Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is relevant to mainstream thought on economic organisations and their places in society. The aim of this paper is to collect some of the most relevant research ...findings on CSR, introduce the informedness of Hungarian respondents on CSR in general, the main influencing factors of their purchasing decisions, and to find correlations between the received results and the demographic variables based on our primary research. Our results support the present practice in terms of the definition of CSR. Almost all the listed alternatives are strongly associated with CSR by the respondents. The highest average received for the “creating work places, employment” alternative indicates the importance of this activity. Regarding the different factors influencing purchasing decision, our results underline the importance of price and price value ratio.
The old discussion about ‘Market or State’ is obsolete. There will always have to be a mix of market and state. The only relevant question is what that mix should look like. How far do we have to let ...the market go its own way in order to create as much welfare possible for everyone? What is the responsibility of the government in creating welfare? These are difficult questions. But they are also the only interesting questions. That is why they are analysed in this book. The desired mix of market and state is anything but easy to bring about. It is a difficult and sometimes destructive process that is constantly in motion. There are periods in history in which the market gains in importance. During other periods the opposite occurs and the government is everywhere more dominant. The turning points in this pendulum swing typically seem to coincide with disruptive events that test the limits of market and state. Why we experience this dynamic is an important theme in this book. Will the market, which today is allocated a greater and greater role thanks to globalization, run up against its limits? Or do the financial crisis and growing income inequality show that we have already reached those limits? Do we have to brace ourselves for a rejection of the capitalist system? Are we returning to an economy in which the government is running the show? These are important questions this book seeks to answer.
Vrednovanje i ocjenjivanje u nastavi Glazbene kulture važna je sastavnica odgojno-obrazovnog procesa koja sa sobom nosi razne poteškoće i subjektivnost. U nastavi Glazbene kulture realiziraju se ...različite glazbene aktivnosti i sadržaji (slušanje glazbe, muzikološki sadržaji, pjevanje, sviranje, stvaralaštvo/glazbene igre/pokret, osnove glazbene pismenosti), koji su više ili manje specifični te se navedeno odražava i na vrednovanje i ocjenjivanje. Navedene aktivnosti i sadržaji u okviru Kurikuluma nastavnog predmeta Glazbena kultura za osnovne škole i Glazbena umjetnost za gimnazije (2019) organizirane su u okviru tri domene/nastavna područja: Slušanje i upoznavanje glazbe, Izražavanje glazbom i uz glazbu i Glazba u kontekstu. U radu je prikazano istraživanje provedeno tijekom 2019. godine, a koje je obuhvatilo 269 ispitanika, tj. 30 osnovnoškolskih učitelja Glazbene kulture i 239 učenika osmih razreda. Istraživanje je provedeno u Osječko-baranjskoj i Požeško-slavonskoj županiji te je obuhvatilo učitelje Glazbene kulture i učenike osmih razreda šest osnovnih škola od kojih se četiri nalaze u urbanom, a dvije u ruralnom području. Cilj ovog istraživanja bio je doznati stavove učenika i učitelja o vrednovanju i ocjenjivanju u nastavi Glazbene kulture, utvrditi moguću povezanost sociodemografskih varijabla i mišljenja učitelja i učenika te utvrditi na koji se način provodi ocjenjivanje u nastavi Glazbene kulture. Slušanje glazbe i pjevanje su aktivnosti koje se, prema mišljenju i učitelja i učenika, najčešće vrednuju i ocjenjuju u nastavi Glazbene kulture. Ujedno, učitelji u većoj mjeri smatraju da provode individualno i skupno ocjenjivanje nego li to smatraju učenici. Utvrđeno je da učitelji najčešće ocjenjivanje provode tako što tijekom svakog sata prate učenike, skloni su učenike ocijeniti odmah na satu i najčešće usmeno. Utvrđeno je da su učitelji i učenici mišljenja da učenik ne treba imati razvijene glazbene sposobnosti za ocjenu ‘odličan’ u predmetu Glazbena kultura. S obzirom na povezanost sociodemografskih varijabla i mišljenja ispitanika o vrednovanju i ocjenjivanju, pokazalo se kako su područje na kojemu se nalazi škola i spol značajni prediktori učeničkih stavova, dok se kod učitelja nijedna varijabla nije pokazala prediktorskom.
