The ...sample of this research were taken randomly with the size determination using Slovin formula consisting of 192 students for experimental and control groups. Mobile web-based character building consists of integration of character values in the beginning, in the core, and in the end of teaching learning process. Student character is estimated by measuring student inclination to learning, persistence, and student judgment. It can be concluded that there is a positive effect of mobile web-based character building on student character at elementary school students at Cilincing district in North Jakarta in Indonesia.
Low-latency, real-time rendering of 3D objects is critical for mobile web-based augmented reality (MWAR) applications. While cloud-based or edge-based server rendering offloading can reduce the ...latency for mobile devices, a high volume of user requests in user aggregation scenarios can overload servers and transmission channels. It can result in a poor user experience due to resource consumption and high latency. This paper presents a decentralized and collaborative real-time rendering offloading network architecture (CRCDnet) to address this issue. CRCDnet makes contributions in the following three areas: (1) In the user aggregation scenarios, mobile devices that perform the same services are used as service nodes to perform the offloading of rendering computing and a collaborative rendering computing network is established. (2) For data exchange in decentralized networks, a data sharing middle layer based on blockchain key indexes separates sensitive service data and ensures a secure, reliable exchange mechanism and efficient data exchange. (3) A data request and computing offloading scheduling approach is proposed for the collaborative rendering computing network to optimize the rendering computation delay.

Collaborative filtering (CF)-based recommender systems represent a promising solution for the rapidly growing mobile music market. However, in the mobile Web environment, a traditional CF system that ...uses explicit ratings to collect user preferences has a limitation: mobile customers find it difficult to rate their tastes directly because of poor interfaces and high telecommunication costs. Implicit ratings are more desirable for the mobile Web, but commonly used cardinal (interval, ratio) scales for representing preferences are also unsatisfactory because they may increase estimation errors. In this paper, we propose a CF-based recommendation methodology based on both implicit ratings and less ambitious ordinal scales. A mobile Web usage mining (mWUM) technique is suggested as an implicit rating approach, and a specific consensus model typically used in multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) is employed to generate an ordinal scale-based customer profile. An experiment with the participation of real mobile Web customers shows that the proposed methodology provides better performance than existing CF algorithms in the mobile Web environment.
This study investigated the performance of individual students toward the knowledge profile and cumulative grade point average or known as CGPA. The proposal of this paper involves two major ...components. The first component is investigating the individual student performance based on the knowledge profile and CGPA. The performance of students from cohort 2017 for the program Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (BEKG) courses in the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Universiti Teknikal Malaysia Melaka (UTeM) was used as the dataset. The case study separates into various groups (excellent, honors and pass). Secondly, the study proposed a responsive web application leveraging a Google Visualization Feature to self-check individual academic performance. The goal of this app is to assist users in evaluating individual student performance and assist management in planning for continual quality improvement using the web and mobile apps. The marketing segments include students, academics, university, and school administration for analysis and evaluate the individual student’s performance.

When the researchers conducted studies Implementation Method Waterfall In Registration Information System Web-Based Outpatient Mobile, researchers found that the health center belongs to the ...municipality located in the village of Lubuk Tanjung Lubuk Linggau felt the need for development in line with increased demand for health services for the community. PHC Tanjung Lubuk Housing is in the process of registration of outpatients manuallyor still use conventional manner, includes data recording the identity of the patient, make a list of queues, search medical records of patients, as well as card making patients. When enrollment of patients when treatment would still be written in a ledger and patient data and data ever experienced disease (medical records) was recorded in the general ledger and certain records and stored in a special file. This often times lead to errors and writing the name of the same patient when treated umpteenth time and the difficulty in grouping the data requires considerable time as well as the lack of assurance of data security. If we want to find the patient data needed to be looking in the archives of books one by one to determine such data. With the support of information technology, manual processing in the clinic can be replaced using a computer. In addition to fast and easy with the information system has been made of data processing has also become more accurate. The method used in the information system of registration of outpatient-based mobile web in BPS town Lubuklinggau this, and to know the running system, using a structured approach using several tools like Uml, use case diagrams, activity, sequence diagram, class diagram , while for the system development method using a sequential linear or often called "the development cycle of the classic" or "waterfall model / waterfall". Support software used is Xampp, Adobe Dreamweaver CS3, PHP, and MySQL databases as well as the builder of program documentation and reports. With a system based on the mobile web, which is already connected to the Internet, of course, would greatly facilitate the processing of census data suseda to be stored and will be very helpful in terms of data storage census suseda, because each finished data can be collected more quickly, accurately and save time with the specified schedule.
The efficiency of web surfing with a smartphone depends heavily on how well a website is structured. With the goal of understanding the effects of mobile-page and homepage designs on small-screen ...devices, we conducted two experimental studies to examine how users evaluated interface designs that are widely used on mobile news websites. We found that the designs for mobile news pages and the structures for website homepages can have a significant impact on perceived ease of use, reading time, and the overall reading experience. Based on the evaluation results and the analysis of the current interface design for popular mobile news websites, we developed two important guidelines for mobile news websites: (1) the single-page design is favored over the multi-page and zooming designs for displaying text-based information, and (2) a homepage with a thumbnail design facilitates information processing better than the progressive and list-view designs. Our research provides valuable empirical evaluations that help interface designers understand the potential impact of various interface designs on user experience. We also identified several directions related to interface design for future investigation.
Researchers are combining self-reports from mobile surveys with passive data collection using sensors and apps on smartphones increasingly more often. While smartphones are commonly used in some ...groups of individuals, smartphone penetration is significantly lower in other groups. In addition, different operating systems (OSs) limit how mobile data can be collected passively. These limitations cause concern about coverage error in studies targeting the general population. Based on data from the Panel Study Labour Market and Social Security (PASS), an annual probability-based mixed-mode survey on the labor market and poverty in Germany, we find that smartphone ownership and ownership of smartphones with specific OSs are correlated with a number of sociodemographic and substantive variables. The use of weighting techniques based on sociodemographic information available for both owners and nonowners reduces these differences but does not eliminate them.
