discharge. Practical application and consistency of the SWOT vector products requires a prior global river network database divided into reaches. Here, we introduce the SWOT River Database (SWORD). SWORD will serve as the framework for the SWOT river vector products consisting of river reaches (∼10 km long) and nodes (∼200 m spacing). We generate SWORD by combining several global river‐ and satellite‐related data sets into one congruent product. When defining river reaches, we incorporate natural and human‐created river obstructions, basin boundaries, tributary junctions, and SWOT orbit track information. SWORD contains a total of 213,485 reaches and 10.7 million nodes. Globally, 77.3% of river reach lengths are between 10 and 20 km with a median reach length of 10.5 km. 95% of river reaches ≥10 km will have sufficient SWOT observations to provide discharge estimates at least once per orbit cycle. SWORD also contains many useful hydrologic and morphological attributes and is designed to be expandable in the future. Even before the launch of SWOT, it can serve as a framework for global hydrologic analyses using models, in situ measurements, and additional satellite observations.

SWOT will provide unprecedented observations of river water surface elevation, width, and slope. Because rivers are dynamic features that change frequently, the vector product will allow scientists to analyze the data most effectively if the SWOT observations are attached to an existing database that is static in space and time.
