The Impact of Stated Vision, Mission, and Human Resources Peformance on Quality Management of Housing Construction. This research was aimed to investigate the impact of stated vision, mission and ...human resources performance on three aspects of housing construction: (1) the program of quality control and assurance, and (2) the implementation of program of quality control and assurance, and (3) the overall program of quality management. The method used is explanatory research, in which the sample including the director, technical manager, finance manager, site manager, and field supervisor at 16 companies are gathered by purposive random sampling. The result shows that there is significant impact of company’s vision, mission, and human resources performance on (1) the program of quality control and assurance in F (0.000) < 0.05 and R2 = 0.764; (2) the implementation of program of quality control and assurance in F (0.000) < 0.05 and R2 = 0.849; and (3) the overall program of quality management in F (0.000) < 0.05 and R2 = 0.859.
The purpose of this writing is to study the potential of early childhood education (ECE) and nonformal education (NFE), educational indicators based on education mission, and performance of ECE and ...NFE. The method used is documentation or reference study. Analysis is held by descriptive method using educational indicators based on education mission, that is, availability, quality, equality, and assurance of service. The results shows that the potential of seven programs (literacy, ECE, Packet A, Packet B, Packet C and courses) had accommodated 12.9 million students, 575.6 thousand facilitators, and 160.9 thousands organizers. Besides that, based on education mission with the ideal value of100, the value of availability was 84.48, quality was 59.92, equality was 83.85, and services assurance was 73.45 so that the performance became 75.43. To conclude, both ECE and NFE has the lowest performance from its quality and the highest performance from its availability.ABSTRAK Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk mengkaji potensi layanan pendidikan anak usia dini (PAUD) dan pendidikan nonformal (PNF), indikator pendidikan berdasarkan misi pendidikan, dan kinerja PAUD dan PNF tahun 2012. Metode yang digunakan adalah studi dokumentasi atau kepustakaan. Analisis dilakukan secara deskriptif menggunakan indikator pendidikan berdasarkan misi pendidikan, yaitu ketersediaan, kualitas, kesetaraan, kepastian layanan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa potensi 7 layanan pendidikan (pendidikan keaksaraan (PK), PAUD, TK, Paket A, Paket B, Paket C, dan kursus) telah berhasil menampung 12,9 juta peserta didik, dengan pendidik sebesar 575,6 ribu, dan pengelola sebesar 160,9 ribu. Selain itu, berdasarkan misi pendidikan dengan nilai ideal 100 maka ketersediaan sebesar 84,48, kualitas sebesar 59,92, kesetaraan sebesar 83,85, dan kepastian sebesar 73,45 sehingga kinerjanya menjadi 75,43. Simpulannya, kinerja PAUD dan PNF yang terendah adalah pada kualitas layanan dan yang tertinggi adalah pada ketersediaan layanan.

Tujuan ini dicapai ...dengan menggunakan dan menganalisis pemikiran Lesslie Newbigin dan Johan Herman Bavinck. Penulis akan memaparkan, menganalisis, dan kemudian membandingkan pemikiran Newbigin dan Bavinck sehubungan dengan gereja dan misi dengan menggunakan metode kerja deskriptif-komparatif. Artikel ini menunjukkan bahwa aktivitas dan kelangsungan kehidupan gereja berkaitan erat dengan identitas gereja.
