This article analyses the linguistic norms found within legal and legislative language and their implementation. It attempts to answer the following questions: is there a common scope for the use of ...linguistic norms in general language and legislative language, what can form the basis for resolving issues of correctness in legal and legislative language and is a codification of the linguistic norms for legislative language necessary? The discrepancies observed between normative standards and linguistic practise raise the issue of the need to codify linguistic norms within legal and legislative language. In this article, I hypothesise the need to elaborate a source for codifying the norms of legal and legislative language.
Resumo: O objetivo deste trabalho é analisar a elaboração de gramáticas para as línguas portuguesa e espanhola, descrevendo aspectos textuais e extratextuais que caracterizam esse processo nas ...respectivas tradições linguísticas e comparando-as, a fim de encontrar pontos de convergências e divergência. Para tanto, a partir da consulta ao acervo físico e eletrônico de diferentes centros de pesquisa, foi possível a construção de um corpus bibliográfico que permitiu o cumprimento do objetivo do estudo a partir da análise de 172 gramáticas de língua portuguesa e 138 da língua espanhola, distribuídas desde o século XV. Como resultado, foi possível observar que ambas as tradições de codificação trazem compatibilidades históricas que resultaram em um processo de normalização linguística em que muitas características convergem, ao passo que outras divergem. Convergem, por exemplo, na intensificação desse processo a partir do século XIX, marcando um movimento de constante crescimento. Divergem, por outro lado, na quantidade de países engajados no processo e na relação da gramática escolar com o modelo descritivo, por exemplo. Abstract: This paper aims to analyze the elaboration of grammars for the Portuguese and Spanish languages, describing textual and extratextual aspects that characterize this process in the respective linguistic traditions and comparing them in order to find points of convergence and divergence. For that purpose, by consulting the physical and electronic collections of different research centers, it was possible to build a bibliographic corpus which allowed the fulfillment of the study’s objective based on the analysis of 172 Portuguese and 138 Spanish grammars distributed since the 15th century. As a result, it was possible to observe that both codification traditions bring historical compatibilities which resulted in a process of linguistic normalization in which many features converge, while others diverge. They converge, for instance, in the intensification of this process from the 19th century onwards, marking a movement of constant growth. They diverge, on the other hand, in the number of countries engaged in the process and in the relation of school grammar to the descriptive model, for instance. Resumo: Neste artigo, abordamos os conceitos de erro linguístico surgidos com a relativização do conceito de norma linguística, que, após os estudos da Linguística Moderna, não mais diz respeito ...unicamente às regras prescritas pela gramática normativa. Defendemos a tese de que o erro linguístico existe e está diretamente relacionado às normas linguísticas exigidas para o contexto de emprego da língua. Este artigo tem os seguintes objetivos: a) demonstrar que linguistas de perspectivas teóricas distintas reconhecem a existência do erro linguístico; b) demonstrar que o erro linguístico não exclui o reconhecimento da variação linguística, mas o endossa; c) apresentar os diferentes entendimentos sobre a questão do erro linguístico; e d) fomentar uma rediscussão sobre o conceito de erro linguístico. Metodologicamente, este é um trabalho bibliográfico de caráter qualitativo. A pesquisa bibliográfica implica a análise ou a resolução de um problema, recorrendo a referenciais teóricos enquanto fontes importantes para a pesquisa. A pesquisa qualitativa preocupa-se com a dimensão descritiva do fenômeno, ocupando-se primordialmente com o(s) processo(s), sem ignorar os resultados e os produtos. Concluímos que as discussões que se dão no campo da Linguística Aplicada sobre o erro no emprego da língua ocorrem basicamente no âmbito da terminologia, e não no âmbito do que constitui o erro em língua. Abstract: This article aims to discuss the concepts of linguistic error which have arisen from the relativization of linguistic norm definition, since under the light of Modern Linguistic studies, linguistic norm does not only refer to prescriptive grammar’s rules anymore. We defend that linguistic error does exist and it is directly related to linguistic norms required for the language usage context. This article has the following objectives: a) demonstrate that linguists from different perspectives recognize the existence of linguistic error; b) expose that linguistic error does not exclude linguistic variation recognition; c) present different understandings about linguistic error and d) foment a rediscussion concerning the concept of linguistic error. This is a qualitative research based on bibliographic data. Bibliographic research implies the analysis or the resolution of a problem, taking theoretical references into consideration, whereas the qualitative research considers the descriptive dimension of the phenomenon and is concerned primarily with the process itself, without taking into account the results and products. We conclude that discussions about error in language usage, which take place in the Applied Linguistics field of studies, basically occur in the terminology aspect, not in what error in language use is constituted of. The study focuses on speech patterns typically used in litigation documents issued at the stage of criminal proceeding initiation and pre-trial investigation, which belong to the genre of decree. It ...is stated that Russian Federation Criminal Procedure Code and most of the Comments to it lack any language requirements to the text organization in these litigation documents. The article is aimed at defining characteristics of the decree genre structure; in particular, lexical and grammatical means that are used in decree texts are equated to the language norms. Some most frequent cases of lexical compatibility violation within set expressions and cliché of litigation documents and their combinations are detected. The author adheres to the opinion that language norms violations may have legal consequences in qualifying offenses and their types. The analysis of syntactic structure of sentences reveals that there is no distinction in the linguistic category of event completeness, in the texts they are presented as hypothetical events. Several aspects of modality in decree texts are studied. The author lays down some requirements on composing a narrative part of the decree as a forensic genre, makes an assertion that it is time to formulate some firm linguistic criteria of decree documentation organization and indicate the consent on expediency of linguistic expertize.

