With the rapid development of traditional express industry, it is of great significance to study the portrait of express users. The express industry can realize the industrial transformation and ...upgrading by means of the express customer portrait. However, the research on the user portrait of express delivery is still scarce, at present. In this paper, a user portrait model based on life cycle data is proposed, which comprehensively describes the behavior preferences of users through multi-dimensional feature vectors. The model takes into account the basic attributes, preference attributes and feedback attributes of users, and uses the idea of classification before clustering to realize the segmentation of express users. In the classification stage, this paper fuses the K-means and the Support vector machine algorithm, adds the preference coefficient, and designs a new objective function to complete the user classification. In the process of clustering, we follow the idea of density-based peak clustering, combine the characteristic attributes of the multidimensional data of express users, add the characteristic coefficient, modify the index calculation formula in the model, and complete the clustering of express users. The simulation data show that the user portrait model proposed in this paper can achieve better segmentation of courier users, with better accuracy and timeliness.
In recent years, the frequent occurrence of public health emergencies has affected people’s daily lives. In response, this paper evaluates the risk of logistics terminal distribution and puts forward ...the corresponding countermeasures. Firstly, this paper summarizes relevant literature and analyzes the characteristics of public health emergencies and logistics terminal distribution. This paper constructs the risk index system of logistics terminal distribution under public health emergencies for the first time. Secondly, this paper conducts a questionnaire survey on a domestic e-commerce enterprise. In this paper, the intuitionistic fuzzy entropy weight method is applied to the obtained data to determine the weight of risk index. Finally, this paper adopts the grey fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the risk index of logistics terminal distribution under public health emergencies. This paper takes the impact of public health emergencies into account for the risk of logistics terminal distribution for the first time. Some suggestions are provided for preventing the logistics terminal distribution from stagnation and paralysis when public health emergencies occur. This paper supplements the existing research in this field.

Moreover, some key parameters in ant colony algorithm in value are chosen, and with the collected information as a concrete example, MATLAB simulation is carried out for the logistics terminal distribution path optimization based on ant colony algorithm, and its scientific nature and feasibility are verified. The simulation results showed that the ant colony algorithm has good feasibility so that it can be widely applied. As a result, it is concluded that the application of ant colony algorithm has great significance in the exploration of the logistics terminal distribution path optimization.
The severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (COVID-19) pandemic has brought a heavy burden and severe challenges to the global economy and society, forcing different countries and regions to ...take various preventive and control measures ranging from normal operations to partial or complete lockdowns. Taking Xi’an city as an example, based on multisource POI data for the government’s vegetable storage delivery points, logistics terminal outlets, designated medical institutions, communities, etc., this paper uses the Gaussian two-step floating catchment area method (2SFCA) and other spatial analysis methods to analyze the spatial pattern of emergency support points (ESPs) and express logistics terminals in different situations. It then discusses construction and optimization strategies for urban emergency support and delivery service systems. The conclusions are as follows. (1) The ESPs are supported by large-scale chain supermarkets and fresh supermarkets, which are positively related to the population distribution. The spatial distribution of express logistics terminals is imbalanced, dense in the middle while sparse at the edges. 90% of express terminals are located within a 500 m distance of communities, however, some terminals are shared, which restrict their ability to provide emergency support to surrounding residents. (2) In general, accessibility increases as the number of ESPs increases; under normal traffic, as the distance threshold increases, the available ESPs increase but accessibility slightly decreases; with a traffic lockdown, the travel distance of residents is limited, and as ESPs increase, accessibility and the number of POIs covered significantly increase. (3) The spatial accessibility of the ESPs has a “dumbbell-shaped” distribution, with highest accessibility in the north and south, higher around the second ring road, slightly lower in the center, and lowest near the third ring road at east and west. (4) With the goal of “opening up the logistics artery and unblocking the distribution microcirculation”, based on “ESPs + couriers + express logistics terminals + residents”, this paper proposes to build and optimize the urban emergency support and delivery service system to improve the comprehensive ability of the city to cope with uncertain risks.

, containing its whole continental shelf. The Brazilian continental shelf is composed by 18 sedimentary basins with high ...potential for hydrocarbon accumulation. Among these basins, the Campos and Santos Basins are highly prolific, accounting for more than 90 % of Brazilian petroleum production. In addition, the Brazilian Equatorial Margin is an exploratory frontier where more reserves are expected to be discovered. Because the extension of the equatorial margin, the current available logistics infrastructure may be insufficient to supply logistics services to all exploration and production (E&P) activities in the region. This article presents the concept of a floating logistics terminal (FLT), composed by several floating bodies. The advantages of the FLT is its fast installation, no need for breakwaters, cost effectiveness if using a recycled hull from a very large crude carrier (VLCC) or bulk carrier (BC), and small footprint after decommission. Furthermore, this article includes some intial discussions about the offshore upstream logistics and the FLT application. Finally, we present results concerning the hydrodynamic behavior of the FLT in waves obtained during this research project carried out at the University of Tokyo.
Due to the characteristics of fresh products, high loss of products and low income have become pain spot in the fresh e-commerce market. Starting from the loss caused by the perishability of fresh ...e-commerce products, this paper establishes a cross-delivery model of fresh products to solve the above problems. In this post customers and order demand are generated by random simulation under the condition of uncertainty of delivery and pickup time. After that the overall cargo damage and customer satisfaction indicators are calculated by using the customer-order matching serial number. At the end distribution stage, there are two delivery modes named as first-come-first-delivery and n-person group delivery that can be developed in the future. And the optimal delivery mode first-come-first-delivery is obtained through the verification, comparison and analysis of numerical examples. In this mode, the loss rate of products with Weibull distribution and linear distribution of deterioration rate can be reduced by 7.26% and 5.92% compared with the original mode, and the average customer satisfaction rate is increased by 10.59%. This paper discusses the end distribution optimization method of fresh e-commerce, which provides reference value for future research.