Analizamos una experiencia formativa que ha sido considerada por la IASSW como ejemplo de buena práctica educativa internacional en Trabajo Social. Se trata de un programa on-line de formación de ...postgrado para trabajadores sociales y otros profesionales de la intervención social que está basado en el análisis crítico de modelos implícitos (no conscientes y frecuentemente etnocéntricos) y el desarrollo de competencias interculturales (mindset and skillset). El programa forma a profesionales globalmente conscientes y localmente comprometidos con la defensa activa de las minorías y grupos vulnerables, capaces de implementar procesos de empoderamiento a nivel individual y colectivo. El Modelo de Intervención Social Intercultural (MISI) es el eje central (teórico y práctico) del programa formativo. Se trata de un modelo que utiliza y se inspira en otros modelos teóricos del Norte y del Sur: anti-opresivos, de potenciación y defensa, modelo de concientización, modelo de mediación trasformativa; aunque adaptados a realidades multiculturales con mayor complejidad y diversidad que aquellas en que se desarrollaron los modelos citados, y con un componente aplicado mucho más claro que los anteriores. Académicamente, el programa es innovador porque está dirigido a estudiantes internacionales (hasta ahora han participado personas de 21 países), incluye formación de grado y posgrado, y los profesores tienen perfiles formativos de origen muy diversos y con experiencia práctica en varios países del norte y del sur (Europa y América Latina). Las prácticas se realizan en diferentes países, siempre en contextos multiétnicos y culturalmente diversos. Es el único programa de formación en lengua española de estas características, y los egresados tienen un porcentaje de inserción laboral muy elevado. En el texto se describen los fundamentos teórico-conceptuales y aspectos pedagógicos relevantes que pueden ser de aplicabilidad en otros contextos. We analyze a learning experience that has been considered by the IASSW as an example of good practice international in social work education. It is a postgraduate online training program for social workers and other practitioners of social intervention, based on the critical analysis of implicit models (non-conscious and often ethnocentric) and the development of intercultural skills (mindset and skill set). The program train professionals globally aware and locally committed to the advocacy of minorities and vulnerable groups, able to implement processes of empowerment at individual and collective level program. The Model of Intercultural Social Intervention (MISI) is the central axis (theoretical and practical) of the educational program. The MISI is used and is inspired by other practice theoretical models, theories and perspectives from the South (mainly) and the North: consciousness raising model, antioppressive, empowerment and advocacy, transformative mediation model, etc.; though adapted to multicultural realities with major complexity and diversity than those in which the mentioned models developed, and with an applied component clearer than the previous ones. Academically, the program is innovative as it is for international students (so far have involved people from 21 countries), including graduate and postgraduate students, and teachers have different training profiles with different origin and practical experience in several countries of the North and of the South (Europe and Latin America). Practices are held in different countries, always in multiethnic and culturally diverse contexts. It is the only social work education program in Spanish of these characteristics, and our graduates and the graduates have a very high percentage of employment. Relevant theoretical and pedagogic aspects that can be applied in other contexts are described in this text. Sejak Tuhan Yesus menyampaikan Amanat Agung-Nya, jumlah penduduk dunia saat ini yang terafiliasi kepada Gereja Tuhan hanya sebesar 33% dari jumlah total penduduk. Amanat Agung ini adalah suatu amanat ...yang bersifat harus (Luk 24:47) sebab keberdosaan manusia dan ketidakberdayaannya untuk menyelamatkan dirinya dari murka Allah. Keberdosaan tersebut menjadikan keselamatan dalam Kristus itu mutlak dibutuhkan. Populasi dunia bertumbuh lebih cepat dibanding dengan pertumbuhan biologis dari warga Gereja. Kini populasi dunia ini sudah hampir mencapai 7,6 milyar orang. Dua puluh abad telah lewat, berkenaan dengan pertumbuhannya, adalah kemustahilan bila kaum Kristen hanya mengandalkan pertumbuhan secara biologis. Artikel bertujuan menunjukkan bahwa kesetiaan kaum Kristen untuk melanjutkan misi Amanat Agung adalah kebutuhan besar. Tiga jendela telah hadir dan merupakan tantangan sangat krusial masa kini. Oleh sebab itu, ragam misionaris dan andil kaum Kristen patut menjadi pertimbangan serius pula bagi segenap kaum Kristen.
"Bidik Misi" scholarship program had been released by Indonesia Government since 2010. The main qualification has two aspects; family's economics and academic performance. The qualification ...parameters of "Bidik Misi" scholarship are divided into two groups. The first group is used to measure the poverty level of candidates and the second group is used to measure the level of academic performance of candidates. Each group has its subgroups and behaves like a Fuzzy Logic Controller (FLC). The final output is derived from the combination of poverty and academic performance levels. The aim of this research is to propose a new framework based on Fuzzy Inference System (FIS) with Mamdani's methods for "Bidik Misi" scholarship selection. Decision mechanism of "Bidik Misi" scholarship is based on the final total score from each parameter and maximum quota. It becomes difficult to make a clear decision if two or more candidates get the same final total score thus FIS approach is proposed to help decision makers to choose the most qualified applicants and avoid unnecessary problem in the selection process.
