La détection des agrégats est une problématique d’importance en épidémiologie. Lesméthodes de détection d’agrégats ont essentiellement été développées pour des maladiesmesurées par des variables ...dichotomiques (cas/témoins). Or, dans le cas des infectionsmammaires des bovins, la maladie est évaluée par le score cellulaire, variable continue qui estune expression de la numération leucocytaire du lait. En conséquence, l’objectif de la thèse aconsisté à développer des méthodes de détection d’agrégats spatiaux adaptées aux variablescontinues, afin d’analyser la répartition spatiale du score cellulaire dans les élevages bovinslaitiers français.La première approche qui a été développée, non paramétrique, est basée sur la distanced’Hellinger entre distributions spatiales. La mesure de la distance entre la distribution desélevages à différents niveaux de score cellulaire et la densité globale d’élevages a permis demettre en évidence une concentration progressive dans certaines zones, et donc de détecterdes agrégats. Une seconde approche, paramétrique, utilise un modèle quantifiant la surviespatialisée, pour des niveaux de score croissants, en intégrant les facteurs de risque connus duscore cellulaire et un "effet-foyers" de forme gaussienne. Les agrégats détectés par cetteméthode ont été identiques à ceux obtenus avec la méthode basée sur la distance d’Hellinger.Les deux méthodes constituent de nouveaux outils flexibles et génériques pour la détectiond’agrégats spatiaux. Elles offrent en effet plusieurs avantages : 1) elles sont applicables à desmaladies mesurées par une variable continue ou discrète, 2) elles prennent en compte lesfacteurs de risque connus de la maladie pour ne s’intéresser qu’aux agrégats inexpliqués, 3)elles tiennent compte de l’hétérogénéité spatiale de la population sous-jacente
Cluster detection is an important field of investigation in epidemiology. Methods of clusterdetection had mainly been developed for diseases described through dichotomic variables(case/control). But cattle intramammary infections are evaluated by the somatic cell score, acontinuous variable expressing milk leukocyte count. Effects of bare follow, stubble-mulch and no-till tillage systems on nitrate-nitrogen accumulation and soil structure were investigated. Effects of three tillage systmeson nitrate nitrogen ...accumulation were not significantly different. However, at the end of fallow, bare fallow, stubble-mulch and no-till accumulated 3, 3.6 and 3 kg/da nitrate, respectively. Aggregates larger than 0.84 mm were considered as a good indicator of soil resistance to wind erosion, and aggregates of 1-4.75 mm in diameter providing good soil conditions for germination and early vigor were found to be more in 0-10 cm of bare fallow plots than the others. No-till gave the lowest values. In 10-30 cm soil depth, the effect of any tillage system were not found. Water stability values of bare fallow were, superior to the other two tillage systems in the 0-10 cm layer at the end of fallow. The 10-30 cm soil layer was not affected by any tillage system, but there was significant difference between 0-10 and 10-30 cm layer in terms of agregate size distribution and agregate stability. Soil structure of the 0-10 cm layer was affected more by tillage operations than the 10-30 cm.
Bu çalışmada, nadas toprak işleme sistemleri olarak kara nadas (KN), anızlı nadas (AN) ve işlemesiz nadasın (İN) toprakta nitrat birikimi ve toprak strüktürüne etkileri araştırılmıştır. Her üç sistemin nadas süresince toprakta nitrat birikimine olan etkileri farklı olmamakla beraber, nadas sonunda KN, AN, ve IN uygulamalarıyla sırasıyla 3 kg/da, 3.6 kg/da ve 3 kg/da nitrat birikmiştir. Rüzgar erozyonuna dayanıklılığın bir ölçüsü olarak 0.84 mm'den büyük agregatların yüzdesi ve bitki gelişmesi için uygun agregat grubu kabul edilen 1-4.75 mm arasındaki agregatların 0-10 cm toprak derinliğindeki yüzdesi en fazla olarak kara nadasda bulunmuş, işlemesiz nadas en düşük değerleri verirken, anızlı nadas ikisi arası bir değerde kalmıştır. Yine nadas sonunda suya dayanıklı agregat yüzdesi 0-10 cm toprak derinliğinde en fazla olarak kara nadasta bulunurken, diğer iki sistemin birbirine benzer değerleri olmuştur. Toprak işleme sistemlerinin etkileri arasında kuru agregat ve suya dayanıklı agregat yüzdesi açısından 10-30 cm'de fark görülmemiştir. Ancak 0-10 cm ile 10-30 cm arasında önemli fark olup, 0-10 cm toprak tabakasının fazlaca işlenmesinden dolayı strüktür bozulması bu tabakada daha çok olmuştur.
