Ko sem še hodil v gore, sem imel dobro navado, da sem poleg razglednic, ki sem jih razpošiljal s pozdravi, vzel še eno zase – za spomin. Nanjo sem zapisal maršruto druščine, ki se v tem primeru ...glasi: Iz Bohinja na Komno – Bogatin in Krn – pa v Soško dolino – od 16. 8. do 18. 8. 1969. – Načrt je s podpisi Silvo, Ela, Bernard. Franci, Božo potrdilo vseh pet udeležencev, planinski žigi pa so overili njegovo uresničenje. Gomiščkovo zavetišče je le kakih 50. m pod vrhom Krna, najvišje dosežene točke (2244 m). Sestopali smo skozi Vrsno, rojstni kraj Simona Gregorčiča, vasico sredi njegovega planinskega raja. (sf)
The house in Vrsno in which the poet Simon Gregorčič was born, and the home of the writer Ciril Kosmač in Slap on the Idrijica are examples of the successful cooperation of the local community, ...museums, the service for the protection of monuments and literary authors. The paper presents the course of the restoration and the adaptation of two buildings so as to serve as museums. Their appearance today reß ects the time in which they were built. The poet Simon Gregorčič (1844-1906) was special for the people of Primorje. The people accepted him as their own, and his poems,
which have been set to music many times, are still alive today among us. The house in which the poet was born in Vrsno was turned into a museum back in 1966. Many people want to visit the museum to pay their respects to the “Nightingale from Gorica”. Most of the visitors are groups from Slovene schools, but lately there have been many groups of expatriate Slovenes. The Tolmine Museum plans to rearrange and modernise the collection for the
hundredth anniversary of the poet’s death. Ciril Kosmač (1910-1980) took the Tolmine region into the world with his works. This was doubtless another incentive for including the author and his
home in Slap on Idrijica into the comprehensive international project “Genius loci”, which provided assistance for restoring buildings linked with important European artists. After it was opened in 2003, Kosmač’s home became the central point of the educational Kosmač Trail. Through the effort of local communities and various institutions
we have been able to preserve an important ethnological cultural heritage and the rich legacy of literary greats from the Tolmin region.
Estimation of state variables of a peak current mode (PCM) controlled DC-DC boost converter supplied by a PEM fuel cell is described in this paper. Since this system is highly nonlinear and ...non-minimum phase, its state variables are estimated by using fast output sampling method. Estimated state variables are the converter output voltage and its first derivative, and they are suitable for model reference adaptive control or sliding mode based control techniques. The estimator has been designed in a way that it gives a good estimate of the state variables in the continuous and in the discontinuous conduction mode of the converter, and in the presence of measurement and process noise caused by converter switching-mode operation. Experimental results of estimating the state variables on a 450 W boost converter supplied by the emulator of the PEM fuel cell BCS 64-32 show good results of the estimation, regardless of the conduction mode of the converter, i.e. the operating point determined by its output current.
This paper describes one sound decoding solution of energy state of large consumers, which is applied in the system for peak load control. Part of the paper describes the way of functioning of the ...system for peak load control and the achieved effects in its application. The monitor diagrams of the maxi-graph flow in the real time, recorded on the realized system, are presented. The prediction of the future maxi-graph flow, realized by the corresponding software pointer is shown.
U ovom radu obrađena je procjena varijabli stanja sustava s istomjernim uzlaznim pretvaračem u vršnom strujnom načinu upravljanja napajanim PEM gorivnim člankom. Budući da je taj sustav izrazito ...nelinearan te neminimalno-fazan, za procjenu njegovih varijabli stanja upotrebljena je metoda brzog uzorkovanja izlaznog signala. Procjenjene varijable stanja su izlazni napon uzlaznog pretvarača te njegova prva derivacija, te su pogodne za adaptivno upravljanje s referentnim modelom i upravljanje temeljeno na kliznim režimima. Procjenitelj je projektiran na način da daje dobru procjenu varijabli stanja u kontinuiranom i diskontinuiranom režimu rada pretvarača, te u uvjetima mjernog i procesnog šuma uzrokovanog sklopnim načinom rada pretvarača. Eksperimentalni rezultati procjene varijabli stanja na uzlaznom pretvaraču snage 450 W napajanim emulatorom gorivnog članka BCS 64-32 pokazuju dobre rezultate procjene, neovisno o režimu rada pretvarača, odnosno radnoj točki određenoj njegovom izlaznom strujom.
