The PILN's purpose and value for Ukrainian teachers, for their professional dialogue and collaboration are described in the article. Functions of PILN's communities for teacher’s cooperation, the joint decision of questions and an exchange of ideas and of technique, teaching tools for increase of level of ICT introduction in educational process are described.

Besides, it ...leads to the profound reform in the social mode of production and the lifestyle of the ordinary people. The paper does an in-depth analysis and prospect the development trends of the information communication technology from the perspective of relationship among the information society, computer and the Internet, and systematically summarizes the basic characteristics of the information communication technology and the development trend as well as puts forward to the necessity of the close combination of the information communication technology with the user demand.
Abstract
Objective: The purpose of this research is to track and reduce risks so as to prevent errors within the process of health care. The aim is to design an organizational information model using ...error prevention methods for risk assessment.
Method: In order to assess the risk of errors, the Health Care Failure Mode and Effect Analysis is used. To determine the causes of the errors, the Root Cause Analysis is used.
Results: Results of the process analysis following corrective measures shows that the risk assessment of individual error causes reduced by73.6 percent. Re-evaluation of the risks to the whole process shows that the overall risk score was decreased by 45.5 percent. The proposed model has a significant impact on professional attention, communication and information, critical thinking, experience and knowledge. The average impact of information communication technology on the reduction of medication administration errors is 56 percent. These findings represent an increase in the quality of care.
Conclusions: The results of our research are theoretically and practically useful and verifiable in other environments, if the level of the organizational culture and the culture of recording errors in combination with the precise recording of data to assess the risk of errors in the process. The model provides a standardized data format that can be used for the purpose of defining factors for the occurrence of errors, for developing a base of knowledge for learning from mistakes and for continuous verification and adaptation to changes in the environment in order to prevent errors.
This paper reports a case study of my self-development in applying Information
Communication Technology (ICT) to teaching. I analyzed my own growth from three
perspectives: technical confidence and ...competence, pedagogical development and self-efficacy.
Classroom observation, interviews, reflective journals and questionnaires were used to explore
how professional self-development occurred when I changed my teaching belief in teaching,
and how I understood the development as a practicing teacher in learning by teaching. I
participated in various projects based on action research in order to meet the challenges
of the teaching reform in the new era. The results indicate that teachers can develop their
informational quality and professional competence in applying ICT in teaching.
This paper examines the determinants of intent to continue using online learning. The success of online learning programs depends not only on students' satisfaction but also their intent to continue ...using it. Unlike the recent research under this topic, its antecedent model consists of the following three components that affect learners' intent to continue using online learning: perceived social ability, online learning readiness, and perceived usefulness. Eight hundred and seventy-two samples collected from students in online business classes from two universities in the United States and South Korea were analyzed using factor analysis, structural equation model techniques, and independent sample t-statistics. Perceived social ability, online learning readiness, and perceived usefulness are significant predictors of intent to continue using online learning in both groups. However, there is a significant difference between these groups in terms of online learning readiness and perceived usefulness of online learning systems. This paper explores and reflects upon the literature and several mini case studies to recommend a change of focus for the linking management and development of community participants and community ...organisations. This change of focus looks at complexity and patterns that arise from the multitude of social interactions; the support and development of individuals and the effect this can have on an organisation’s wellbeing; and the effect a community organisation can have on that of the individual. To gain insight into wellbeing, people need to be aware of their mind, body and energy and how they affect others. There is evidence that terminally ill people who have found new beliefs have experienced a spontaneous remission of disease. Humanity evolves in the same way as we control our destiny. We can learn to love, respect, trust, and commit to each other and work in harmony, or we can foster disharmony resulting in failure and negative feelings. As the economy changes, community organisations are under threat of extinction. Just as species and humanity evolve, we suggest that community organisations need to evolve to ensure wellbeing.
