The purpose of this program is to optimize the interests and abilities of entrepreneurs owned by students. The subjects used in this program are students who already have an entrepreneurial program. ...The method is carried out through fostering sustainable entrepreneurs, by applying a questionnaire as the main instrument in the acquisition of data sources from the implementation ofthe program. The results obtained in the implementation of the program, to optimize entrepreneurial interest increased by 65%, while the optimization of student entrepreneurship in terms of entrepreneurial basic knowledge increased by 73%.
Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi implementasi program kewirausahaan di Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) dengan berfokus pada dimensi psikologi pendidikan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami dampak ...program-program kewirausahaan terhadap perkembangan kognitif, emosional, dan motivasi belajar siswa di SMK. Menganalisa bagaimana program-program kewirausahaan memengaruhi persepsi siswa terhadap kewirausahaan, sikap mereka terhadap berwirausaha, dan minat mereka dalam mengembangkan keterampilan kewirausahaan. Penelitian ini juga melibatkan pemahaman tentang peran guru dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran kewirausahaan dan lingkungan belajar yang memfasilitasi pengembangan keterampilan kewirausahaan siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian memberikan wawasan tentang bagaimana integrasi pendekatan psikologi pendidikan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas program kewirausahaan di SMK. Rekomendasi yang dihasilkan dapat mendukung upaya pemangku kepentingan pendidikan dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan dampak program-program kewirausahaan di lingkungan pendidikan SMK. Kesimpulannya, penelitian ini mendukung pengembangan program kewirausahaan yang lebih baik dengan memahami kontribusi psikologi pendidikan dalam meningkatkan pemahaman, sikap, dan minat siswa terhadap kewirausahaan di SMK.
The article examines the effect of meritocratic recruitment and tenure protection in public bureaucracies on regulatory quality and business entry rates in a global sample. Utilizing a cross-country ...measure on the extent of meritocratic entry to bureaucracy and a time-series indicator of tenure protection, it subjects theoretical claims that these features improve the epistemic qualities of bureaucracies and also serve as a credible commitment device to empirical test. We find that, conditional on a number of economic, political, and legal factors, countries where bureaucracies are more insulated from day-to-day oversight by individual politicians through the institutional features under consideration tend to have both better regulation, specifically business regulation, and higher rates of business entry. Our findings suggest that bureaucratic structure has an indirect effect on entrepreneurship rates through better regulatory quality, but also exert a direct independent effect.
The continuity of the green environment, economy, and entrepreneur-ship is essential for sustainable development. Therefore, this research aims to explored the potential of informal institutions in ...promoting Green Enterpreneurship (GE) and sustainable socio-economic development. The method employed used microeconomic data rooted in local wisdom, social norms, and localized moral commitments from various regions of Indonesia. Data collection comprised surveys and structured interviews relevant to the research objectives. Quantitative data material was obtained by conducting a field survey of 150 household samples of green entrepreneurship respondents taken representatively in various regions using simple random sampling techniques. The design employed a two-stage mixed-method approach, including exploratory and explanatory designs. The result showed the significance of Green Enterpreneurship (GE) in mitigating the impacts of global climate change and economic crises, thereby contributing to the attainment of sustainable development goals. However, the main results of the research confirm that the capacity of formal institutions has not been able to navigate the complexity of these problems isssues is limited. Conversely, informal institutions, though capable of mitigating global climate change and advancing sustainable development, remained localized and lacked national and global integration and collaboration. Green Enterpreneurship (GE), as a form of social innovation, gave rise to new models of socio-economic solidarity within unique local communities. The research also underscored the pivotal role of informal institutions in facilitating these endeavors, thereby filling a void in high-quality new institutional economic theory
The challenges of modern cities are widely discussed and related to both sustainable development, environmental problems, international cooperation and others. The aim of the article was to assess ...the endogenous potentials of Wrocław against the background of selected largest Polish cities for the formation of the entrepreneurship ecosystem. Its implementation was supported by literature studies on contemporary concepts of urban development, the concept of the entrepreneurship ecosystem and the assessment of relationships between the studied potentials of Polish cities and the analyzed indicators of entrepreneurship in cities. In addition, attention was paid to the diversity in the definition and geographical coverage of entrepreneurship ecosystems globally. The results of the research confirm that in Polish conditions, cities with their potentials, especially infrastructural and human capital, are the basis for the formation of local entrepreneurship ecosystems. The article focuses in particular on the analysis of Wrocław, which, according to the latest Startup Poland report, is at the forefront of the Polish startup environment.
Mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Sosial Universitas Negeri Semarang (UNNES)sebagai generasi penerus bangsa harus memiliki sifat mandiri, sopan santun, tanggung jawab, solidaritas, visi misi yang jelas, etos ...kerja yang tinggi, rasa ingin tahu dan keberanian, apalagi dalam menghadapi Masyakarat Ekonomi Asean (MEA). Kesiapan dalam menghadapi Masyakarat Ekonomi Asean (MEA) saat ini memerlukan adanya peningkatan kualitas Sumber Daya Manusia baik formal maupun informasi, sehingga nantinya mahasiswa yang akan menjadi calon tenaga kerja akan memiliki Kualitas yang handal untuk mendukung partisipasi dalam Masyarakat Ekonomi Asea (MEA). Salah satu upaya untuk mempersiapkan MEA dilaksanakan pengabdian berupa peningkatan karakter enterprenuership wirausahawan muda fakultas ilmu sosial di kampus FIS Unnes, dimana mahasiswa diberi pelatihan mengenai enterpreneurship dan melakukan pendampingan oleh ahli yang telah berpengalaman. Luaran dari pengabdian ini adalah 1) Terciptanya jiwa enterpreneurship pada mahasiswa FIS, 2) Bertambah jumlah wirausahawan pada mahasiswa FIS Unnes, dan 3) Terciptanya wirausahawan muda yang berkarakter. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan melalui dua tahap, yaitu sosialisasi dan coaching clinik. Metode ini merupakan metode yang tepat karena berbagi pengalaman, hambatan, strategi secara langsung dari pakar wirausaha. Kegiatan berbagi pengalaman seperti ini dapat meningkatkan kepercayaan diri wirausahawan muda dan termotivasi lebih untuk tekun menjalani dunia wirausaha.
Labor issues and unemployment in Indonesia are currently addressed issues to resolve. Entrepreneurship is an important choice to overcome the number of gap between the workforce who have not worked ...with job opportunities. The purpose of this study is to describe the themes of experience, skills and attitudes that have been and have not been presented in formal schools, and subsequently become the priority themes to be presented in non-formal education. This research was carried out in a descriptive design, exploratory data collected by means of interviews and interviews, and presented it proportionally, analyzed and with technical processes. The conclusions presented in this article include information about the themes of knowledge, skills and attitudes that have not been widely presented in formal schools, and then presented in non-formal institutions in the form of synergism that complement each other.
Bu araştırmada, Türkiye’deki sosyal girişimcilik faaliyetlerinin, Sosyal Gelişme Endeksi’nin hangi boyutları üzerinde yoğunlaştığının tespit edilerek, bu yoğunlaşmanın gerekçelerin tartışılarak ...mevcut uygulamalara ve geleceğe projeksiyon tutulması amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini 2022 yılında Türkiye’de faaliyet gösteren sosyal girişimler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma örneklemi, Ashoka Türkiye Fellow’ları, British Council Türkiye (2019) raporu, Türkiye Üçüncü Sektör Vakfı internet sitesi, akademik çalışmalar vb. aracılığıyla bilgilerine ulaşılan 163 sosyal girişimden oluşmaktadır. Verilerin analiz edilmesi için Maxqda Programı kullanılmıştır. Araştırmada kullanılacak temaların ve kodların tespit edilmesinde Sosyal Gelişme Endeksi ve Sürdürülebilir Kalkınma Hedefleri kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın güvenilirliğini test etmek amacıyla Kappa Katsayısı hesaplanmış ve araştırmanın güvenilir olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmadan elde edilen bilgilere göre, Sosyal Gelişme Endeksi bağlamında sosyal girişimlerin faaliyetlerinin en fazla yoğunlaştığı kategorinin, “Refahın Temel Bileşenleri” kategorisi olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bu kategori altında, sosyal girişimlerin eğitimle ilgili alanlarda faaliyetlerinin yoğunlaştığı tespit edilmiştir. Sosyal gelişmeyi desteklemesi açısından “Çevre Kalitesi” ile ilgili sosyal girişimcilik faaliyetlerinin artmasına ihtiyaç olduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Ayrıca ülkemizde kişisel haklar, özgürlükler, kapsayıcılık gibi konuları kapsayan “Fırsat” kategorisiyle ilgili sosyal girişimcilik çalışmaları olmasına rağmen, sosyal gelişme için “Fırsat” kategorisiyle ilgili daha fazla sosyal girişim faaliyetine ihtiyaç olduğu tespit edilmiştir.