The role of believers and the church in actualizing the mission has a wrong mindset towards the basic concepts of missiology which results in not maximizing the preaching of the good news to others. ...Some people claim to be Christian but are reluctant to carry out the Great Commission and Paradigm that wrongly denounces the role of believers in evangelizing. For this reason, the church in Christian education is expected to be able to provide understanding to church members to be able to make Christian education the basis and means of evangelism. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, this research can be started by describing the mission and nature of the mission that Christian education must begin with an understanding related to the nature of missiology as the basis and driving force for the mission. Furthermore, the mission in Christian Education must also be a curriculum that is continuously taught to regenerate the Lord's congregation to continue to actualize the mandate of the Great Commission. so that the Church and Mission as a source of actualization can be realized and become the lifestyle of believers as part of the church.AbstrakPeran orang percaya dan gereja dalam mengaktualisasi misi memiliki mindset yang salah terhadap konsep dasar misiologi yang mengakibatkan tidak maksimalnya pemberitaan kabar baik bagi orang lain. Adanya orang yang mengaku Kristen, tetapi enggan untuk melakukan Amanat Agung dan Paradigma yang salah mengakibatkan tidak maksimalnya peran orang percaya dalam menginjil. Untuk itu gereja dalam pendidikan Kristen diharapkan mampu memberikan pemahaman kepada anggota gereja untuk dapat menjadikan pendidikan Kristen sebagai dasar dan sarana penginjilan. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif penelitian ini dimulai dengan mendeskripsikan misi dan hakikat misi, selanjutnya pendidikan Kristen yang dimulai dengan pengertian yang berkaitan terhadap konsep dasar Misiologi sebagai motivasi atau penggerak dalam melakukan misi. Dan misi dalam Pendidikan Kristen juga harus menggunakan kurikulum misi yang terus diajarkan untuk meregenerasi jemaat Tuhan untuk terus mengaktualisasi mandat Amanat Agung. sehingga gereja dan misi sebagai sumber Aktualisasi dapat terwujud dan menjadi gaya hidup orang percaya sebagai bagian dari gereja.
The purpose of this study is to find several forms of transformative diaconal services that can be carried out by the church as a bridge for church planting missions to poor people in Indonesia. The ...author uses a library research method in answering this research problem. The research problem that must be answered by the author is about what forms of transformative diaconia that can be carried out by the church as a bridge for the mission of church planting to poor people in Indonesia. Through this study, the authors found three forms of transformational diaconia, namely: First, providing transformative theological education for the congregation about the true concept of poverty, effective church planting mission services, and presenting God's Shalom in real terms. Second, improving the welfare of the congregation and the community around the church through economic empowerment and improving the quality of education. Third, animate Jurgen Habermas' concept of communicative rationality in the Church.
Abstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menemukan beberapa bentuk pelayanan diakonia transformatif yang dapat dilakukan oleh gereja sebagai jembatan misi perintisan jemaat kepada orang-orang miskin di Indonesia. Penulis menggunakan metode kajian literatur dalam menjawab masalah penelitian ini. Adapun masalah penelitian yang harus dijawab oleh penulis adalah tentang apa sajakah bentuk-bentuk diakonia transformatif yang dapat dilakukan oleh gereja sebagai jembatan misi perintisan jemaat kepada orang-orang miskin di Indonesia. Melalui penelitian ini penulis menemukan tiga bentuk diakonia transformasif tersebut yaitu Pertama, menyelenggarakan pendidikan teologis yang transformatif bagi jemaat tentang konsep kemiskinan yang benar, pelayanan misi perintisan jemaat yang efektif, serta menghadirkan Shalom Tuhan secara nyata. Kedua, meningkatkan kesejahteraan jemaat dan masyarakat di sekitar gereja melalui pemberdayaan ekonomi dan perbaikan mutu pendidikan. Ketiga, menghidupkan konsep rasionalitas komunikatif Jurgen Habermas di dalam Gereja.
Artikel ini merupakan tinjauan perbandingan teologi agama-agama menurut pandangan Lesslie Newbigin dan Johan Herman Bavinck. Kendati kedua misionaris ini adalah misionaris yang berakar dalam tradisi ...teologi Reformed, keduanya memiliki pandangan yang berbeda dalam menganalisis teologi agama-agama. Newbigin dalam menganalisis agama-agama cenderung negatif, sehingga Newbigin menyatakan suatu dorongan yang bersifat mendesak untuk memberitakan Injil. Sedangkan Bavinck cenderung positif dalam menganalisis agama-agama dan tidak memberikan dorongan secara mendesak dalam mewartakan Injil. Di bagian akhir artikel ini, penulis memberikan kesimpulan bahwa pendapat dari masing-masing tokoh misionaris hendaknya direngkuh untuk mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih utuh dan saling melengkapi dalam menganalisis teologi agama-agama.
