Purpose: The digital mindset can be defined as a set of individual behaviors related to the degree of adherence to digital transformations. After reviewing the literature on the subject, this ...research's objective was to answer the following question: "Is it possible to measure the digital mindset of employees through a scale designed for the context of Brazilian organizations?". Originality/value: The digitization of organizations has become the center of business transformation. However, one of the often-overlooked factors in the transition process is developed at the micro-organizational level. Collaborators vary in interest, knowledge, and ability to innovate. A measure to identify individual digital mindset profiles would be essential to guide the planning and development of a digital learning culture mindset. Still, such a tool was not yet found in the Brazilian literature. Design/methodology/approach: A multidimensional digital mindset construct was proposed based on the literature on cognitive structures and digital transformation mindset. Items were prepared to measure the degree of maturity of the construct, described through three digital profiles (open mind, transformer, and entrepreneur) and an analog profile. The scale was submitted to 574 professionals from Brazilian companies for exploratory factor analysis. Findings: The digital mindset scale showed signs of validity, confirming, in the present sample, the mindset dimensions related to the digital environment (Cronbach's alphas between 0.85 and 0.62). Nesse contexto, o objetivo da presente pesquisa foi, apos revisao de literatura sobre o tema, responder a seguinte questao: "E possivel mensurar o mindset digital de profissionais por meio de uma escala elaborada para o contexto das organizacoes brasileiras?". Originalidade/valor: A digitalizacao das organizacoes passou a ser o centro da transformacao dos negocios. No entanto, um dos fatores muitas vezes negligenciado no processo de transicao e o desenvolvimento no nivel micro-organizacional. Os profissionais variam no nivel de interesse, no conhecimento e na capacidade de inovar. Para guiar o planejamento e desenvolvimento de uma cultura de aprendizagem digital, uma medida para identificar os perfis individuais de mindset digital seria essencial, mas tal ferramenta ainda nao era encontrada na literatura brasileira. Design/metodologia/abordagem: A partir da literatura sobre estruturas cognitivas e a transformacao digital, foi proposto um construto multidimensional de mindset digital. Elaboraram-se itens para a mensuracao do grau de maturidade do construto, descrito por meio de tres perfis digitais (open mind, transformador e empreendedor) e um analogico. A escala foi submetida a 574 profissionais de empresas brasileiras para analise fatorial exploratoria. Resultados: A escala de mindset digital apresentou bons indicios de validade, sendo confirmadas, na presente amostra, as dimensoes de mindset relacionadas ao meio digital (alfas de Cronbach entre 0,85 e 0,62). Die Form der Unterscheidung wird als reflexive Negativität verstanden, die die beiden Seiten der Unterscheidung, die Unterscheidung selbst und den Raum, der mit der Unterscheidung hervorgebracht wird, als eine mehrwertige Mannigfaltigkeit mit sich in ein einschließend-ausschließendes Verhältnis setzt. Der Beitrag diskutiert dieses Konzept im Anschluss an Niklas Luhmanns These, dass jede Kommunikation eines sozialen Systems nur als Prozessieren der Differenz von Form und Medium möglich ist. Entsprechend sind die beiden Begriffe der Form und des Mediums zu klären und in ein Verhältnis sowohl zum Begriff des Systems als auch des Netzwerks zu setzen. Es deutet sich eine allgemeine Theorie der Digitalisierung an, die beschreiben kann, wie in einem analog-kontinuierlichen Material diskret-digitale Unterscheidungen gesetzt werden, die ihrerseits ein analog-kontinuierliches Material für weitere Anschlussoperationen konstituieren. The digitisation standard, MIDS (Minimum Information about a Digital Specimen), has been developed to provide a clear definition for the level of digitisation of the specimens held in natural science ...collections. The standard comprises three levels of digitisation:
Level 1 (Basic) is equivalent to a virtual cabinet or drawer in the collection;
Level 2 (Regular) provides information needed for most research;
Level 3 (Extended) provides all information on the specimen itself as well as links to associated resources.

A pre-digitisation Level 0 (Bare) allows for the citation of the specimen and the attachment of additional information. Digitalisation has been identified as one of the major trends changing society and business. However, companies are not making the most of all the opportunities that digitalisation has to offer. In ...the digital transformation process, it is important to start with assessing the current state. Digital maturity assessment can be used to analyse the current level of digital readiness and performance of an organisation. Micro-enterprises are the smallest group of enterprises and numerically the dominant enterprise type in economies. They differ from larger enterprises in terms of organisational characteristics, such as their unique attitude towards digital tools and application deployment. Furthermore, micro-enterprises are lagging behind in exploring the possibilities that come with digitalisation. This article describes the design process, usage possibilities, and initial experiences of a digital maturity model, especially from the viewpoint of micro-enterprises. As result, this article presents a micro-enterprise-focused self-evaluation framework providing holistic digital maturity status.
Zusammenfassung
Mit der Digitalisierung wandeln sich auch die Räume, in denen Arbeit stattfindet. Diese ist immer weniger an einen bestimmten Ort gebunden, jedoch nicht losgelöst von räumlicher ...Bedeutsamkeit. Aus diesem Grund wird im vorliegenden Beitrag anhand dreier Dimensionen eine Konzeptionalisierung des digitalen Arbeitsraums vorgeschlagen. Mit Rückbezug auf Grenzziehungen, affektive Relationen und den Informationsraum wird dargelegt, was digitale Arbeitsräume auszeichnet, und Annahmen zur Auflösung räumlicher Bedeutsamkeit werden kritisch hinterfragt. Anhand des Beispiels Crowdworking als eines Prototyps rein digitaler Arbeit wird anschließend erörtert, wie auch digitale Räume wie Plattformen oder Anwendungen als Organisationsräume verstanden werden können. Denn Plattformen übernehmen im Crowdworking die räumliche Funktion von traditionellen Organisationen, was die Notwendigkeit eines breiteren Verständnisses von digitalen Arbeits- und Organisationsräumen hervorruft.
