The description of the most widespread universal library classifications (Decimal Classification of D'yui (DKD), Universal Decimal Classification (UDK), Classification of Library of Congress (KBK), ...Library-Bibliographic Classification (BBK)) are analysed in the article. Histories of these systems development and features of their use in modern informative services as well as the example of construction of electronic library classifiers on the base of the library classifications of DKD and KBK are given.
В большом тренировочном цикле в условиях достаточно высокого общего уровня нагрузок авторами рекомендуется оптимально реализовывать планирование волнообразной динамики нагрузок курсантов-единоборцев. ...Доказана эффективность модели одноцикличного построения подготовки курсантов-единоборцев высокой квалификации на этапе максимальной реализации спортивных возможностей, которая включает себя как черты традиционных циклов (подготовительный, состязательный, переходный), так и модульно-блочной композиции тренировки. Научно обоснованно, что выбор тех или иных типов микроциклов, представляющих структуру мезоциклов, определяется несколькими основными факторами, которые необходимо обязательно учитывать при построении тренировочного процесса спортсменов разной квалификации. Предлагается в практике подготовки курсантов-единоборцев использовать определенные разновидности микроциклов. Обоснованно, что учет при построении годового цикла в группах спортивного совершенствования курсантов выявленных типов микроциклов для каждого вида единоборств – это актуальные задачи дальнейших научных исследований.
Within a large training cycle in conditions of high general level of stress the authors recommend optimal implementation of planning undulating dynamics of cadets’ combat exercise stress. The article proves the efficiency of one-cycle construction of training highly- qualified single-combat cadets at the stage of maximal realization of sporting possibilities, which includes both features of traditional cycles (preparatory, competitional, transitional) and module-sectional composition of training. It scientifically substantiates, that the choice of those or other types of microcycles which present the structure of mesocycles is determined by a few basic factors which must be necessarily taken into account while planning the training process of sportsmen of different qualification. It is suggested to use certain varieties of microcycles in the practice of preparation of single combat cadets. It is substantiated that accounting in planning the annual cycle in groups of sporting perfection of students of the educed types of microcycles for every type of single combats is an actual task of further scientific research.
У великому тренувальному циклі в умовах досить високого загального рівня навантажень авторами рекомендується оптимально реалізовувати планування хвилеподібної динаміки навантажень курсантів-єдиноборців. Доведена ефективність моделі одноциклової побудови підготовки курсантів-єдиноборців високої кваліфікації на етапі максимальної реалізації спортивних можливостей, яка включає себе як риси традиційних циклів (підготовчий, змагальний, перехідний), так і модульно-блокової композиції тренування. Науково обґрунтовано, що вибір тих або інших типів мікроциклів, що становлять структуру мезоциклів, визначається декількома основними чинниками, які необхідно обов'язково враховувати при побудові тренувального процесу спортсменів різної кваліфікації. Пропонується в практиці підготовки курсантів-єдиноборців використовувати певні різновиди мікроциклів. Обґрунтовано, що облік при побудові річного циклу в групах спортивного вдосконалення курсантів виявлених типів мікроциклів для кожного виду єдиноборств – актуальні завдання подальших наукових досліджень.

