El presente artículo analizará este desdoblamiento interior orquestado por dos voces narrativas donde afloran las voces implícitas que han marcado el pasado de la autora - las voces de la madre, del padre y de la madrastra, Véra. Toda una polifonía de voces vivas, tan intactas como los recuerdos evocados.
Le traducteur allemand Elmar Tophoven (1923-1989) est connu pour ses traductions de Samuel Beckett et d’écrivains du Nouveau Roman tels qu’Alain Robbe-Grillet, Nathalie Sarraute et Claude Simon. À ...partir des années 1960, il a commencé à prendre méticuleusement en notes son processus de traduction. Elmar Tophoven a prôné cette « traduction transparente » afin de promouvoir le partage d’expériences entre traducteurs, de documenter et d’analyser le processus de traduction, et de montrer que tout le travail et la créativité qui entrent en jeu dans la traduction n’étaient pas suffisamment reconnus. Cette entreprise l’a amené, avec son épouse Erika Tophoven, à créer, organiser et conserver leurs propres archives, qui ont récemment été rassemblées dans la maison familiale de Straelen, en Allemagne. Les archives de traducteurs, rarement jugées dignes d’être préservées sur le long terme, font face à de nombreux défis. Elles doivent prouver leur valeur scientifique et symbolique, en particulier dans le cas de traducteurs et de traductrices de métier. À travers l’exemple des archives Tophoven, nous espérons souligner l’importance des archives pour la recherche en traductologie ainsi que la valeur patrimoniale générale des archives de traducteurs.
Cet article aborde la question de la formation et de la diffusion du modalisateur entre guillemets en exploitant trois sortes de données. Frantext permet d'examiner ses commencements vers 1913; le ...web, le moment où son usage est ressenti comme proliférant entre 2000 et 2010; le corpus CFPP2000, sa diffusion – peut-être provisoire – à l'oral. Les résultats montrent qu'il est suremployé par des locuteurs des couches moyennes d'origine populaire. Cependant, l'expression ne connaît pas la perte de contenu sémantique caractéristique de la pragmaticalisation. Ses emplois restent ceux d'un modalisateur signalant une défaillance dans la nomination du réel.
Cet article porte sur la representation de l'identité franco-russe de Nathalie Sarraute, femme de lettres française née dans l'Empire russe, dans son roman autobiographique Enfance (1983). Nous nous ...intéressons particulierement a la perception de la Russie en tant que marqueur identitaire de la narratrice, et aux moyens linguistiques par lesquels cette image est constituée dans le texte. L'analyse détaillée du roman nous amene a la conclusion que la langue et la culture russes restent toujours gravées dans la mémoire de la narratrice plusieurs années apres son départ de la Russie, cependant c'est son identité française qui se révele plus forte en faisant d'elle une étrangere a sa culture d'origine.

In this article I will analyse the way in which the Nouveau Roman was imposed and received in Romania between 1967 and 1968. During this time, the main works of Alain Robbe-Grillet, Nathalie ...Sarraute, Michel Butor were translated and brought to market in a high number of copies, all with lengthy prefaces. In 1967 Alain Robbe-Grillet visited Romania where he met his audience, while at the same time, the Romanian media were debating the topic at length. Among the advocates of the Nouveau Roman were Romul Munteanu and Nicolae Balota, whereas among the contestants, there were Vladimir Streinu and Adrian Marino, whose interventions had a consistent anti-modern character (not simply conservative). Together with structuralism, the phenomenon of 'popularisation' of the Nouveau Roman can be considered one of the main French cultural transfers, its implementation being an integral part of a significant episode of the modernity war which characterized Romanian modernity. The importance of the Nouveau Roman during the so called cultural liberalisation period is synchronous with the anamnesis of the inter-war literary modernity started by the writers of the 1960s, emphasising a clear intention to recover the time lost during Stalin's era through a connection to the West's extreme modernism. Last, but not least, as in any totalitarian political regime - and not only - the political aspect plays an important role in the way these novels were received, which skewed, influenced or even silently encourage the phenomenon (revolutions on paper hardly ever turn into real ones), highlighting the illusory nature of this written mirage, that came to Romania during a transition period: between Stalinism and Protocronism.
L’articolo sviluppa alcune considerazioni generali sul meccanismo dell’identificazione emotiva nel personaggio letterario con successivo riferimento alla poetica del Nouveau Roman tramite ...un’esemplificazione essenziale costituita dall’opera di Nathalie Sarraute e di Alain Robbe-Grillet. L’attenzione si concentra in particolare sulle differenze fra le posizioni teoriche dei due autori per mettere in evidenza lo scarto che, in questa produzione romanzesca, viene a crearsi fra intenzione autoriale e pratica della scrittura.
This article aims to study Nathalie Sarraute's novel "The Planetarium" from a semio-phenomenological point of view. "The Planetarium" is a trademark novel of the literary movement entitled "New ...Novel", which questions the traditional elements of the fictional writing. In her work, Nathalie Sarraute favors the interiority of the characters at the expense of the novelistic plot, in order to highlight her famous concept, the "tropisms", indicating the instinctive movements of the characters triggered by external factors. In our study, we aim to examine these inner movements of the characters through analytic methods of the semio-phenomenological approach. By examining the various configurations of the characters' affective and cognitive states through the discourse of the novel, we propose to analyse the constantly changing identity structures of Sarraute's heroes.
L’autobiographie est ce genre qui d’après Philippe Lejeune se définit comme un "récit rétrospectif en prose qu’une personne réelle fait de sa propre existence lorsqu’elle met l’accent sur sa vie ...individuelle, en particulier sur l’histoire de sa propre personnalité" (Lejeune, 1975: 14). Ce qui caractérise les autobiographies étudiées dans cet article est leur désir de se détacher, voire nier le genre adopté pour toutes les connotations négatives auxquelles ce genre est attaché. Accusée d’individualisme, égocentrisme, narcissisme, l’autobiographie est un genre difficile à assumer et ses valeurs d’authenticité et de sincérité difficiles à assurer. Attraction et répulsion sont les sentiments contradictoires éprouvés par les autobiographes examinés dans cet article par rapport au genre adopté. Des sentiments qui se manifestent par la résistance à toute définition, le désir de brouiller les frontières entre autobiographie, biographie, autoportrait, journal et fiction, et par un jeu fascinant de pronoms personnels dans la narration.
Les années 1980 représentent un tournant pour la littérature contemporaine chinoise. C'est notamment a partir de cette époque-la que le grand public chinois fait connaissance de l'écrivaine française ...Marguerite Duras suite a l'introduction du Nouveau Roman par les universitaires chinois. Dans cet article, nous tâcherons d'éclairer de quelle façon cette derniere fut traduite et introduite en Chine de 1980 jusqu'a aujourd'hui, en analysant le rôle qu'ont joué les universitaires et les maisons d'édition durant ce processus. Nous donnerons aussi des reperes pour comprendre par quels moyens Marguerite Duras construisit sa propre légende sur la terre de l'Empire du Milieu et dans quelle mesure elle a influencé une génération de femmes de lettres chinoises.