This research aims to determine which dimensions of the Social Development Index focus on social entrepreneurship activities in Türkiye and to keep the findings obtained as a projection of current practices and the future. The research sample covers social enterprises operating in Turkey in 2022, including Ashoka Turkey Fellows, the British Council Turkey (2019) report, the Third Sector Foundation of Turkey website, and 163 social enterprises whose information was accessed through academic studies. The MAXQDA software was used to analyze the data. The Social Development Index and Sustainable Development Goals were used to determine the themes and codes used in the study. We find that the category in which the activities of social enterprises are most concentrated in the context of the Social Development Index is the “Basic Components of Welfare” category. We conclude that there is a need to increase social entrepreneurship activities related to "Environmental Quality" to support social development. In addition, although social entrepreneurship studies are related to the “Opportunity” category covering subjects such as personal rights, freedoms, and inclusiveness in Türkiye, our findings suggest that more social entrepreneurship activities related to the “Opportunity” category are crucial for social development.
This research determined the teacher's role in instilling the creative and innovative spirit of entrepreneurship in students through craft learning. This research uses descriptive research with a ...qualitative approach. The data is used in the form of qualitative data. The subject of this study was the fifth-grade teacher at SDN Malingping, Sumedang. The procedure carried out in this study starts from the description, reduction, and selection stages. Data collection techniques and instruments are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis used is reduction, data display, conclusion, and drawing/verification Based on the results of the study, it was found that the teacher's role in cultivating a creative and innovative spirit of entrepreneurship is reflected in learning crafts. Craft learning is carried out in line with the applicable curriculum. In craft learning, the attitudes that are developed are skilled, creative, and innovative attitudes that can continuously foster the entrepreneurial spirit of students.
Abstrak: Pendidikan seni budaya merupakan mata pelajaran yang potensial dalam meningkatkan minat kewirausahaan siswa. Untuk memberi dampak yang signifikan terhadap minat siswa berwirausaha diperlukan ...pendekatan pembelajaran yang mampu memasukkan nilai kewirausahaan secara efektif ke dalam pembelajaran. Dengan memodifikasi pendekatan scientific dan menambahkan satu langkah lagi yaitu Sell (menjual) sehingga pendekatan ini dinamakan pendekatan Scientific Sell. Keterlaksanaan pendekatan scientific sell dalam materi melukis ragam hias pada media bangkiak, mampu meningkatkan minat siswa terhadap kewirausahaan siswa dengan menggunakan langkah; Mengamati, menanya mengumpulkan informasi, mengasosiasi, mencipta, menjual dan Mengkomunikasikan/refeksi. Keberhasilan pendekatan ini dapat dilihat dari hasil penilaian psikomotor dengan rata rata nilai yang diperoleh adalah 84,32% dan rata-rata nilai kognitif yang diperoleh adalah 82,19%. Sedangkan Nilai afektif didapat berdasarkan pengamatan minat siswa di siklus I sebesar 85,93%, dan mengalami peningkatan sebesar 2,55% sehingga menjadi 88,48% pada siklus II. Kata kunci: Kewirausahaan, Minat, Scientific Sell.
