Ten sulphur volatiles were observed in two Florida tomato cultivars (‘Tasti-Lee’ and ‘FL 47’) harvested at three maturity stages (breaker, turning, and pink) using gas chromatography with a pulsed flame photometric detector (GC-PFPD). Eight PFPD peaks were identified using retention values from authentic sulphur standards and GC–MS characteristic masses. Seven were quantified using an internal standard combined with external calibration curves. Dimethyl sulphide, dimethyl disulphide, dimethyl trisulphide 2-propylthiazole and 2-s-butylthiazole were newly identified in fresh tomatoes. Principal component analysis of sulphur volatiles indicated that there were appreciable maturity stage differences clustered in separate quadrants. GC-olfactometry (GC-O) identified 50 aroma-active compounds in ‘Tasti-Lee’, with 10 reported as odorants in fresh tomatoes for the first time. Four sulphur volatiles exhibited aroma activity, including two of the newly-reported fresh tomato sulphur volatiles, 2-s-butylthiazole and dimethyl sulphide. GC-O aroma profiling indicated that the most intense aroma category was earthy-musty, followed by fruity-floral, green-grassy, sweet-candy and sweaty-stale-sulphurous.
Abstract
Though large multilocus genomic data sets have led to overall improvements in phylogenetic inference, they have posed the new challenge of addressing conflicting signals across the genome. ...In particular, ancestral population structure, which has been uncovered in a number of diverse species, can skew gene tree frequencies, thereby hindering the performance of species tree estimators. Here we develop a novel maximum likelihood method, termed TASTI (Taxa with Ancestral structure Species Tree Inference), that can infer phylogenies under such scenarios, and find that it has increasing accuracy with increasing numbers of input gene trees, contrasting with the relatively poor performances of methods not tailored for ancestral structure. Moreover, we propose a supertree approach that allows TASTI to scale computationally with increasing numbers of input taxa. We use genetic simulations to assess TASTI’s performance in the three- and four-taxon settings and demonstrate the application of TASTI on a six-species Afrotropical mosquito data set. Finally, we have implemented TASTI in an open-source software package for ease of use by the scientific community.

Eliminado los errores históricos, falsos de fecha y clichés, la adquisición de los datos técnicos distintos de los transmitida por tradición han abierto una nueva perspectiva histórica de la cual aquí se da cuenta. Ilustración actualizada de las características de los órganos del Renacimiento italiano sigue las directrices de la práctica interpretativa que derivan de ella y un enfrentamiento con los instrumentos españoles practicadas por Antonio de Cabezón.

Nel 1548 Antonio de Cabezón ebbe modo di compiere un viaggio in Italia. In quell’occasione poté sicuramente conoscere e suonare gli organi italiani. Nuove fonti e inediti documenti hanno recentemente permesso di delineare un nuovo ed attendibile profi lo degli organi italiani delle origini. Eliminati falsi storici, errori di cronologia e luoghi comuni, l’acquisizione di dati tecnici diversi da quelli tramandati dalla tradizione hanno aperto ad una nuova prospettiva storica di cui qui viene dato conto. All’illustrazione aggiornata delle caratteristiche degli organi italiani del Rinascimento seguono le indicazioni di prassi esecutiva che ne derivano, e un confronto con gli strumenti spagnoli praticati da Antonio de Cabezón.
INTERPRETATION : Nous avons observe un lien etroit entre les symptomes olfactifs et gustatifs et la positivite au SRAS-CoV-2. Ces symptomes devraient etre consideres comme une caracteristique ...frequente et distinctive de l'infection au SRAS-CoV-2 et devraient servir d'indication de depistage, et meme de repetition du depistage chez les personnes dont le resultat initial est negatif.

Le présent article porte sur les principales constituantes du discours sur le « bon goût » de l’époque et interroge la relation de la littérature à ce discours dans une sélection de romans réalistes et naturalistes.
Three techniques of grafting were tested at the kola, in order to retain to it (them) more efficacious for the production of vegetable material in sufficient quantity. They are the graftings in side ...and final slit, and that in escutcheon. These grafts were preserved in two environments at the contrasted characteristics: talon and tunnel to evaluate the effects of them. The analyses of the data revealed that mortalities are more significant during the first two weeks but, tend to be stabilized during the third. The graft in final slit, preserved under tunnel, showed a superiority expressed through the weakest death rate after three weeks compared to the shield-grafts which resisted less under the same conditions. Conversely, the shield-grafts behaved better under greenhouse than the grafts in slit. These grafts in slit final and maintained under tunnel, were revealed best adapted to the multiplication of the kola. The results of this study suggest possibilities of production of vegetable material in mass according to tested techniques.

İcra ve İflâs Kanunu m. 306/2 uyarınca tasdik kararında, tasdik edilen konkordatonun yerine getirilmesini sağlamak için gerekli gözetim, yönetim ve tasfiye tedbirlerini almakla görevli bir kayyım ...tayin edilebilir. Başarılı bir konkordato uygulaması açısından konkordatonun bireysel-kamusal amaçlarına ulaşılabilmesi için, projenin uygulanma sürecinde alacaklıların ve kamunun menfaatlerinin gözetilmesi noktasında kayyım büyük önem arz etmektedir. Bu önemine rağmen, kayyıma ilişkin mevzuat hükümlerinin sınırlı olması nedeniyle, kayyımın atanması, hukukî niteliği, görevleri, hakları, yetkileri, yükümlülükleri, sorumluluğu ve işlemlerine karşı başvuru yolları gibi konularda öğretide ve uygulamada farklılıklar mevcuttur. Kayyım, prensip olarak alacaklılara yönelik teminat öngörülmediğinden alacaklıların menfaatinin gözetilmesi, bu surette de projenin icrasının güvence altına alınması amacıyla atanmaktadır. Bu itibarla kayyım atanması, tedbir mahiyetinde bir karardır. Konkordatonun kamu düzenine ilişkin niteliği ve projenin uygulanma sürecinde kayyımın yapacağı görevin niteliği göz önüne alındığında, kayyım, iyileştirme-yeniden yapılandırma hukukuna özgü kamu görevlisidir. Kayyım, her ne kadar açıkça düzenlenmiş olmasa da işin gerektirdiği donanıma sahip alanında uzman kişilerden olmalıdır. Dahası profesyonel yönetim-denetim kuruluşları da kayyım olarak atanabilmelidir. Kanun’da açıklık bulunmasa da kayyımın işlemlerine karşı asliye ticaret mahkemesine şikâyet yoluyla başvurulabilir. Kayyımın görev, hak ve yetkileri; her somut olayda proje kapsamındaki ihtiyaca göre mahkeme tarafından sınırlı olarak belirlenmeli ve tasdik kararında açıkça belirtilmelidir. Zira konkordatonun uygulanma sürecinde borçlunun tasarruf yetkisi asıl olup, borçlu işlemlerini serbestçe yönetebilmelidir. Tasdik kararında kayyımın görevleri açıkça belirlenmediği müddetçe, kanun gereği yalnızca işletmenin durumu ve borçların ödeme kabiliyetinin muhafaza edilip edilmediğine yönelik rapor sunmakla yetkilendirilmiş olduğundan, yalnızca denetimle görevlendirilmiş olduğu kabul edilmelidir. Kayyımın göreviyle ilgili hukuka aykırı fiilleri nedeniyle hukukî ve cezaî sorumluluğu bulunmaktadır.