However, the experts point out the insufficient conceptual development of the theoretical bases of bachelor students’ key competences evolvement by means of e-learning, which is increasingly coming into conflict with objective needs of university practice in evidence-based models of bachelor students’ key competences development. Therefore, the research objective is to develop the scientifically-based model of bachelor students’ key competences development by means of e-learning and to test the effectiveness of the model implementation in the course of experimental work at a university. The scientific and practical implications of the research consist in designing the pedagogical model of bachelor students’ key competences development by means of e-learning with the focus on implementing the pedagogical conditions in the university educational process. The research results indicate that the implementation of the designed model at the university contributes to effective development of some bachelor students’ key competences.
Общественно-государственный заказ на подготовку компетентных бакалавров, способных к профессиональной деятельности в разнообразных социокультурных контекстах, и современные требования к информатизации высшего образования актуализируют проблему формирования общекультурных компетенций бакалавров средствами электронного обучения. Однако специалисты отмечают недостаточную концептуальную разработанность теоретических основ формирования общекультурных компетенций на базе электронного обучения, которая все чаще приходит в противоречие с объективными потребностями вузовской практики в научно-обоснованных моделях развития общекультурных компетенций. В данной связи целью исследования является разработка научно-обоснованной модели формирования общекультурных компетенций студентов-бакалавров средствами электронного обучения и проверка результативности внедрения модели в ходе опытно-экспериментальной работы в вузе. Научно-практическая значимость исследования заключается в создании педагогической модели формирования общекультурных компетенций студентов-бакалавров средствами электронного обучения с ориентацией на осуществление педагогических условий в образовательном процессе вуза. Результаты исследования свидетельствуют о том, что применение модели в вузе способствует результативному формированию ряда общекультурных компетенций студентов-бакалавров.
Суспільно-державне замовлення на підготовку компетентних бакалаврів, здатних до професійної діяльності в різноманітних соціокультурних контекстах, і сучасні вимоги до інформатизації вищої освіти актуалізують проблему формування загальнокультурних компетенцій бакалаврів засобами електронного навчання. Проте фахівці відмічають недостатню концептуальну розробленість теоретичних основ формування загальнокультурних компетенцій на базі електронного навчання, яка все частіше приходить в протиріччя із об’єктивними потребами практики ВНЗ у науково-обгрунтованих моделях розвитку загальнокультурних компетенцій. У цьому зв'язку метою дослідження є розробка науково-обгрунтованої моделі формування загальнокультурних компетенцій студентів-бакалаврів засобами електронного навчання і перевірка результативності впровадження моделі у ході дослідно-експериментальної роботи у ВНЗ. Науково-практична значущість дослідження полягає у створенні педагогічної моделі формування загальнокультурних компетенцій студентів-бакалаврів засобами електронного навчання з орієнтацією на здійснення педагогічних умов в освітньому процесі ВНЗ. Результати дослідження свідчать про те, що застосування моделі у ВНЗ сприяє результативному формуванню ряду загальнокультурних компетенцій студентів-бакалаврів.
Design engineers prefer working with actual ground distances. Therefore, the points of building site network should have the coordinates of the national grid system and the independent site grid ...system (“flat Earth”). The site network is usually formed and adjusted as a closed loop traverse (or triangulateration braced quadrilaterals or polygons with a central point) that commences from the first point with a direction angle of the baseline. These conditions cause some special requirements and methods of traverse adjustment and orientation (or other type of a network). This study determines the allowed deviation of baseline orientation from its ideal values of a typical building site network.

Statybų inžinieriams patogiau dirbti turint realius atstumus, tačiau statybos tinklą privaloma koordinuoti valstybinėje koordinačių sistemoje. Dėl priimtos kartografinės projekcijos tenka skaičiuoti ir taikyti pataisas. Statybos tinklas paprastai išlyginamas kaip uždaras poligonometrijos ėjimas (arba trianguliacijostrilateracijos kvadratų tinklas ar poligonai su centriniu tašku), kuris prasideda bazinės linijos direkciniu kampu. Dėl šios sąlygos taikytini specialūs ėjimo (ar kito tipo tinklo) išlyginimo ir orientavimo reikalavimai ir metodai. Straipsnyje nustatomi leistinieji tipinio statybos tinklo bazinės linijos krypties nuokrypiai nuo idealiųjų reikšmių.

Для работы на стройках инженерам удобнее иметь реальные расстояния, однако строительную сеть обязательно следует координировать в государственной системе координат. Для принятой картографической проекции приходится вычислять и применять поправки. Строительная сеть обычно уравнивается как замкнутый полигонометрический ход (или сеть квадратов, или полигоны с центральной точкой триангуляции – трилатерации), который начинается с дирекционного угла базовой линии. С этой целью применяются специальные методы и требования к уравниванию и ориентированию хода (или сети другого типа). В статье устанавливаются допустимые отклонения от идеальных значений направления базовой линии типичной строительной сети.

The article describes a method for deriving the precision of a predicted land uplift value at an arbitrary terrain point which is assumed connected in height to a levelling benchmark using GNSS and a ...precise geoid model. We derive a statistical model for predicting the uplift rate from the existing point rates along with its empirical signal covariance function. One of our aims is a study on how a land uplift rate model and its empirical covariance function can be determined and then used for calculating changes in height over the time interval between precise levellings or GNSS heightings.

