The use of drones in the deadly operations of targeted killings has led to the increased controversies, and public interest. In this article we will try to show main ethical implications of the use ...of drones in the targeted killings of terrorists. Considering the ethics of the use of drones, we will analyze the views of supporters and opponents, which are diametrically opposed. The main thesis refers to the assumption that the use of drones in the war against terrorism represents a great danger to international security, human rights and democracy, and has strong ethical implications. The expected contribution of this paper is pointing out many ethical problems provoked by the use of drones in the targeted killings of terrorists.
Príspevok je aplikáciou základných princípov a hodnôt etiky sociálnych dôsledkov, ktorá je verziou neutilitaristického konzekvencializmu, na problematiku učiteľskej etiky. Venuje pozornosť ...predovšetkým princípom a hodnotám humánnosti a ľudskej dôstojnosti. Základná podoba humánnosti spočíva v ochrane a podpore vlastného života a životov svojich blízkych, priateľov, príbuzných a známych. Vyššou formou humánnosti je ochrana a podpora života cudzích a neznámych ľudí, čo je morálna nadhodnota (pridaná hodnota). Existujú dva aspekty ľudskej dôstojnosti v etike sociálnych dôsledkov. Prvý sa viaže na hodnotu života, ktorý si zaslúži úctu a rešpekt, druhý aspekt sa týka toho, že ľudská dôstojnosť je funkciou pozitívnych sociálnych dôsledkov vyplývajúcich z nášho správania a konania, ktoré majú tvoriť prevahu nad negatívnymi sociálnymi dôsledkami. Autorka uvažuje nad uplatnením tejto koncepcie, jej princípov a hodnôt ako metodologického ýchodiska učiteľskej etiky.
Hrvatska je izrazito kršćanska zemlja (više od 91 % građana se izjasnilo kao kršćani), ali to, nažalost, ne znači da je istodobno zemlja visoke etičnosti. U stvarnosti se Hrvatska bori na mnogo ...etičkih bojišta. Ovaj rad započinje s pretpostavkom da ispravno shvaćena i jasno komunicirana integracija biblijske vjere i rada može doprinijeti rješenju problema u Hrvatskoj. Istraživanja su potvrdila da malo ljudi čita i razumije Bibliju. Kada Sveto pismo nema toliku važnost, za većinu ljudi koji se izjašnjavaju kao kršćani, teško je govoriti o biblijskom pogledu na rad i razumjeti biblijsku teologiju rada. Predlaže se novi model za razumijevanje integriranoga pogleda na rad kojim se može bolje razumjeti cjelinu biblijske priče. Sveto pismo opisuje Božju dramu u (barem) četiri čina: 1. Postanak, 2. Pad (grijeh, pobuna), 3. Pomirenje (otkupljenje, spasenje), 4. Ponovno stvaranje (obnova, »Novo nebo i nova zemlja«). Pomoću ovoga »četveročinskog okvira« možemo bolje razumjeti cjelokupnu biblijsku priču. Bez takvoga potpunijeg, šireg okvira gubi se kontekst i shvaćanje rada.
This research aim is to know how far is the value of moral still being used by means of measurement in case of achieving human life happiness, especially in connection with God, human to human, and ...human to sicrumstances. When human without any bases on moral values, so the life of human will run imbalancely and more focus on his own needs than those society in general this case is based of princple; "Goals to permit all the ways" and the result is that human will be not human. For more knowing about and aknowledge more in deep about the probelm of moral, in which always scope human life, so it possibly need to observe and research moral value consisted in the tasawuf Al-Ghazali and the influence towards Islamic ethics, so that eventually, will be attained the benefits for Indonesian nations in which most people embrace Islamic religion, especially in running recent development. This research was held by having observed bibliographical studies, especially concerning with the title of the research, beth in the form of books and literatures by striving to look for data of tasawuf Al-Ghazali and the influence towards Islamic ethics. Based on the research results having been analized, so that it can be drawn some conclusion that in Islamic principles, the probelms of moral values discrussing about many probelms both of the good and bad become the most essential probelm, both the tasawuf Al-Ghazali and Islamic ethics and the influence of tasawuf Al-Ghazali towards Islamic ethics looked at and involved in the moral resource underlaying that is Al Qur'an and Al-Hadits.
V eseju naslovim Brechtov koncept gestusa in predlagam njegovo izvirno branje, vzporedno z Barthesovo semiološko teorijo. Predlagam pogled, da neka gesta postane gestus, ko je interpelirana v mit. Od ...tod sledi, da tudi gestus interpelira v odnose, kar je istočasno njegova povezovalna in razdiralna moč. Z vpeljavo in interpretacijo Brechtove potujitvene metode tematiziram in opredelim njegov odnos do ideologije in etike oz. morale. Predstavim nekaj pogledov iz teorije rituala ter v doseženi razprtosti tega pojma identificiram nekaj njegovih ključnih potez, ki jih nato prepoznavam v Brechtovem epskem gledališču. To počnem z zavedanjem ontoloških razlik med ritualom in gledališčem ter brez želje, da bi Brechtovo gledališče umestil na neki specifični lokus v razmerju ritual-gledališče. Moj namen je ob razmišljanju o tem razmerju še bolj raziskati konceptualno in praktično naravo Brechtove potujitvene metode. Njeno eksperimentalno in pedagoško moč prepoznavam v vztrajnem, repetitivnem interveniranju v družbene mite in tabuje, ki pa ni le stvar metode, ampak je tudi stvar učenja in prakticiranja specifične ontologije.
In the second half of the 1980s, Tine Hribar developed a distinctive interpretation of Sophocles’s Antigone, which he presented in 1991 in the monograph Tragična etika svetosti (The tragical ethics ...of sacredness). Here he developed an original concept of the sacred, on which he built an ethical system that has become – particularly through its determined defense of the so-called sanctity of the dead – a cornerstone of the Slovene reconciliation project. This paper deals with some of the fundamental problems that stem from Hribar’s enigmatic definition of the sacred as “the world itself in itself,” showing that, in the conclusions Hribar draws from that definition, the clear distinction between being and life is lost. The central aporia of the Tragična etika svetosti is also closely intertwined with other problematic dimensions of the work that are analysed in the paper: the unfounded appropriation of the ethical characteristics of traditions from which he distances himself in principle; the unreflecting distinction between being and action in relation to the sacred; and not least, the unexplained oscillation between vitalism and Antigone’s ideal of self sacrifice.

La organización social de los cuidados depende en buena medida de su regulación jurídica, que determina qué personas y de qué manera precisan ser cuidadas, y quiénes deben asumir las responsabilidades de cuidado. Diversos estudios han mostrado que el sistema de cuidados vigente en España se asienta sobre la división sexual del trabajo, que supone que la mayor parte de las responsabilidades de cuidado recaen sobre las mujeres, en cuanto actividad considerada propia del ámbito privado. En consecuencia, en el presente artículo se cuestiona la ideología que subyace en la organización jurídica de los cuidados, evidenciando las consecuencias sociales y las vulneraciones de derechos que conlleva, así como la necesidad de articular un nuevo marco jurídico que posibilite un reparto equitativo de las responsabilidades de cuidado, y garantice los derechos de las personas cuidadoras y de quienes requieren de atenciones especiales por razón de sus situaciones y capacidades diversas.