Evaluation and grading in the teaching of Music Culture is an important component of the educational process that carries various difficulties and subjectivity with it. In the course of Music Culture, various music activities and contents (music listening, music content, singing, playing, creativity/musical games/movement, basics of musical literacy) are realized, which are more or less specific and also reflect on the evaluation and evaluation. The activities and contents of the Curriculum for the Elementary School Music Culture and High School Musical Arts (2019) curricula are organized within three domains/teaching areas: Listening and learning about music, Expressing music and with music, and Music in context. The research was conducted in 2019 and included 269 respondents, i.e. 30 elementary music teachers and 239 eighth grade students. The survey was conducted in Osijek-Baranja and Pozega-Slavonia counties and it included Music teachers and eighth grade students from six primary schools, four of whom are in urban and two in rural areas. The aim of this research was to find out students’ and teachers’ views on evaluation and assessment and to determine the possible correlation of sociodemographic variables and teachers’ and students’ opinions on evaluation and assessment in Music Culture teaching and to determine how the assessment is conducted in Music Culture teaching. Listening to music and singing are activities that, in the opinion of both teachers and students, are most commonly evaluated and graded in teaching Music Culture. At the same time, teachers are more likely to carry out individual and group assessments than students. Teachers usually conduct their assessment by monitoring students every class, they tend to evaluate students during class and most often orally. Teachers and students think that student should not have the developed musical skills to score excellently in Music Culture. Considering the correlation between sociodemographic variables and the respondents’ opinions on evaluation and grading, it was shown that the area in which school is located and gender are significant predictors of students’ attitudes, while in the teachers no variables proved to be predictive.
S obzirom na to da dosad nisu provedena istraživanja koja bi pojasnila i obradila problematiku prostorne, a time i funkcionalne strukture Grada Krapine, u ovom radu analizirat će se funkcionalna ...obilježja Grada Krapine s naglaskom na poslovne, odnosno upravne djelatnosti, na temelju dokumenata prostorno-planske dokumentacije, analize statističkih podataka i terenskog kartiranja. Na taj se način nastojala stvoriti baza podataka na temelju koje će se istražiti postojeća prostorna struktura Grada. Uz navedene metode dodatno je provedeno anketno istraživanje kako bi se ustanovila i analizirala razina zadovoljstva neposrednim životnim prostorom stanovnika koji žive na tom području, odnosno kako bi se moglo utvrditi koliko su stanovnici zadovoljni pojedinim aspektima života u Gradu Krapini. Pri tome je naglasak stavljen na dostupnost. U anketno istraživanje uključena su ukupno 132 stanovnika Grada Krapine. Rezultati istraživanja pokazali su kako su funkcije Grada Krapine koncentrirane najvećim dijelom u središnjem naselju, što je posljedica strukture analiziranih djelatnosti, ali i prirodnih obilježja koja ograničavaju prostorni razvoj, poput reljefnih karakteristika koje priječe disperziranje pojedinih djelatnosti u širi prostor, odnosno okolna naselja.

U članku se predstavljaju teoretske osnove i pravila koje je potrebno poštivati, kao i studija slučaja koji je proveden u izabranom poduzeću. Ovaj rad također odgovara na pitanja da lije SMED metodologija primjenjiva u metalurškom sektoru, predstavlja primjer skraćivanja pripremno završnih vremena između proizvodnji različitih metalurških proizvoda u stroju za kontinuirano lijevanje čelika.
Internet addiction and cyberbullying among youth are phenomena that show a significant increase owing to the development of technology and the wide accessibility of the Internet. Research was ...conducted among adolescents (N = 352) in 9 randomly selected high schools in Croatia, with the aim of investigating the relationship between habitual Internet use and online risk behaviors among adolescents. The standardized measuring instruments used in the research were the Internet addiction test (Young, 1998) and The European Cyberbullying Intervention Project Questionnaire (Del Rey et al., 2015) and questions about sociodemographic characteristics of respondents and online activities. The results show that 36.2% of the participants exhibit different symptoms of Internet addiction, while 50.7% of them partake in various forms of cyberbullying. Furthermore, it is established that the amount of time spent on the Internet on instant messaging, watching movies/videos, listening to music and playing online games correlates both with Internet addiction and with participating in cyberbullying among young people. The research confirmed the assumptions of the theory of routine activities and the results indicate that perpetrators of cyberbullying show a tendency to risky behavior also in other online activities. The paper presents the relationship between the level of Internet addiction and experience of cyberbullying and provides guidelines for future research in this area.
