This review integrates diverse characterizations of creativity from a sociological perspective with the goal of reinvigorating discussion of the sociology of creativity. We start by exploring ...relevant works of classical social theory to uncover key assumptions and principles, which are used as a theoretical basis for our proposed definition of creativity: an intentional configuration of cultural and material elements that is unexpected for a given audience. Our argument is enriched by locating creativity vis-à-vis related concepts-such as originality, knowledge, innovation, atypicality, and consecration-and across neighboring disciplines. Underlying the discussion are antecedents (structure, institutions, and context) and consequences (audiences, perception, and evaluation), which are treated separately. We end our review by speculating on ways in which sociologists can take the discussion of creativity forward.
Thorough study of the vocabulary of colour nominative notations and their correlation with the colour world occupies one of the leading positions in various fields of science. Astronomy, biology, ...zoology, physics, psychology have to do with the colour features of objects or phenomena. In terms of psychology, colour perception is one of the specific reactions of the eye and brain. But even though the problem of colour names is well-researched, there are still many aspects that deserve linguists’ attention. One such aspect is the foundation and functioning of derivatives with secondary colour semantics. According to the research, the variability of colour terms directly depends on the level of civilization of speaker, because, in addition to lexical-morphological means, the names of colours can be primarily formed from the nominations of the corresponding objects of real reality. All researchers completely analyse only base colour names, and colour addictive units with secondary colour semantics are not considered separately and substantively in linguistics. This article concerns the least studied, in our opinion, addictive units in Ukrainian and English - derivatives of additives with secondary colour values.

The objective is to analyze and identify the cultural fundamental features of the mosque that exhibit Javanese influences and to explore the mosque’s role in fostering interfaith discussion and community outreach, as well as how it affects the social and cultural fabric of the community. A theoretical framework based on cultural studies and heritage studies, that include cultural construction, cultural transmission, and heritage management. To focus on the study to identify the possible advantages of preserving and promoting the cultural components of this mosque, such as fostering religious dialogue, improving cultural tourism, and enhancing the feeling of cultural identity in the community. Methods for this research include thematic analysis and anthology on the case study site to gain and gather more information. The findings of this study will provide Javanese traditional cultural elements of this mosque valuable perceptivity. This study can increase the sense of cultural identity in the community and foster greater social cohesiveness

The translator should investigate the lexical content as well as grammatical structures related to the target language, as well as the different doctrines, value systems and traditions that characterize the pre-translation culture. Translation requires attention to basic cultural elements such as the translators' knowledge of the customs and traditions of a people's culture, the verification of the suggestive significance of a product name in a foreign language before it is adopted for the possibility of different meanings of the same language singularity in different languages, careful and careful dealing with comical and comic aspects, The use of grammar, punctuation, and lexicon by influencing the language that we are dealing with, as well as cultural factors such as images, symbols and colors. In the words of the phrase, the competent translator must be fully aware of the culture of the language of origin as well as the target language along with the ability to language aspects. The research’s methodology here is divided between theory and practice. In the first half of the research, the cultural elements that must be considered in the translation process are identified. In the second half, the practical form is mentioned in the Arabic proverbs in Urdu. This article will examine the cultural elements in the process of translation and translation of proverbs to Urdu as a model, and it is divided into a preface and two sub- chapters and conclusion. The introduction addresses the definition of the importance of the translation process and its benefits, and the 1st sub- chapter consists the most cultural elements, and the second chapter deals with the translation of the Arabic proverbs to Urdu Model, and the conclusion comes with the most important recommendations and proposals.
This paper explores the development history and modern design innovation of Chinese ceramic packaging containers through multivariate statistical analysis, revealing their essential role in the ...market and cultural heritage. The development history and contemporary design innovation of Chinese ceramic packaging containers are studied in depth. The study finds that ceramic packaging containers have evolved from prehistoric hand-kneaded small pieces to the present, constantly incorporating new crafts and cultural elements. Regarding formal aesthetics, the use of rhythm and rhyme in ceramic packaging containers grew at 81.13% between 2015 and 2020, suggesting that designs tend to be more dynamic and expressive. Data analysis shows that the key factors influencing the design of ceramic packaging containers include process technology, trade development, cultural concepts and religious beliefs. Regression analysis indicates that these factors significantly positively impact the design quality of ceramic packaging containers, with a model fit of 63.52%, revealing that these factors jointly promote the improvement of design quality. Innovative combination of traditional elements and modern technology is the key to fostering innovation of ceramic packaging container design and cultural heritage. The market competitiveness and cultural value of ceramic packaging containers can be effectively promoted by emphasizing the development of craft technology and the integration of cultural elements.
The German minority emigrated massively from Romania after the fall of the communist regime in 1989, so the void left by it had to be filled with representatives of Romanian ethnicity. The main ...actors for the relations between the Saxons and the Romanians in Transylvania are the children who study in schools with German as a mother tongue. They will carry on the cultural heritage left by the Saxons. But how can we reach out for these children? The answer is given to us by the writer Anne Junesch in her book „Das Amenchen. Mäuseleben”, published in 2019. An attempt is being made to sensitize young readers to Transylvanian culture. With the help of a story centered around a fortified church and a main character from Germany, a world full of secrets and of the unknown is revealed to us. With small steps, an incursion is thus made into the almost lost world of the Transylvanian Saxons.
This article examines the changing ethnic identity of Irish Travellers, an indigenous, traditionally nomadic group in Ireland with unique linguistic and cultural characteristics. Using fieldwork and ...unstructured interviews, the study reveals how their identity is adapting amidst social and cultural change. It highlights the fluidity of Traveller identity as it is affected by globalisation, societal integration and efforts to maintain traditional values. Historically, their identity has been suppressed by the state, which has tended to categorise them as a social group. The research highlights the incomplete assimilation of Travellers and the eventual recognition of their ethnic identity in 2017, driven by advocacy groups and international organisations. Despite the loss of their nomadic lifestyle, informants express a strong sense of belonging to the Traveller community. The study concludes with the wider implications of these findings for understanding the dynamics of ethnic identity in minority groups.

Bylo zjištěno, že identita Irských kočovníků byla v minulosti do značné míry potlačována, a to především ze strany státu, který o nich hovořil spíše jako o sociální, než etnické skupině. Stát je vybízel k asimilaci, které však nikdy nebylo plně dosaženo. Vznikla sdružení, která lobovala za jejich práva a společně s mezinárodními organizacemi prosadila v roce 2017 uznání etnické identity Irských kočovníků. Z výpovědí informátorů vyplynulo, že ačkoli ztratili svůj kočovný způsob života, stále se cítí být Kočovníky.
When organizations strategically adopt cultural elements—such as a name, a color, or a style—to create their products, they make crucial choices that position them in markets vis-à-vis competitors, ...audiences, and other stakeholders. However, although it is well understood how one specific cultural element gets adopted by actors and diffuses, it is not yet clear how elements fare when considered within an industry choice-set of elements. Their popularity depends on idiosyncratic features (such as the category they belong to), or on structural factors such as their embeddedness (through connections to producers, audiences, or even other cultural elements). We develop an integrated perspective on the popularity of cultural elements in markets. We use a network perspective to show that the popularity of elements is fostered by being structurally embedded among many unconnected elements, in addition to not being affiliated to actors widely exposed in the media. We develop our study by using a unique data set of fashion stylistic elements in the global high-end fashion industry from 1998 to 2010.