Aprašomas numatomos Žemės plutos kilimo reikšmės tikslumo pasirinktame taške, susietame su niveliacijos punktu pagal GPNS ir precizinį geoido modelį, nustatymo metodas. Pasiūlytas statistinis modelis kilimo greičiui prognozuoti, turint žinomus taškų greičius, pagal jų empirinę signalo kovariacinę funkciją. Vienas iš tikslų yra ištirti, kaip apibrėžti Žemės plutos kilimo greičių modelį ir jo empirinę kovariacinę funkciją ir kaip toliau ją taikyti aukščių kitimui apskaičiuoti einant laikui tarp precizinių niveliacijų ar GPNS aukščių nustatymo epochų.

В статье описан метод определения точности значения поднятия земной коры в определенной точке, связанной с нивелирным пунктом с применением GPNS измерений и прецизионной модели геоида. Предложена статистическая модель для прогнозирования скорости поднятия земной коры по отношению к точкам с известной скоростью, основанная на применении эмпирической ковариационной функции сигнала. Основной целью работы было исследование возможностей построения модели скорости поднятия земной коры и эмпирической ковариационной функции и применение этой функции для вычисления изменения высот с течением времени между нивелировками или между эпохами определения высот с помощью измерений GPNS.

We compile a new geoid model at the computation area of New Zealand and its continental shelf using the method developed at the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Stockholm. This method utilizes ...the least-squares modification of the Stokes integral for the biased, unbiased, and optimum stochastic solutions. The modified Bruns-Stokes integral combines the regional terrestrial gravity data with a global geopotential model (GGM). Four additive corrections are calculated and applied to the approximate geoid heights in order to obtain the gravimetric geoid. These four additive corrections account for the combined direct and indirect effects of topography and atmosphere, the contribution of the downward continuation reduction, and the formulation of the Stokes problem in the spherical approximation. The gravimetric geoid model is computed using two heterogonous gravity data sets: the altimetry-derived gravity anomalies from the DNSC08 marine gravity database (offshore) and the ground gravity measurements from the GNS Science gravity database (onshore). The GGM coefficients are taken from EIGEN-GRACE02S complete to degree 65 of spherical harmonics. The topographic heights are generated from the 1×1 arc-sec detailed digital terrain model (DTM) of New Zealand and from the 30×30 arc-sec global elevation data of SRTM30_PLUS V5.0. The least-squares analysis is applied to combine the gravity and GPS-levelling data using a 7-parameter model. The fit of the KTH geoid model with GPS-levelling data in New Zealand is 7 cm in terms of the standard deviation (STD) of differences. This STD fit is the same as the STD fit of the NZGeoid2009, which is the currently adopted official quasigeoid model for New Zealand.

U radu je ukratko prikazana nova shema Univerzalne decimalne klasifikacije za religiju koja se u knjižničnoj praksi Nacionalne i sveučilišne knjižnice u Zagrebu primjenjuje od siječnja 2015. godine. ...U klasificiranju religije prema Univerzalnoj decimalnoj klasifikaciji sada i prije nove prakse, koja se radi prema skraćenom izdanju UDK, način klasificiranja je u velikoj mjeri različit. U prvom hrvatskom srednjem izdanju UDK 80 posto oznaka pripadalo je kršćanstvu i svim temama koje se vežu uz tu religiju, a otprilike 20 posto drugim nekršćanskim religijama. U novom izdanju postotak je proporcionalno različit, otprilike 20 posto UDK pripada kršćanstvu, a proširena je klasifikacija drugih nekršćanskih religija, posebno judaizma, islama, budizma i drugih religija i vjera čiji opseg sada zauzima gotovo 80 posto. Novi UDK knjižničarima je pored izazova donio i puno klasifikacijskih prednosti. Prednosti se odnose na raspon različitih tema koje pojedine publikacije obrađuju u praksi, a koje su raznovrsne. Prilagođavanjem tema religijama lakše je odrediti sadržaje i to je jednostavnije i jasnije nego u starijem izdanju UDK koji je najširim izborom tema pokrivao kršćanstvo. Tako nove tablice otvaraju više prostora za druge religije i njihove specifičnosti.

Absolute statistical data are very often expressed by a diagram in thematic maps. The ArcGIS 9 software from ESRI is commonly used for the production of cartographic output, but there are only a few ...possibilities for how to express data by diagram maps. A program extension called "Diagram map creator" was developed at the Department of Geoinformatics, Palacký University in 2010. This extension serves as a supplement for the automatic generation of various diagram maps. The program code, user interface and the possibilities of and the use of the "Diagram map creator" extension are presented in this article. Some examples of thematic maps are also shown.