Prednosti bavljenja sportom mnogostruke su i neosporne. Od najranije dobi igra ima veliku ulogu u fizičkom razvoju djeteta. Od prvih igara loptom do amaterskog i svakodnevnog odlaska na treninge, bez ...obzira je li riječ o individualnim ili grupnim sportovima, mladi čovjek ima priliku razviti mnoge fizičke i socijalne vještine. U fizičkom razvoju djeteta posebno se razvijaju spretnost, okretnost, brzina, snaga i izdržljivost. Djeca koja su dio sportskog tima, imaju priliku razviti potrebne socijalne vještine, međusobnu povezanost, samopouzdanje i toleranciju. Uče se prevladati tremu ili strah. U vrijeme sveprisutne i svima dostupne informacijsko-komunikacijske tehnologije suočeni smo s negativnim posljedicama korištenja istih. Pretilost, tromost, hiperaktivnost i gubitak pažnje samo su neke od smetnji ili čak bolesti koje zahvaćaju najugroženiji dio populacije, djecu i tinejdžere. Rad će predstaviti primjere sportskih aktivnosti i načine motivacije koji se koriste u Centru za pružanje usluga u zajednici Klasje u Osijeku.

Objectives
Studying the quality of life of people with a spinal cord injury is of great importance as it allows the monitoring of both functioning and adaptation to disability. The aim of ...this study was to determine the difference between persons with a spinal cord injury involved in sports activities and those not involved in sports activities in relation to their quality of life and the presence of secondary health conditions (pressure ulcers, urinary infections, muscle spasms, osteoporosis, pain, kidney problems-infections, calculosis and poor circulation).
Methods
The study included a total of 44 participants with spinal cord injury-paraplegia of both genders; 26 of them were athletes and 18 were not athletes. The athletes were training actively for the last two years, minimally 2-3 times per week. A specially designed questionnaire, medical documentation and the Spinal Cord Injury Quality of Life Questionnaire (SCI QL-23) were used for research purposes. Chi-square test was used to analyze the differences between the groups, while multiple analysis of variance (MANOVA) was used to determine the differences between the sets of variables.
Results
Among the participants, the athletes perceived higher quality of life than the non-athletes (male gender p<0.001 and female gender p<0.05). Regarding secondary health conditions, the athletes reported the presence of less pain (p=0.034) and a subjective feeling of better circulation (p=0.023).
Conclusion
The implementation of sports activities significantly improves quality of life in the population of people with spinal cord injury-paraplegia. However, sports activities only partially affect secondary health conditions.
Problem zlostavljanja djece i maloljetnika u posljednje vrijeme sve više potresa društvenu javnost. U svom radu autor tematizira dio spektra te problematike koji se odnosi na spolno zlostavljanje ...malodobnika od strane katoličkih svećenika i redovnika. Prvi dio obrađuje reakcije i poduzete mjere sadašnjega pape i njegova prethodnika te Rimske kurije u borbi protiv spolnog zlostavljanja koje su počinili klerici. Drugi, veći dio ovoga članka istražuje kako se Katolička Crkva u Njemačkoj suočava s ovim problemom i kako ga pokušava iskorijeniti. Spolno zlostavljanje djece od strane crkvenih osoba koje je izišlo na vidjelo, izazvao je duboku krizu vjere i poljuljao povjerenje u tamošnju Crkvu. Njemački su biskupi od početka prepoznali svu pogubnost toga zla i prihvatili novi obrazac razotkrivanja i kažnjavanja počinitelja, zaštite žrtava i rad na prevenciji. Na temelju MHG-studije došli su do zaključka da postoje sistemski problemi koji pogoduju zlostavljanju. Zato su odlučili sazvati neku vrst sinode - Sinodski put - da raspravi međusobnu povezanost nekoliko ključnih crkvenih i teoloških tema. Autor detaljno opisuje i dokumentira brojne aktivnosti i nastojanja oko statusa, sazivanja i prvog plenarnog zasjedanja tog skupa. Postoji opravdano očekivanje da će započeti sinodski proces između ostalog donijeti čišćenje, vratiti poljuljano povjerenje i ojačati crkveno zajedništvu u svjedočenju evanđelja.
