The biggest problem for many small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) is not the idea or the product they provide, nor the customers, but the market demand for their products / services. The very ...high prices of the logistics operating conditions of SMEs are decisive for the survival of a small business. Business Incubators (BI) come in response to the needs of the SME sector in the core business milestones, such as initiating and penetrating the market. BI aims to ensure that its captivity has a positive effect on the problems of work placement and ensuring a decent living for the population of a territory, a community. BI are part of a strategic framework of economic development of the Republic of Moldova, especially of the rural regions. The main purpose of this article is to develop the concept of BI as a logistical support of the SME sector in terms of network development as well as to improve the efficiency of their activity in the Clusters.
In this paper, we investigate the multiple attribute decision making problems with Pythagorean fuzzy information. Then, we first introduce some operations on Pythagorean fuzzy sets, and further ...develop the induced Pythagorean fuzzy ordered weighted geometric(IPFOWG) operator. We also establish some desirable properties of this operator, such as commutativity, idempotency and monotonicity. Then, we apply the induced Pythagorean fuzzy ordered weighted geometric(IPFOWG) operator to solve the Pythagorean fuzzy multiple attribute decision making problems. Finally, an illustrative example for evaluating the operation performance of high-tech zone technology business incubator network is given to verify the developed approach and to demonstrate its practicality and effectiveness.

There is currently a resurgence of interest in interprofessional education and collaborative practice (IPECP) and its potential to positively impact health outcomes at both the patient level and ...population level, healthcare delivery, and health professions education. This resurgence of interest led to the creation of the National Center on Interprofessional Collaborative Practice and Education in October 2012.
This paper describes three intertwined knowledge generation strategies of the National Center on Interprofessional Practice and Education: (1) the development of a Nexus Incubator Network, (2) the undertaking of comparative effectiveness research, and (3) the creation of a National Center Data Repository.
As these strategies are implemented over time they will result in the production of empirically grounded knowledge regarding the direction and scope of the impact, if any, of IPECP on well-defined health and healthcare outcomes including the possible improvement of the patient experience of care.
Among the motivating factors for the National Center and the three strategies adopted and addressed herein is the need for rigorously produced, scientifically sound evidence regarding IPECP and whether or not it has the capacity to positively affect the patient experience of care, the health of populations, and the per capita cost of healthcare.
The incubated corporates is a kind of small high-tech enterprises which locate in the incubator. By the features like high risk, high income and information asymmetry, financing is a bottleneck ...restricting their development. The attribute of the Incubator Network make it be an effective way to solve the incubated corporate financing difficulties. On this basis, this article studies on how the incubated corporates use their own superiority in network and relative information to financing by themselves. From the network's angle, put the incubator network, incubated corporate financing into an organic framework system, building up a model of incubator network effects incubated corporate's financing methods.
Business incubators are organizations which provide services for new ventures. Business incubator knowledge network plays an important role in promoting start-ups growth. This paper gives a ...definition of business incubator knowledge network. Based on analyzing of knowledge nodes such as incubator management team, incubatee firms, government agencies, universities or research institutions, professional service organizations and the relationships among them, a model of business incubator knowledge network is put forward. Some key parameters of the knowledge network are described.
Innovative technologies are reshaping the global economic landscape, by improving speed and ease of communications and interaction among the various economic actors involved in the productive cycle.
...In this paper, we discuss the role that technological learning and information and communication technologies (ICT) play in fostering entrepreneurial development in the Knowledge Economy and support our conceptual constructs with a series of case studies from developed, developing and transitioning economies.
We compare and contrast entrepreneurial initiatives, policies and practices and the experience of ways and means to promote learning and entrepreneurship such as global/local (glocal), real–virtual incubator networks (G-RVIN) and other real and virtual infra-structures and infra-technologies (such as Innovation Networks and Knowledge Clusters or INKC) and derive lessons learned for policy makers, practitioners and entrepreneurs.
Abstract The article analyzed the entrepreneurial orientation (EO) in its dimensions - innovative behavior, risk taking, proactiveness, autonomy, competitive aggressiveness and networks of relationships - and its association with the performance of firms that have graduated from Brazilian incubators. Specifically, this study aimed to compare its results with those found by A. C. M. Z. Santos and Alves (2009), from Miller's models (1983) and Lumpkin and Dess (1996). We used a quantitative approach and the technique of structural equation modeling for a sample of 128 Brazilian firms. The main results showed that EO is on a unidimensional model, which diverges from that found by A. C. M. Z. Santos and Alves (2009) in incubated firms. We found that the dimension which strongly contributed to the existence of EO was independence and that networks of relationships, a dimension heretofore unmentioned in previous studies, worked similarly to other dimensions for EO composition.