La struttura apparentemente irregolare dei paradigmi verbali suppletivi nelle lingue romanze può rivelare a un'attenta osservazione una logica ben radicata nel comportamento linguistico dei parlanti ...che è in grado di conservarsi in modo sostanzialmente uniforme a distanza di tempo e di spazio. Grazie all'introduzione del concetto di 'morfoma' (Aronoff 1994) è possibile valutare queste presunte anomalie come un fenomeno centrale sia nella naturale evoluzione diacronica delle lingue romanze che nella continua riorganizzazione dei paradigmi verbali ad opera dei parlanti. Tuttavia, una delle principali difficoltà di una simile prospettiva risiede nell'impossibilità di astrarre in assoluto i principi generali alla base di queste distribuzioni paradigmatiche. Una simile problematica però può essere adeguatamente affrontata, sebbene non del tutto risolta, se la ricerca su questo tema ricorre alle teorie, sia passate che presenti, relative al concetto di "norma linguistica", all'interno delle quali i morfomi verbali romanzi possono essere interpretati come espressione della libertà di un sistema linguistico.
La imagen que tienen los hablantes de una lengua respecto de un patrón normativo es esencial para la comprensión de por qué determinadas estructuras lingüísticas cambian o vacilan en el proceso que ...concluye en la manifestación de un acto verbal concreto. Los factores que condicionan este tránsito vienen favorecidos por el tipo discursivo (oral o escrito), entorno del acto verbal, condicionantes sociopolíticos, grado de educación del hablante, condiciones de emisión y recepción, ámbito geográfico de manifestación, y un largo etcétera. Lo cierto es que la variación de una lengua se ve impulsada o refrenada en función de la reacción de los hablantes ante los obstáculos que su conciencia le impone en la emisión de su mensaje durante una situación comunicativa determinada. En este sentido, después de analizar las repercusiones teóricas del concepto de norma en la escuela estructuralista, proponemos un análisis de los condicionantes sociopolíticos y culturales que pudieron influir en la creación de una conciencia normativa en el castellano de la Nueva España y de los primeros años de la Independencia mexicana a través de las opiniones manifiestas en la prensa periódica.
The aim of the article is to describe some semantic and argumentative mechanisms of Internet discourse processes whose role is to objectify the subjective evaluative judgments contained in the text ...so as to impose them as conforming to the socially accepted norm. The analyses are based on examples from French news websites available on the Internet.

Due to the active changes in the social structure and position of women over the past hundred years, and also due to the gradual increase in the influence of the feminist movement on everyday ...culture, the gender aspect of sociolinguistic research is of particular interest. This work relates to gender linguistics, its purpose is to study speech behavior in Runet, demonstrating the potential of the language in solving the problem of gender asymmetry. The study was conducted on the material of the Russian-speaking blogosphere, as the most open field for language experiments, which has a significant impact on the language practices of the younger generations and the formation of modern culture. The article studies, describes and analyzes the syntactic, morphological, lexical and word-formation processes observed in Runet: syntactic violations that serve to give constructions gender marking, transformation of stable phrases, new and newly updated word-formation models, the use of neologisms-feminists. In addition, the article for the first time describes the gender gap - a new graphic phenomenon observed exclusively in the oral-written Internet discourse.
